Abstract
Description
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Haltevorrichtung für als Hohlzylinder ausgeführte Druckformen bei der Formherstellung, insbesondere im Galvanikbereich.The invention relates to a holding device for printing forms designed as hollow cylinders in mold production, in particular in the electroplating sector.
Hohlzylinder-Druckformen werden vor allem im Verpackungsdruck benutzt. Um solche Hohlzylinder bei der Formherstellung, insbesondere im Galvanikbereich, bearbeiten zu können, ist es notwendig, die Zylinder endseitig so zu adaptieren, daß in den Galvanikanlagen sowohl die erforderlichen hohen Stromdichten als auch ein ausreichendes Drehmoment übertragen werden können. Außerdem ist die Dichtheit zu gewährleisten, d.h. es darf kein Elektrolyt in den Innenraum der Hohlzylinder-Druckform gelangen.Hollow cylinder printing forms are mainly used in packaging printing. Die linksseitige Darstellung der Fig. 1 läßt ein stirnseitiges Ende einer Hohlzylinder-Druckform 1(im folgenden nur als Hohlzylinder bezeichnet) erkennen, in das eine als Ronde 2 bezeichneter Ring mit konischer Innenbohrung eingesetzt ist.
