Abstract
Description
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Nahtwebmaschine zum Endlosmachen eines Kunststoffgewebes mittels einer Webnaht. Zur Bildung des Webfaches weist die Nahtwebmaschine eine Jacquardmaschine auf, wobei diese unterhalb des Webfaches angeordnet ist und die Harnischschnüre durch oberhalb des Webfaches befestigte Zugfedern zurückgezogen werden.The invention relates to a seam weaving machine for making a plastic fabric endless by means of a woven seam. Technische Kunststoffgewebe für Verwendungen, bei denen es auf eine gleichmäßige Oberflächenstruktur des Gewebes ankommt, insbesondere flachgewobene Papiermaschinensiebe aus Kunststoff-Monofilamenten, werden durch eine Webnaht endlos gemacht. Zur Herstellung einer Webnaht werden an den miteinander zu verbindenden Gewebeenden die Kettfäden auf einer Länge von z.B. 15 cm freigelegt, indem die Schußfäden in diesem Bereich entfernt werden. Aus diesen Kettfädenfransen und den aus einem abgeschnittenen Gewebestück entnommenen Schußfäden wird dann die Webnaht gebildet, in der die ursprüngliche Gewebebindung exakt wiederhergestellt wird. Dazu wird aus den entnommenen Schußfäden ein Hilfswebfach oder Nahtwebfach aufgespannt, in dem die entnommenen Schußfäden als Hilfskettfäden fungieren. In dieses Nahtwebfach werden dann abwechselnd die von dem einen Gewebeende und die von dem anderen Gewebeende abstehenden Kettfädenfransen als Hilfsschußfäden eingetragen.Technical plastic fabrics for uses that require a uniform surface structure of the fabric, in particular flat-woven paper machine screens made of plastic monofilaments, are made endless by a woven seam. Die miteinander fluchtenden Kettfädenfransen des einen Gewebeendes und des anderen Gewebeendes werden nur jeweils bis zur sogenannten Verstechstelle eingewebt, an der sie dann aus dem Gewebe herausgeführt und später abgeschnitten werden. Die Verstechstellen sind innerhalb der Webnaht nach einem bestimmten Muster versetzt, was für die Zugfestigkeit und Qualität der Webnaht von großer Bedeutung ist. Jacquardmaschinen sind daher zur Bildung eines Nahtwebfaches mit programmierten Verstechstellen besonders geeignet und die Verwendung einer Jacquardmaschine zur Herstellung einer Webnaht ist aus der EP-A-0 043 441 bekannt. Die Jacquardmaschine ist dabei in üblicher Weise über dem Nahtwebfach angeordnet, so daß die an der Unterseite der Jacquardmaschine austretenden Harnischschnüre auf geradem Weg durch das Nahtwebfach geführt werden können. Wie es aus der DE-C-704 153 bekannt ist, läßt sich die Bauhöhe einer Webmaschine dadurch verringern, daß die Jacquardmaschine so konstruiert wird, daß die Harnischschnüre an der Oberseite herausgeführt sind und die Jacquardmaschine dann unterhalb des Webfaches angeordnet wird. Oberhalb des Webfaches ist ein Zugfedernrost befestigt, in dem Zugfedern eingehängt sind, die die Harnischschnüre nach oben zurückziehen. Die Verwendung von Rückzugsfedern anstatt von Gewichten hat auch den Vorteil, daß die Arbeitsgeschwindigkeit der Jacquardmaschine erhöht werden kann. Eine solche auf den Kopf gestellte Anordnung einer Jacquardmaschine bei der Herstellung einer Webnaht zum Endlosmachen eines Papiermaschinensiebes ist aus der EP-A-0 236 601 bekannt. Diese Art der Anordnung einer Jacquardmaschine ist auch allgemein bei Bandwebmaschinen bekannt. Es handelt sich hierbei jedoch um Sonderfälle. Erfindungsgemäß wird diese Aufgabe dadurch gelöst, daß eine Jacquardmaschine konventioneller Bauart, also mit nach unten herausgeführten Harnischschnüren, leicht versetzt unterhalb des Webfaches angeordnet wird und daß die nach unten herausgeführten Harnischschnüre nach oben umgelenkt, zu den Ösen geführt und oberhalb dieser durch Rückzugsfedern o.ä. an einem Rost festgemacht sind.According to the invention this object is achieved in that a jacquard machine of conventional design, i.e. with harness cords led downwards, is arranged slightly offset below the shed and that the harness cords led downwards are deflected upwards, guided to the eyelets and above them by retraction springs or the like . are attached to a grate.
Überraschenderweise hat sich gezeigt, daß die Umlenkung der Harnischschnüre um insgesamt 180 die Funktion der Jacquardmaschine nicht wesentlich beeinträchtigt. Das Papiermaschinensieb 2 ist um die Jacquardmaschine geführt, so daß sich die beiden zu verbindenden Gewebeenden 3, 4 in einem Abstand von z.B. 10 cm gegenüberliegen. Die Gewebeenden sind auf stationären Schienen 5, 6 festgeklemmt. Die nach unten herausgeführten Harnischschnüre 8 werden durch Umlenkrollen 9 in die Horizontale umgelenkt. Es ist dabei für jede Harnischschnur 8 eine eigene Umlenkrolle 9 vorgesehen, wobei die Rollen 9 für die Harnischschnüre 8 einer Reihe auf einer gemeinsamen Achse angeordnet sind. Die Umlenkrollen 9 sind in einer unter einem flachen Winkel liegenden Ebene 10 angeordnet, so daß durch die Umlenkung zugleich die Harnischbreite wesentliche verringert wird.The
Die Harnischschnüre 8 werden dann seitlich neben der Jacquardmaschine nach oben zum Webfach 11 geführt. Die Umlenkung aus der Horizontalen vertikal nach oben erfolgt durch insgesamt 4 Chorbretter 12, um den Umlenkungswinkel bei jedem Chorbrett 12 klein zu halten, wobei das erste Chorbrett 12 senkrecht angeordnet ist und die folgenden Chorbretter jeweils um einen Winkel von ca. 30 gegenüber dem vorausgehenden gekippt sind, so daß das letzte Chorbrett waagrecht liegt. Diese Art der Umlenkung benötigt wenig Raum und verändert die Harnischbreite nicht. Unmittelbar unterhalb des Webfaches 11 ist ein Harnischbrett 13 angeordnet, das aus zwei mit einem Scharniergelenk verbundenen Hälften besteht und in Verbindung mit einem oberhalb des Webfaches 11 angeordneten in gleicher Weise geteilten Zugfedernrostes 14 eine Anpassung des Abstandes der Harnischschnüre 8 an den Abstand der Hilfskettfäden innerhalb des Webfaches 11 ermöglicht. Diese Harnischführung ist in der gleichzeitig eingereichten EP-Patentanmeldung "Verstellbare Harnischführung für die Jacquardmaschine einer Nahtwebmaschine" derselben Anmelderin (eigenes Zeichen: 27750; = DE-U-92 15 440.9) beschrieben.The
