Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a push button switch that a has multi-part housing in which a push button is guided displaceably and a lighting device, an actuator and switching elements in the form of Microswitches are arranged, wherein when the Push button the actuator against spring force is moved and acts on the switching elements.
With US-PS-4 504 713 is a modular design built push button switch with a the switching state signaling optical display become known. Of the Push button switch consists of a housing module, a Housing cover module, a contact carrier module and one Lamp module. That from a lamp holder and a lamp existing lamp module is arranged on the housing module. The Contact carrier module can be moved in the housing module performed, with fixed contacts on the housing module and Contact carrier module resilient contacts are provided. A Pushbutton slidably guided in the housing cover module moves the contact carrier module against when actuated Spring force up to a stop, making contact made between the fixed and resilient contacts The push button consists of a translucent Material, so that the lamp comes on by a Hole of the contact carrier module protrudes through the Contact can be observed. On the housing module and on Housing cover module are overlapping cams with Holes are provided for receiving threaded bolts welded to a panel, for example for lifts are and serve to fasten the push button switch.
A disadvantage of this push button switch is that relatively large, especially by the lamp module conditional construction depth, so that it is for systems that only one small distance between panel and wall or one other limitation, cannot be used. The great depth results on the one hand from the elongated Form of the incandescent lamps used, moreover, only one have short lifespan and sensitive to Vibrations are, so they are replaced more often must become what is time consuming and expensive. On the other hand, the overall depth is pretty good complicated and expensive lamp holder, which for replacing the lamps from the switch housing has outstanding handles.
Weitere Nachteile
In a command and published with EP-A-0 548 556, which forms the basis for the preamble of
The invention is based on the object Propose push button switch according to the generic term, the does not have the disadvantages mentioned above and is built more flat and even Illumination of the push button enables.
verlaufen. Die gedruckte Schaltung und die Mikroschalter
sind sandwichartig zwischen Flanschen eines
Gehäuseunterteiles und eines Gehäuseoberteiles eingeklemmt,
wobei Gehäuseunter- und- oberteil schraubenlos miteinander
verbunden sind. This object is achieved by the in
The advantages achieved with the invention are that with the special design of the Lighting device and its location to the Microswitches achieved a low overall height of the switch is, so that it can also be used in systems that have little space have behind the panel, can be used. The vibration insensitivity offers further advantages and the long lifespan of the LEDs, therefore practically not replaced need to be reduced so that maintenance costs will. This will further reduce the overall height achieved that the microswitch with its smallest Dimension running in the direction of displacement of the push button are arranged. In addition, by redirecting the Switching movement Damage to the microswitch caused by strong knocks on the push button could be avoided. Due to the square arrangement of the Light emitting diodes will provide good illumination for both round ones as well as achieved with square snaps. The Snap connection between lower and upper part of the housing allows the microswitch, the printed circuit and the actuator screwless into a structural unit pre-assemble and store until final assembly. By the Insert the feet of the push button into the slots of the Actuator, its strength is improved and ensures its proper displacement.

An
zwei parallel verlaufenden Seitenwänden 14 bzw 4 des
Gehäuseunter- und- oberteiles 1,2 sind je zwei sich
überdeckende Flansche 15,16 vorgesehen, die in Richtung der
Seitenwände gegeneinander verschoben sind. Die Flansche 15
des Gehäuseunterteiles 1 liegen mit dessen Boden 3 auf
gleicher Ebene.
ausserdem nach innen gerichtete Vorsprünge 17 vorgesehen.1 to 4, 1 is a lower housing part and 2
an upper housing part that has a square shape
have the same size. The
kleinerer Leistung vorgesehen. Dadurch wird die beim
Betrieb anfallende Verlustwärme besser verteilt und die
Bautiefe weiter verringert. Mit 35 sind Dioden eines
Brückengleichrichters bezeichnet, die ebenfalls auf der
gedruckten Schaltung 31 angeordnet sind. Dem
Brückengleichrichter wird zwecks Stromversorgung der
Leuchtdioden 33 über Leiter 36, die durch Schlitze 37 des
Gehäuseunterteiles 1 geführt werden, eine Wechselspannung
zugeführt. An
Zwei Mikroschalter 40 sind seitlich von der
Beleuchtungseinrichtung 30 derart auf der gedruckten
Schaltung 31 angeordnet, dass die Verschieberichtung des
Druckknopfes 26 und die Bewegungsrichtung von Schalttastern
41 der Mikroschalter 40 rechtwinklig zueinander verlaufen.
Die Mikroschalter 40 und die gedruckte Schaltung 31 sind
hierbei sandwichartig zwischen den Flanschen 15,16 des
Gehäuseunter- und -oberteiles 1,2 eingeklemmt, wobei die
Mikroschalter 40 eine Lage einnehmen, bei welcher ihre
kleinste Dimension in Verschieberichtung des Druckknopfes
26 verläuft. Um eine Verschiebung der Mikroschalter 40 zu
verhindern, werden diese mittels an ihnen angebrachter
Stifte 42 in Löchern 43 der Flansche 15,16 und der
gedruckten Schaltung 31 fixiert.
