Description
- l'agitateur est guidé par au moins deux systèmes rotulants tel qu'une rondelle élastique ou une rotule ;
- l'agitateur est mû en translation circulaire par l'intermédiaire des systèmes rotulants ;
- l'agitateur comprend un bras de manoeuvre lié à une pièce cylindrique par un premier système rotulant tel qu'une rondelle élastique au niveau de l'une de ses extrémités et comprend à son autre extrémité un deuxième système rotulant auquel est communiqué le mouvement provenant d'un moteur par l'intermédiaire d'un excentrique fixé à la partie de récipient contenant le bras de manoeuvre, ladite partie de récipient étant flexible ;
- une partie de l'intérieur du récipient contenant la pièce cylindrique présente une configuration tronconique ;
- l'orifice d'entrée est centré par rapport au mouvement de translation circulaire du bras de manoeuvre lié à la pièce cylindrique de l'agitateur ;
- le conduit d'amenée et l'orifice de sortie sont disposés chacun à une extrémité respective du récipient ;
- l'orifice de sortie se situe sensiblement dans le prolongement de l'agitateur ;
- un tube flexible de transport de produit mélangé provenant de l'orifice de sortie est disposé de manière sensiblement parallèle à la partie flexible du récipient.
- la Fig. 1 représente schématiquement en coupe verticale une installation de fabrication de pièces en matériau moussé selon l'invention ;
- la Fig. 2 est une vue prise en coupe verticale d'un dispositif pour mixer des produits utilisés dans cette installation.
Claims (10)
- Dispositif pour mixer des produits visqueux et/ou fluides comportant un récipient étanche (11) muni d'au moins un conduit d'amenée (12) des produits (2, 13) situé à une extrémité du récipient et d'au moins un orifice de sortie (14) disposé à l'extrémité opposée du récipient, ledit récipient (11) étant destiné à recevoir les produits à mélanger et contenant un agitateur (15) pour mixer lesdits produits, ledit agitateur étant entièrement contenu dans le récipient (11), caractérisé en ce que l'agitateur (15) est constitué d'une pièce cylindrique (36) fixée sur un bras de manoeuvre (37) guidé par un premier système rotulant (38) au niveau de l'une des extrémités du bras (37) et par un deuxième système rotulant (40) à l'autre extrémité du bras (37), ledit agitateur étant mû en un mouvement de translation circulaire au moyen d'un excentrique (26) entraíné par un moteur (30).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le premier système rotulant (38) est une rondelle élastique présentant des jours et fixée dans la partie rigide du récipient (11).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le deuxième système rotulant (40) disposé à une extrémité du bras de manoeuvre (37) relie ledit bras à un support (27) présentant une excroissance (28) logée dans l'excentrique (26).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1, 2 ou 3, caractérisé en ce que le bras de manoeuvre (37) est contenu dans une partie inférieure flexible (23) du récipient (11).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1, 2 ou 3, dans lequel une partie de l'intérieur du récipient contenant la pièce cylindrique (36) présente une configuration tronconique.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 5, dans lequel l'orifice d'entrée est centré par rapport au mouvement de translation circulaire du bras de manoeuvre lié à la pièce cylindrique de l'agitateur.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'orifice de sortie se situe sensiblement dans le prolongement de l'agitateur.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, dans lequel un tube flexible (16) de transport de produit mélangé provenant de l'orifice de sortie (14) est disposé de manière sensiblement parallèle à la partie flexible du récipient (11).
- Installation de fabrication de pièce en matériau moussé comprenant un plateau (4) en contact d'un fût étanche (1) muni d'au moins un conduit d'amenée de gaz comprimé, d'un conduit de purge et d'un conduit de sortie (12a) équipé d'au moins une pompe (6), ledit conduit de sortie étant relié a un dispositif mixeur (10) alimentant une buse d'extrusion (19), le dispositif mixeur, disposé de manière fixe par rapport au plateau du fût, étant conforme à l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes.
- Utilisation d'un dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8 pour mixer, sous des pressions allant jusqu'à 300 bars, des produits pour former des pièces en matériau moussé, de préférence des joints d'étanchéité statique déposés in-situ ou par transfert.
