Claims (21)

  1. Vorrichtung zum Füllen eines Rohres (20) mit Fluid, die eine erste Verbindung für ein unter niedrigem Druck stehendes Fluid zum Befüllen des Rohres (20) und eine zweite Verbindung für ein unter hohem Druck stehendes Fluid aufweist, um das Rohr (20) unter Druck zu setzen; dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Hochdruckverbindung einen Schaft (1) aufweist, der eine Längsbohrung (4) zum Kommunizieren mit einer Hochdruckfluidquelle hat, eine Rohrdichtungseinrichtung (11; 11a), die sich benachbart zu einem vorderen Ende des Schaftes (1) befindet, um das Rohr (20) abzudichten, wenn der Schaft (1) nach vorne in Eingriff mit dem Rohr (20) bewegt wird, eine Schaftbewegungseinrichtung (8, 8a, 8b) zum Vorwärtsbewegen und Zurückziehen des vorderen Endes des Schaftes (1) in und außer Eingriff mit dem Rohr (20); und daß die Niederdruckverbindung eine nach vorne geöffnete Abdeckung (19) enthält, welche das vordere Ende des Schaftes (1) im zurückgezogenen Zustand aufnimmt und eine hintere Öffnung hat, die verschiebbar mit dem vorderen Ende des Schaftes (1) hinter der Rohrdichtungseinrichtung (11; 11a) in Eingriff tritt, wobei das Innere der Abdeckung (19) mit einer Niederdruckfluidquelle in Verbindung steht, wobei eine äußere Dichtungseinrichtung (24) um das vordere Ende des Abdichtung (19) herum vorgesehen ist, um eine Abdichtung an einer äußeren Oberfläche (23) zu schaffen, die ein Ende des Rohres (20) umgibt, wobei eine Abdeckungsbewegungseinrichtung (25, 26) vorgesehen ist, um die Abdeckung (19) nach vorne zu bewegen und von der äußeren Oberfläche (23) zurückzuziehen, eine Niederdruckfluidsteuereinrichtung, die mit der Niederdruckfluidquelle (18) in Verbindung steht, um das Rohr (20) mit Fluid zu füllen, wenn die Abdeckung (19) nach vorne bewegt wird und die äußere Dichtungseinrichtung (24) die äußere Oberfläche (23) vor dem Vorwärtsbewegen des Schaftes (1) abdichtet, und zum Entleeren von Fluid aus dem Rohr (20) nach dem Zurückziehen des Schaftes (1), sowie eine Hochdruckfluidsteuereinrichtung, die mit der Hochdruckfluidquelle (6) in Verbindung steht, um das Rohr (20) weiter zu füllen und unter Druck zu setzen, wenn der Schaft (1) nach vorne in Eingriff mit dem Rohr (20) bewegt ist und die Rohrdichtungseinrichtung (11, 11a) das Rohr (20) abdichtet, und zum Verringern des Druckes des Rohres (20), bevor der Schaft (1) zurückgezogen wird.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die äußere Dichtungseinrichtung (24) einen Dichtungsring umfaßt.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schaft (1) eine sich radial nach außen erstreckende Anschlagfläche (10) innerhalb der Abdeckung (19) aufweist und die Abdeckungsbewegungseinrichtung ein stationäres Teil (25) und eine Vorspanneinrichtung (26) zwischen dem stationären Teil (25) und der Abdeckung (19) umfaßt, um die Abdeckung (19) nach vorne in Richtung der äußeren Oberfläche (23) vorzuspannen, während sich die Schaftbewegungseinrichtung (8) nach vorne bewegt, um den Schaft (1) nach vorne in Eingriff mit dem Rohr (20) zu bewegen, und die sich radial erstreckende Anschlagfläche (10) mit der Abdeckung (19) in Eingriff tritt und diese gegen der Wirkung der Vorspanneinrichtung (26) zurückzieht, wenn der Schaft (1) vom Rohr (20) zurückgezogen wird.
  4. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schaftbewegungseinrichtung (8) einen doppeltwirkenden Hydraulikzylinder umfaßt, der zwischen dem hinteren Ende (5) des Schaftes (1) und einem stationären Teil (12) angeordnet ist, wobei der Zylinder (8) in einer Richtung wirkt, die parallel zur Achse liegt.
  5. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schaft (1) eine Stange (2) mit einer Längsbohrung (4) zum Kommunizieren mit einer Fluidquelle (6) und eine Hülse (3) außerhalb der Stange (2) umfaßt, wobei ein Stangenring (9) mit einem vorderen Ende der Stange (2) verbunden ist und ein Hülsenring (10) mit einem vorderen Ende der Hülse (3) verbunden ist; ein elastomerer Ring (11, 11a) ist zwischen dem Stangenring (9) und dem Hülsenring (10) angeordnet, wobei der elastomere Ring (11, 11a) eine ringförmige Oberfläche aufweist, um mit einer Fläche des Rohres (20) abdichtend in Eingriff zu treten; und Mittel (13, 15) zum axialen Verschieben der Stange (2) und der Hülse (3) relativ zueinander, wobei der elastomere Ring (11, 11a) axial komprimiert oder dekomprimiert wird, wobei der elastomere Ring (11, 11a) radial expandiert und kontrahiert, um mit dem Rohr (20) in und außer Eingriff zu treten, und wobei der Stangenring (9) und der Hülsenring (10) ein größeres radiales Maß als der elastomere Ring (11, 11a) benachbart zu seiner ringförmigen Oberfläche haben, wodurch die ringförmige Oberfläche des elastomeren Rings (11, 11a) normalerweise innerhalb zwischen dem Stangen- und Hülsenring (9 und 10) angeordnet ist und sich radial über den Stangen- und Hülsenring (9 und 10) hinaus erstreckt, wenn der elastomere Ring (11, 11a) zwischen dem Stangen- und Hülsenring (9 und 10) zusammengedrückt wird.
