Description

  • This invention refers to an "Integrated Garment" comprising a single item of apparel covering the upper part of the footwear, leaving only the soles uncovered, then forming the stockings around the legs, followed by a garment body adaptable to the user.
  • There is no separation between the parts referred to.
  • The fashion world is seeking new forms which provide the user with enhanced comfort and freedom of movement, while making it possible to adopt a variety of shapes, according to use.
  • Until now, no integrated item of apparel was known which united the different parts of the clothing in a single garment to facilitate said user with a means of dressing in a single movement which at the same time provided complete freedom of movement not available with usual dress, avoiding the pressure of full stockings on the waist for example.
  • DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
  • Specifically, the garment in this invention comprises a single part with its corresponding seams to form the garment adaptable to all the parts to cover the body, namely the upper part of the garment, corresponding to the body, reaching the shoulders and even shaping the sleeves, so that this part may be beneficially adapted to the user's body. It extends downwards in two tubular parts, as if two "panty" type stockings, ending at the footwear so that the top of such standard footwear is covered by each lower section of the garment, and adapted thereto, held in place between the cut and the associated sole, so that said standard footwear is completely concealed. Each shoe is wrapped in a sheath, formed by the bottom of the garment being disclosed, made of a material preferably of elastic nature, which adapts to this bottom part of the footwear, concealing it completely but for the sole itself, similarly adapting to the user's legs, thighs, waist and body, to form an integrated garment.
  • For preference, the garment includes the part corresponding to "panty" type stockings and the lower part enclosing the footwear, so that the upper extension covering the user's body may or may not include it: the latter may be sleeved, or use braces, or have one type or another of neckline, with zipper, buttons, etc..., in accordance with the enclosed designs.
  • On the other hand, it may also be emphasised that the footwear preferably comprises flat, lightweight shoes, e.g. the classical slipper, sports footwear, etc...
  • To complete this description and to aid in a better understanding of the features of the invention, these Specifications are accompanied by a set of drawings, forming an integral part hereof which, by way of illustration and without limitation, show the following:
    • Figure 1 shows a practical application of the use of the garment, placed over the silhouette of a human body.
    • Figure 2 is a perspective side view of the lower part, with the garment cut to reveal the shoe and the part of the garment which acts as a sheath for such shoe.
    • Figures 3, 4 and 5 show examples of the finished garment design.
    • Figures 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 and 11 show a face view of the patterns for the integrated garment, with the different designs according to the type of footwear for which it is intended, as follows:
    • Figure 6 is the right side of the back of the integrated garment for flat footwear.
    • Figure 7 is the front of the integrated garment for flat footwear.
    • Figure 8 is the right front of the integrated garment for high-heeled footwear.
    • Figure 9 is the left front of the integrated garment for high-heeled footwear.
    • Figure 10 is the right back of the integrated garment for high-heeled footwear.
    • Figure 11 is the right back of the integrated garment for flat footwear.
    • Figures 12, 13, 14 and 15 show a face view of patterns for design of the integrated garment when it covers the waist from the bust to the footwear of the user, for the same footwear types as above.
    • Figure 12 shows the side of the integrated garment for flat footwear.
    • Figure 13 shows the right front of the integrated garment for high-heeled footwear, when it covers to the bust.
    • Figure 14 shows the right back of the integrated garment for high-heeled footwear when it covers to the bust.
    • Figure 15 is the left front of the integrated garment for high-heeled footwear, when it covers to the bust.
    PREFERRED EMBODIMENT OF THE INVENTION
  • From the attached drawings, it can be seen how the garment put forward is made up of a single part, referenced with the number (1), consisting of three sections, which are not separated, comprising in turn the cover for the footwear (2), "panty" type stockings (3) and the body or garment (4). Said garment (1) is of a material, fabric or the like, preferably of an elastic type, and forms a wrapping in the lower part (2) for each shoe (5): the shape of such lower part (2) adapts to differing footwear types so as to completely conceal and wrap the whole of the shoe or footwear in said lower part of the garment (1), except for the sole. Said lower section (2) is secured to the footwear by placing a part of said section between the cut and sole of the shoe or footwear (5) so that, by conventional methods, it is fixed in place by the union of the sole as such and the cut of the associated footwear, as shown in figure 2.
  • As already pointed and as can be seen from the figures, from each zone or part (2) surrounding the footwear, the garment (1) extends upwards in two parts (3) of a tubular shape which form a type of "panty" or stocking which, thanks to the elastic character of the element, adapt perfectly to the user's legs and thighs, continuing uninterruptedly and without any type of seam into the part (4) for the user's body, which will be perfectly accommodated in said part (4) of the garment (1). This part, forming the body or garment, may take any form, i.e. sleeved or unsleeved, requiring braces, with one type or another of neckline, etc. ...What is important is that a single element, with the usual seams for shaping the garment, should include a wrapping for the shoes, forming the footwear or concealing it completely, a part to form long stockings, followed by a part which is a garment adapted to the user's body.
  • Figures 1, 3, 4 and 5 show how the garment perfectly dresses a woman represented by a silhouette, adapted to the feet, legs, thighs, hips and body as a whole of said silhouette (6) of a woman.
  • As also pointed out above, the garment may lack the upper part (4) corresponding to or conforming the body, and be made up, clearly, of the lower part (2) around the footwear and the section (3) which forms the stockings or "panties" as such.
The garment has pleats(7) to adapt to the users body.
