Definitions
- the invention relates to a device for rehabilitation, in particular for cleaning pipes, with a cleaning part that can be connected to a supply part via a connecting pipe, which is comprised of a supply pipe for supplying an inflatable sealing part with a medium, at least in sections, which is between the Supply part and the cleaning part is arranged within the tube.
- a water-inflatable sealing part is known, which is inserted into the pipe to be cleaned and inflated and seals the inside of the pipe from the environment. If the pipe is completely blocked, a pressure between the blockage and the sealing part, which corresponds to the water pressure, is built up via the cleaning part, which is formed from a pipe section, so that, on the one hand, the blockage can be removed and, on the other hand, contaminated water is not unwanted exits the pipe. With very stubborn dirt or blockages, however, the known cleaning device can no longer be used with a view to success.
- the known sealing part in the manner of a storage bladder, would turn inside out against its direction of action and release the pipe outlet.
- the sealing part can also be torn off at the point of the connection transition with the connecting or supply pipe, which leads to the cleaning part or to the sealing part.
- the use of the known device has its limits, particularly outside the sanitary area, when very high pressures have to be built up to remove contaminants, for example in pipelines.

A secure seal is therefore guaranteed in every operating state. Since the sealing part is firmly connected to the supply pipe, it is moved together with it within the pipe and inflated only at the point of contamination or blockage. Consequently, there is no friction between the sealing part and the pipe or with the supply or connecting pipe, so that low-wear operation is ensured.

Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a device for rehabilitation, in particular for cleaning pipes, with a cleaning part that can be connected to a supply part via a connecting pipe, which is comprised of a supply pipe for supplying an inflatable sealing part with a medium, at least in sections, which is between the Supply part and the cleaning part is arranged within the tube.
In the sanitary sector, pipes that are still dirty or clogged are usually cleaned by inserting a wire helix into the pipe or spraying the pipe out of a hose line using a water jet. Both lead to unsatisfactory results and in particular when water is sprayed out by means of a hose line, contaminated water flows from the pipe into the environment.
In a generic device according to US Pat. No. 3,075,535, a water-inflatable sealing part is known, which is inserted into the pipe to be cleaned and inflated and seals the inside of the pipe from the environment. If one were to try to remove the contamination point in the pipe, in particular with an increased water pressure, it cannot be ruled out that the known sealing part, in the manner of a storage bladder, would turn inside out against its direction of action and release the pipe outlet. In addition to damage to the sealing part, the function of the known device as a whole is no longer guaranteed. The sealing part can also be torn off at the point of the connection transition with the connecting or supply pipe, which leads to the cleaning part or to the sealing part. The use of the known device has its limits, particularly outside the sanitary area, when very high pressures have to be built up to remove contaminants, for example in pipelines.
From DE-OS 27 09 112 a device for the rehabilitation of pipes is known, in which root-killing foams can be introduced into pipes via the connecting pipe, in order to eliminate any root work that may have occurred. The mentioned connecting pipe is surrounded by the inflatable sealing part, which remains in its inflated state at the pipe entrance, whereas for the supply of the root-killing foam, the connecting pipe is guided from the sealing part to the respective location within the pipe to be treated. When moving the connecting pipe within the sealing part wear occurs, which in turn leads to the unusable of the known device. For filling and emptying the sealing part, a feed plug is embedded in the end of the sealing part, which causes sealing problems. This known device is not very suitable for cleaning pipes, for example in the form of blockages.
Diese Aufgabe löst ein Gerät mit den Merkmalen des Anspruches 1.Based on this prior art, the invention has for its object to provide a device for rehabilitation, in particular for cleaning pipes, which does not have the disadvantages described and which can be used in a variety of ways, and therefore not needs to be limited to use in the sanitary area. This object is achieved by a device having the features of claim 1.
Characterized in that according to the characterizing part of claim 1, the entire sealing part comprises the supply pipe radially, that the sealing part is fixed with its two ends to the supply pipe and that the supply pipe has radially arranged openings that open into the interior of the sealing part Even at high pressures, the sealing part securely comes into contact with the inner wall of the pipe and cannot come off, especially not turn it inside out. With the device according to the invention, water, compressed air and other cleaning media, fungicides, root-killing foams or renovation material, such as pipe cladding materials to be sprayed on, can be fed into the interior of the pipe, depending on the intended use, via the cleaning part. Since the connecting pipe and the supply pipe for the sealing part are separated from one another, the sealing part can be, for example Introduce harmful media into the pipe from the supply part via the connecting pipe, whereas the sealing part can be supplied with an inflating medium, such as nitrogen gas, from the supply pipe for an inflation process.
In addition to use in the sanitary area, the device according to the invention can also be used in supply lines, for example in pipelines. A medical application within vascular systems is also conceivable. Thus, the device according to the invention could or the like by means of a catheter in the respective bloodstream to remove cholesterol deposits. be used. The cleaning and / or swelling medium to be supplied in each case can also be supplied by the supply part under high pressure, provided that the supply part has the necessary pressure-increasing devices for this. As the pressure for the cleaning medium increases, the pressure for the inflatable sealing part must also be increased in order to prevent the cleaning medium with the dirt particles from escaping into the environment in an undesired manner.
If the pipe is clogged or almost clogged and the device for refurbishment is brought up to the place in the pipe that is clogged in this way and put into operation, a pressure builds up under pressure between the cleaning part and the then inflated sealing part when the cleaning medium is fed in, which inflates the blown-up part The sealing part is deformed and slightly compressed when it is filled with a gas. Despite this deformation and / or compression process, the sealing part remains in a secure, sealing contact with the inside of the pipe. Due to the continuous supply of the cleaning medium through the cleaning part, the pipe blockage is reduced in such a way that a free passage is created within the pipe. The pressure gradient between the blockage and the sealing part is then reduced and the sealing part can suddenly relax and assume its original position. With the expansion of the sealing part, a kind of recoil principle has been realized can abruptly remove any remaining blockage in the pipe.
In a preferred embodiment of the device according to the invention, the cleaning part has a spherical cleaning head which is provided with passages distributed over the ball surface. It is preferably provided here that the passages run along lines that radiate from the center of the spherical cleaning head. Because of this arrangement, treatments can be carried out specifically with the cleaning part inside the tube. To increase the pressure, the passages can be provided with nozzle-like inserts.
In a particularly preferred embodiment of the device according to the invention, the sealing part is formed from an elastically flexible bead-like ring, in particular from rubber material. Because of this design, pipes which are not circular in cross-section, for example pipes with a square cross-section, can also be easily treated, in particular cleaned. The elastically resilient ring not only adapts to different pipe geometries, but also compensates for surface roughness within the pipe and can create a larger width on the inner circumference of the pipe, which results in an improved seal. Incidentally, when the sealing part is inflated, the ring is deformed and inflated from the center towards the two ends thereof, so that a good sealing effect is achieved from the beginning and, moreover, a high sealing surface is available.
In a further preferred embodiment of the device according to the invention, the supply pipe is sleeve-like and is sealingly connected to the connecting pipe to form a chamber at the end. This achieves a compact construction of the cleaning device according to the invention.
In another preferred embodiment of the device according to the invention, a return pipe is arranged between the sleeve-like pipe section and the connecting pipe, which can be connected to a disposal device and which has a connecting opening which opens into the open between the cleaning part and the sealing part. In this way, separately from the connecting pipe, the medium supplied via this pipe can be removed from the pipe together with the removed dirt particles via the return pipe. The contaminated cleaning medium can then be delivered to a disposal device which preferably filters the contaminants out of the cleaning medium, which in turn can then be returned to the cleaning part via the connecting pipe. A closed circuit for the cleaning medium can be achieved in this way. The disposal device can also consist of the continuation of the pipe or another pipe into which the contaminated cleaning medium can be discharged.
In a further preferred embodiment of the cleaning device according to the invention, the connecting pipe and the supply pipe are connected to the supply part, which has at least one pressure accumulator for the storage of fluid or gas. As a result, the device can be designed as a mobile maintenance unit which can be operated directly via the supply part without further connections to external supply devices.
In a particularly preferred embodiment, at least parts of the connecting, supply and return pipe are flexible. As a result, the device can then be used without difficulty in pipes with a large number of curved areas.
Furthermore, it can preferably be provided to place a mesh-like fabric on the inflatable sealing part in order to avoid overstretching the sealing part in any case.
The device according to the invention is explained in more detail below with reference to the drawing.

The
The cleaning
The sealing
The
The connecting
At least parts of the connecting
To insert the device into the
Rohrverstopfungen. For this purpose, the
In the case of very stubborn blockages that cannot be released immediately, an increasing pressure will form between the blocked point and the sealing part, which compresses the sealing part but does not impair the secure contact of the sealing part with the inside of the pipe. As soon as the blockage has loosened somewhat, so that there is another passage, the pressure built up in the
In one embodiment (not shown) of the device according to the invention, the cleaning
After the cleaning process by means of the cleaning medium, a negative pressure can be generated via the supply part within the connecting
The second embodiment of the cleaning device shown in FIG. 2 corresponds essentially to the first embodiment, so that only the differences between the two embodiments are discussed below. Corresponding parts of the two embodiments are reproduced with the same, but for the second embodiment, each with 100 increased reference numerals.
In the second embodiment according to FIG. 2, a
The
