Bei Haushalts-Kochmulden ist es bekannt (DE-GM 88 14 158), bei einem eine Kochstellen aufweisende Glaskeramikplatte tragenden und die Glaskeramikplatte umgebenden, geschlossenen Rahmen auf der Rückseite eine pultartige Erhöhung vorzusehen mit einer gegenüber der Kochfläche aufsteigenden Kontrollfläche, die Bestandteil des Rahmens ist und die Anzeige- und Bedienelemente für die Kochstellen trägt. Es ist ferner eine Rahmenleiste zur Verbindung eines Glaskeramik-Kochfeldes mit einem Bedienteil bekannt (DE-GM 91 06 359), wobei die Rahmenleiste aus einem die Stirnflächen des Kochfeldes und des Bedienteiles umfassenden Profilteil besteht. Bei der erfindungsgemäßen Bauweise wird eine funktionale und optisch wahrnehmbare Begrenzung von Kochfläche und Kontrollfläche vermieden. Damit entfallen zwischen Kochfläche und Kontrollfläche erhabene, leistenartige Begrenzungselemente, die an den Stoßbereichen Kanten oder Schlitze bilden und erfahrungsgemäß schlecht zu reinigen sind. Es entfallen aber auch zwischen den vorgenannten Flächen Verbindungselemente z.B. in Form von T-förmigen Verbindungsleisten, die gegenüber den vorgenannten Flächen abgedichtet werden müssen um das Eindringen von Flüssigkeiten zu vermeiden und damit beträchtlichen Fertigungsaufwand erfordern. Nicht zuletzt ergibt sich durch die erfindungsgemäße Ausgestaltung neben der Verbesserung der Gebrauchstauglichkeit, insb. der erleichterten Reinigung der gesamten Muldenfläche und neben den fertigungstechnischen Vorteilen eine Verbesserung des Erscheinungsbildes der Kochmulde, insb. infolge der optischen Verbreiterung der Kochfläche.In the construction according to the invention, a functional and optically perceptible limitation of the cooking surface and control surface is avoided. Die in den Figuren gezeigte Kochmulde ist gebildet aus einem die gesamte Kochmulde umziehenden Muldenrahmen 1 mit rechtwinkelig aneinanderstoßenden Rahmenschenkeln 1a, 1b, 1c und 1d sowie mit im wesentlichen senkrecht nach unten abstehenden Begrenzungsschenkeln z.B. 1f und 1g und weiterhin mit einem nicht weiter erläuterten Unterbau 1h zur Aufnahme und Halterung von Bedien- und Anzeigeorganen 2 sowie von nicht-dargestellten Heizkörpern. Innerhalb der Rahmenschenkel 1a bis 1d angeordnet ist eine durch Glaskeramikmaterial gebildete Kochfläche 3 sowie seitlich daneben eine Kontrollfläche 4, unterhalb welcher sich die vorgenannten Bedien- und Anzeigeorgane 2 befinden. Unterhalb der Kochfläche 3 befinden sich die ebenfalls vorgenannten Heizkörper, und zwar im Bereich der beim Ausführungsbeispiel insgesamt vier Kochstellen-Markierungen z.B. 5. Die Bedien- und Anzeigeorgane bestehen im wesentlichen aus seitlich über den Begrenzungsschenkel 1f leicht hinausragenden Rändelscheiben 6 zur Einstellung der Heizleistung für die Kochstellen 5, die in Verbindung stehen können mit Kodierschaltern 7 und entsprechenden, mit den Heizkörpern verbundenen, elektrischen Schaltorganen. Bei beiden Ausführungsbeispielen gemäß Figur 2 und 3 besteht sowohl die Kochfläche 3 als auch die Kontrollfläche 4 aus Glaskeramikmaterial. Gemäß Fig. 2 ist die Kochfläche 3 gebildet aus einer im wesentlichen quadratischen Glaskeramikplatte 9, während die Kontrollfläche 4 gebildet wird durch eine langgestreckte, schmale Glaskeramikplatte 10 mit derselben Oberflächenstruktur und Beschaffenheit. An den Stoßstellen sind die beiden Platten 9 und 10 unmittelbar eng benachbart und miteinander flexibel verbunden durch ein dauerelastisches Klebematerial 11 z.B. Silikonkleber, derart, daß die beiden Platten 9 und 10 praktisch fugenfrei aneinanderstoßen. Die beiden Glaskeramikplatten 9 und 10 bilden somit eine konstruktive Einheit, die als ebener Verbund hergestellt und auf Lager gehalten wird und bein Zusammenfügen mit dem Muldenrahmen 1 nach Art eines Filmscharniers in die geschwenkte Stellung gemäß Fig. 2 gebracht wird. Zur Halterung dieser Verbundeinheit sind am muldenrahmen entsprechende Stützauflager 12 vorgesehen, auf welche die Verbundeinheit aufgelegt und an der Peripherie mit einem entsprechenden Dichtmaterial gegenüber dem Muldenrahmen 1 abgedichtet wird. Die, die Kontrollfläche 4 bildende Glaskeramikplatte 10 besitzt in Höhe der Anzeigeorgane 8 entsprechende transparente Bereiche 13, durch die hindurch die Sieben-Segmentanzeige sichtbar ist.In both exemplary embodiments according to FIGS. 2 and 3, both the
Beim Ausführungsbeispiel gemaß Fig. 3 ist die Kochfläche 3 und die Kontrollfläche 4 gebildet aus einer einstückigen Glaskeramikplatte 9, die an der Stelle 15 winkelig gebogen ist. Dieser Biegebereich 15 befindet sich relativ weit entfernt von den Kochstellen, sodaß eine beim Biegevorgang evtl. auftretende Veränderung in der Materialstruktur sich in thermischer Hinsicht nicht schädlich auswirken kann. Beim Ausführungsbeispiel ruht die Glaskeramikplatte 9 im Bereich der Biegestelle 15 auf einer, auf dem Stützauflager 12 angeordneten Dichtungsmasse 16. Bei den beiden Ausführungsbeispielen ist die Kontrollfläche 4 in bevorzugter Weise seitlich neben der Kochfläche 3 angeordnet. Im Rahmen der vorliegenden Erfindung besteht aber auch die Möglichkeit, diese Kontrollfläche an einer anderen Begrenzungskante der Kochfläche vorzusehen.In the exemplary embodiment according to FIG. 3, the

- Cooker top according to claim 1, characterised thereby that cooking surface (3) and control surface (4) consist integrally of a glass ceramic plate (14) which is bent in the boundary region of cooking surface and control surface.
- Cooker top according to claim 1, characterised thereby that cooking surface (3) and control surface (4) consist of separate glass ceramic plates (9, 10), the mutually adjoining edges of which are connected together by a preferably permanently resilient adhesive material (11).
- Cooker top according to claim 3, characterised thereby that the two glass ceramic plates (9, 10) are pivotable relative to one another by virtue of the elasticity of the adhesive material (11) for mounting purposes.
- Cooker top according to one of the preceding claims, characterised thereby that the top frame (1) surrounds cooking surface (3) and control surface (4) at the free boundary edges thereof.
- Cooker top according to one of the preceding claims, characterised thereby that the control surface (4) is arranged at a lateral boundary of the cooking surface (3).
