Definitions
- the invention relates to a gear machine according to the preamble of claim 1.
- a gear machine is already known from DE-OS 27 05 249, in which the two gears arranged on a drive shaft by means of a toothing extending over the entire width of these gears Drive shaft are attached.
- a disadvantage of this known gear machine is that axial forces introduced into the drive shaft, such as arise, for example, when driving a gear machine via a helical drive shaft, are transmitted via the relatively small end face of the toothing to an end bearing. The resulting high surface pressure causes high wear in this bearing.
- the known gear machine for mounting the gears on the drive shaft advantageously requires a toothing which has little radial play and is therefore expensive to manufacture.
- a pump has also become known in which the drive shaft is fixed in the axial direction by a retaining ring arranged in a groove in the area of the rotor.
- the gear machine according to the invention with the characterizing features of independent claims 1 or 2 has the advantage that axial forces introduced into the drive shaft are transmitted over the entire end face of a driven gear to the front bearing of the drive shaft. This reduces wear on this bearing. It is also particularly advantageous that the driven gearwheels are guided through part of their gearwheel width on the drive shaft in the radial direction, so that a radial clearance-free connection can be established in a simple manner with a corresponding dimensional tolerance between gearwheel and drive shaft. This reduces wear on the teeth. Since the toothing is only used to transmit the drive torque to the gearwheels, toothing forms that can be produced cost-effectively can be used.
- FIG. 1 shows a longitudinal section through a dual gear pump
- FIG. 2 shows a cross section in the direction II-II according to FIG. 1
- FIG. 3 shows a further cross section through a drive shaft and gear wheels in the direction III-III according to FIG. 1
- FIG. 4 a longitudinal section through a gear pump with a pair of gears.
- a duo gear pump 10 has a housing 11, which is closed on the respective end faces by a base plate 12 and an end plate 13.
- a continuous recess 14 is formed in the housing 11, in which the toothed wheels 16, 17, 18 and 19 are arranged.
- the gearwheel pairs 21 and 22 are separated by an intermediate plate 23. This results in two separate delivery units with a common suction chamber 24 and pressure chamber 25.
- the gear wheels 17 and 19 are arranged on a shaft 26 which is mounted in bearing bodies 27 and 28.
- the driven gear wheels 16 and 18 are fixed in a rotationally fixed manner on a drive shaft 31 in the area of the intermediate plate 23 by means of a toothing 30.
- the driven gears 16 and 18 rest against shoulders 29 on the respective end faces of the toothing 30 in a form-fitting manner.
- the drive shaft 31 is driven by a motor (not shown) via a helical toothing 32 and is mounted in a bearing body 33 on the base plate side and in a bearing body 34 on the end plate side.
- a seal 36 provides the seal of the Drive shaft 31 to the face plate 13 safely.
- the pressure pulsations which occur during operation of the pump can be reduced if the number of teeth of the toothing 30 is an even multiple of the number of teeth of the driven gears 16 and 18, the gear pairs 21 and 22 being offset from one another by half a tooth pitch.
- the toothing width b of the driven gear wheels 16 and 18 on the drive shaft 31 is smaller than their half gear wheel width B.
- the dimensional tolerance between the bore of the non-toothed area of the driven gear wheels 16 and 18 and the outer diameter of the non-toothed area of the drive shaft 31 is selected in this way that the driven gears 16 and 18 can be mounted on the drive shaft 31 without radial play.
- the gear pump has only one gear pair 21a with a driven gear 16a and a non-driven gear 17a.
- the gear 16a is secured on the drive shaft 31a in the axial direction by means of a snap ring 37.
- the snap ring 37 engages in a groove formed in the drive shaft 31a.
- the snap ring 37 is arranged in a recess 38 open towards the gear 16a in the bearing body 33a without contact with the wall of the recess 38.
- the snap ring 37 ensures that the tensile force is transmitted to the bearing body 34a with the aid of the entire end face of the gearwheel 16a. Otherwise, the features and advantages already described for the duo gear pump 10 described above apply.

Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a gear machine according to the preamble of
From DE 29 02 723 A1 a pump has also become known in which the drive shaft is fixed in the axial direction by a retaining ring arranged in a groove in the area of the rotor.
The gear machine according to the invention with the characterizing features of
The measures listed in the subclaims allow improvements to the gear machines specified in
Two embodiments of the invention are shown in the drawing and explained in more detail in the following description. 1 shows a longitudinal section through a dual gear pump, FIG. 2 shows a cross section in the direction II-II according to FIG. 1, FIG. 3 shows a further cross section through a drive shaft and gear wheels in the direction III-III according to FIG. 1 and FIG. 4 a longitudinal section through a gear pump with a pair of gears.
In another exemplary embodiment of the invention (FIG. 4), the gear pump has only one gear pair 21a with a driven
