Description

The invention relates to a shoe support bracket according to the preamble of claim 1.

One-piece shoe support brackets made of stiff wire material with a support hook, a connecting element adjoining it downwards and attached laterally to the connecting element at the bottom and extending essentially upward are holding shoe projections from DE-A-3207806, FR-A-2089726 or US -A-1310281 known. By means of such shoe support brackets, essentially vertically suspended pairs of shoes, for example on a clothes rail, can be suspended on the adjacent shoe holding projections. GB-A-2103081 discloses a shoe support bracket of this type which is made in one piece from plastic.

From DE-A-2414230 and US-A-4871098 normal hangers are known which have coupling means, for example in the form of an eyelet, in the lower center in order to be able to hang a similar hanger at the bottom of such a hanger by means of its carrying hook. Since garments arranged on a hanger extend very far below the hanger, the garments hang one above the other hangers in the way, so that according to DE-A-2414230 the coupling pieces must be arranged perpendicular to the plane of the hangers, but this is the case with Hanging a plurality of such hangers equipped with garments one above the other leads to an inclination of the individual hangers and thus in turn to a collision of the garments suspended thereon.

From US-A-5114017 generic shoe support brackets are already known, with which several pairs of shoes can be overlapped without colliding with each other. For this purpose, however, a complicated structure holder with shoe holding projections is required, on which connection elements with hooks at both ends can be articulated at the top and bottom, by means of which either a shoe support bracket can be attached to a clothes rail or a shoe support bracket can be attached to a similar one below, which means that a large number are attached to one another Holder on a single support element, e.g. a clothes rail can be attached. Apart from the complicated structure, it is disadvantageous in this known arrangement that the connection of the shoe holding projections to a clothes rail or a ceiling hook and to one another can only be produced by a special component in the form of a double hook. This not only has manufacturing disadvantages, but also entails the risk that the double hooks can be laid as separate parts from the holder carrying the shoe holding projections and are therefore not available with certainty during use. Without the double hooks, the holders are unusable. The arrangement of shoe support brackets arranged one above the other is relatively unstable due to the multiple articulated connection of the double hooks to the shoe holding projections, for example when being transported in a vehicle.

The aim of the invention is to provide a simply constructed, easy to manufacture shoe support bracket of the type mentioned, by means of which larger quantities of pairs of shoes can be transported and handled easily and stably and which has no lossy components, so that it can be used without the risk of Loss of individual parts can be saved, used alone or with similar shoe hangers and can be reused in other combinations after use.

To achieve this object, the features of the characterizing part of claim 1 are provided.

Characterized in that the connecting element according to the invention is firmly connected to the shoe holding projections and forms a single straight rod with the extension element, the shoe support bracket according to the invention is a single component which can be handled in a uniform manner without the risk of loss of individual parts. Each connecting and extension element is therefore in each case one clearly assigned to a single shoe hanger. By alternating connecting elements and extension elements, hanging two shoe brackets one below the other is possible without the attached pairs of shoes colliding with one another. Due to the fact that there is only a single articulated connection between each of two shoe brackets attached to one another, a stable overall arrangement is achieved when transporting several shoe brackets which are hung one above the other and equipped with shoes, which ensures that the shoe is properly held even in the event of strong vibrations in a truck.

Characterized in that the connecting element and the extension element form a single straight rod and the supporting part is fixedly attached to the top of the connecting element, not only is an economical production and a compact storage or storage possible, but it is also ensured that the overlapping shoe support brackets are largely aligned with each other in the vertical direction even if they are equipped with shoes.

According to the invention at least two, but preferably even more, shoe support brackets designed according to the invention, whereupon only the uppermost shoe support bracket must be carried and handled by an operator, while the similar shoe support brackets suspended below are also transported. The invention is particularly advantageous when transporting a large number of pairs of shoes, for example in a truck. Here, a shoe support bracket according to the invention can be attached, for example, to a support rod provided in the vehicle or on a clothes rack, and so many additional support brackets can then be attached under this support bracket until the floor of the vehicle or the other storage space is reached. A pair of shoes can then be attached to each of the shoe supports arranged one above the other.

Advantageous embodiments of the invention are characterized by the subclaims. The production of all parts of the shoe support bracket from stiff wire material is particularly advantageous, which not only ensures economical and simple manufacture, but also achieves an overall space-saving and lightweight construction.

If all elements of the shoe support bracket according to claim 11 are arranged in one plane, mutually similar shoe support brackets will be rotated by about 90 ° against each other, which has the advantage that the pairs of shoes arranged thereon interfere less with each other.

