Description
Vorliegends Nutzmodell bezieht sich auf eine Vorrichtung, zum Eisatz in irgendeinem Fahrzeug bestimmt. Diese Vorrichtung wird am Motor eingebaut und durch einen einfachen Schlauch mit dem Luftfilter verbunden. Die Dimensionen dieser Vorrichtung können gemäss der Motorleistung angepasst werden.The present utility model refers to a device intended for use in any vehicle. Man kann sagen, dass die Vorrichtung immer in Betrieb ist, selbst bei ausgeschaltetem Motor, weil sie dauernd Luft speichert, wodurch das Anfahren auch bei Kälte und Feuchtigkeit erleichtert wird. Der Luftabscheider ermöglicht ein besseres Anfahren des Fahrzeuges und entwickelt gleichzeitig eine grössere Geschwindigkeit, was zu einer Reduzierung des Brennstoffverbrauches fuehrt. Er verhindert noch die Isolierung der Zuendkerzen, wobei die Explosion in der Kammer wirksamer und der Motorbetrieb ruhiger wird, mit einer erheblichenVerminderung der Schwingung in der Karrosserie und mit einer Reduzierung der Verschmutzung.
Vorliegende Erfindung soll also eine Vorrichtung fuer Einsatz in Fahrzeugen verschaffen, die sich in drei unter sich verbundenen Teile und einer Verzögerungsplatte aufteilt. Ein Teil isr der Hauptkörper rechteckiger Form, intern durch Kanäle dividiert, durch die Luft ansteigen soll. Das zweite Teil ist der Deckel, der am Oberteil des Gehäuses geschweisst ist und sich oben verengt. Von dort geht ein einfacher Schlauch aus, der das Gehäuse mit dem Luftfilter verbindet. Am verengten Deckelteil wird ein Filter aus feinem Metallgewebe angebracht, der perfekt auf zwei dafuer vorhandenen Kanten sitz und der oben eine in zwei Vertiefungen eingestellte Feder hat, sodass der Filter durch die Luftwirkung nicht verschoben wird. Zwischen Hauptkörper und Deckel wird eine Verzögerungsplatte (4) mit den genauen Dimensionen des Innernen des Hauptkörpers eingebaut, die achtzig Oeffnungen hat, welche die aus den Kanälen kommende Luft durchlassen sollen. Dabei wird jedem Kanal eine Oeffnung in der Platte zugeordnet. Dat dritte Teil dieser Vorrichtung besteht aus einem kleineren am Unterteil des Hauptgehäuses geschweissten Gehäuse, das Aussenfluegel aufweist.