In the event that the shoe support brackets are to be hung without twisting, the embodiment according to claim 12 is useful.

The length of the entire shoe support bracket should be such that the pairs of shoes arranged on one another of the same type of shoe support brackets do not hinder one another or only slightly. However, a slight overlap is acceptable.

It is particularly advantageous if, with the exception of the bend, which is rotated by 90 ° and designed as an eyelet or hook, all of the elements lie essentially in one plane, because then the shoe support brackets can be conveniently packed and transported without shoes attached to them.

This embodiment also essentially has the embodiment according to claim 14; however, it offers the further advantage that the pairs of shoes can be pushed onto the shoe holding projections more easily because their upper end regions protrude further from the upper region of the extension element and from the supporting part.

The shoes are suspended on the shoe-holding projections with the toe of the shoe facing upwards so that their sole is substantially parallel to the plane formed by the supporting part, the connecting element, the extension element and at least the lower regions of the shoe-holding projections.

The invention is described below, for example with reference to the drawing; in this shows:
Fig. 1

Fig. 2
the arrangement of two shoe supports according to the invention one above the other and
Fig. 3
another embodiment in perspective view of the shoe support bracket according to the invention, with a single shoe bracket on the left and two shoe brackets arranged one above the other hanging on a support bar.

According to FIG. 1, a shoe support bracket according to the invention has a support hook 11, a connecting element 12 adjoining it at the bottom and an extension element 14 which extends downwards and is closed at the bottom by a bend 15 designed as an eyelet. The bend 15 lies in a plane which is rotated by 90 ° relative to the plane of the support hook 11 about an axis defined by the connecting element 12 and the extension element 14.

The support hook 11, the connecting element 12, the extension element 14 and the eyelet 15 preferably consist of a single stiff wire which is shaped accordingly.

At the lower end of the connecting element 12 or at the transition point to the extension element 14, shoe-holding projections 12 extending to opposite sides are fastened, for example by welding, which are likewise made of the same stiff wire material. About a bar 17 welded to the rod-shaped wire 12, the stiff wire material forming the shoe-holding protrusions 13 extends slightly V-shaped upwards at a distance from the connecting element 12 and finally goes at the upper end, but still clearly below the support hook 11 in two substantially circular, outward turns 16 over. The distance between the shoe-holding projections 13 and the bends 16 from the connecting element 12 is such that one shoe of a pair of shoes can be put over the two shoe-holding projections 13 with the bends 16. The length of the extension element 14 should be such that the eyelet 15 provided at the lower end is either at the lower end or somewhat below the lower end of the pair of shoes.

On the basis of the design according to the invention, according to FIG. 2, a support bracket can be attached to a support rod 18 arranged, for example, in a transport vehicle. In the eyelet 15 at the lower end of the support hook 11 of a similarly shaped shoe support bracket can then be suspended, so that in this case two pairs of shoes can be arranged one above the other on a single support element 18.

If a sufficient height is available, the eyelet 15 of the lower shoe hanger according to FIG. 2, another shoe hanger according to the invention can be attached with its hook 11, etc.

Due to the rotation of the bend 15 relative to the plane in which the other components are located, two shoe support brackets which are hung one above the other according to FIG. 2 are located in the same plane. In this way, a particularly compact accommodation of numerous pairs of shoes can be ensured, in particular when attaching even more identical shoe support brackets and arranging several such columns of attached shoe support brackets one behind the other.

The embodiment according to FIG. 3 differs from the one described above only in that the bend at the lower end of the extension element 14 is designed as an upwardly open hook 15 'and the shoe-holding projections 13 into a lower region 13' which runs parallel to the connecting element 12 and are divided into an upper region 13 ″, which is formed by an angle of approximately 20 ° from that formed by the lower rectilinear regions 13 ′ The plane is bent out in such a way that the upper rectilinear regions 13 ″ and the lower regions 13 ′ remain parallel to one another. The loop-shaped bends 16 extend from the upper end of the upper regions 13 ″ of the shoe-holding projections 13 in opposite directions in an arc shape and finally run back over a straight piece 16 ′ to the lower part of the upper region 13 ″ in such a way that the straight piece 16 ′ coexists the straight upper region 13 ″ of the shoe holding projections 13 encloses an angle of approximately 40 °.

Bending out the upper region 13 ″ of the shoe holding projections 13 makes it easier to put on the pairs of shoes, and the arrangement of the shoe soles parallel to the plane defined by the lower regions 13 ′ is also favored.