  6. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rohrdichtungseinrichtung (11) angepaßt ist, die innere Oberfläche eines Rohres (20) abzudichten, wobei der Stangenring (9) und der Hülsenring (10) vor bzw. hinter dem elastomeren Ring (11) angeordnet ist und eine ringförmige Oberfläche des elastomeren Rings (11) sich radial nach außen erstreckt, um mit der inneren Oberfläche des Rohres (20) in Eingriff zu treten, wenn der elastomere Ring (11) zwischen dem Stangen- und Hülsenring (9 und 10) zusammengedrückt wird.
  7. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einrichtung (13, 15) zum Verschieben der Stange (2) relativ zu Hülse (3) eine hintere Hülsenanschlageinrichtung (13) umfaßt, die sich radial nach innen zur Achse hin bewegt, nachdem der Schaft (1) in das Rohr (20) eingeführt worden ist, um mit dem hinteren Ende (15) der Hülse (3) in Eingriff zu treten, um eine Rückwärtsbewegung der Hülse (3) zu verhindern, wenn die Schaftbewegungseinrichtung (8) die Stange (2) nach hinten zurückzieht, um die innere Oberfläche des Rohres (20) abzudichten.
  8. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das hintere Ende der Hülse einen ringförmigen Hülsenanschlagring (15) aufweist, der nach außen von der Hülse (3) vorsteht, und wobei die hintere Hülsenanschlageinrichtung (2) entgegengesetzt radial bewegbare Blöcke (13) mit einer halbringförmigen inneren Oberfläche umfaßt, durch die hindurch sich der Schaft (1) erstreckt.
  9. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7 oder 8, gekennzeichnet durch eine Stangenbegrenzungseinrichtung (16) zum Begrenzen des Ausmaßes, mit dem die Stange (2) zurückgezogen werden kann, um das Innere des Rohres (20) abzudichten, nachdem der Schaft (1) in das Rohr (20) eingeführt worden ist und die hintere Hülsenanschlageinrichtung (13) mit dem hinteren Ende (15) der Hülse (3) in Eingriff getreten ist, wobei die Stangenbegrenzungseinrichtung (16) einen Stangenanschlag umfaßt, der von der Stange (2) hinter der Hülse (3) vorsteht, sowie eine hintere Stangenanschlageinrichtung (13) für eine radial nach innen gerichtete Bewegung, um mit einer hinteren Fläche des Stangenanschlags (16) in Eingriff zu treten.
  10. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Stangenanschlag (16) ein Stangenanschlagteil umfaßt, das mittels eines Gewindes und einstellbar mit der Stange (2) in Eingriff ist.
  11. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9 oder 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die hintere Stangenanschlageinrichtung (13) zwei halbringförmige innere Nuten in der halbringförmigen inneren Oberfläche aufweist und das Stangenanschlagteil (16) ein Ring ist, der in den Nuten aufnehmbar ist.
  12. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die ringförmige Oberfläche des elastomeren Rings (11) eine ganz außen liegende Oberfläche ist und die Breitendimension der ganz außen liegenden Oberfläche des Stangenrings (9) kleiner als die Dimension der ganz außen liegenden Oberfläche des Hülsenrings (10) ist, und die ganz außen liegende Oberfläche des elastomeren Rings (11) eine kleinere Abmessung als die ganz außen liegenden Oberflächen des Stangen- und Hülsenrings (9 und 10) hat.
  13. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Stangenring (9) äußere vordere Ränder hat, die konvex gerundet sind.
  14. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rohrdichtungseinrichtung (11a) angepaßt ist, die äußere Oberfläche des Rohres (20) abzudichten, der Hülsenring (9a) und Stangenring (7a) vor bzw. hinter dem elastomeren Ring (11a) angeordnet ist und sich die ringförmige Oberfläche des elastomeren Rings (11a) radial nach innen erstreckt, um mit einer äußeren Oberfläche des Rohres (20) in Eingriff zu treten, wenn dieser zwischen dem Hülsen- und Stangenring (9a und 7a) zusammengedrückt wird.
  15. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verschiebeeinrichtung eine hintere Stangenanschlageinrichtung (13a) umfaßt, die sich radial nach innen zur Achse hin bewegt, nachdem der Schaft (1a) nach vorne und in Eingriff mit der äußeren Oberfläche des Rohres (20) bewegt worden ist, um mit dem hinteren Ende (16a) der Stange (2a) in Eingriff zu treten, um eine rückwärtige Bewegung der Stange (2a) zu verhindern, während die Schaftbewegungseinrichtung (8a, 8b) die Hülse (3a) nach hinten zurückzieht, um die äußere Oberfläche des Rohres (20) abzudichten.
  16. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das hintere Ende der Stange (2a) einen ringförmigen Stangenanschlagring (16a) aufweist, der von der Stange (2a) nach außen vorsteht, und wobei die hintere Stangenanschlageinrichtung (13a) zwei entgegengesetzt radial bewegbare Blöcke aufweist.
  17. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 15 oder 16, gekennzeichnet durch eine Hülsenbegrenzungseinrichtung (15a) zum Begrenzen des Ausmaßes, mit dem die Hülse (3a) zurückgezogen werden kann, um das Äußere des Rohres (20) abzudichten, nachdem der Schaft (1a) nach vorne bewegt worden ist, um mit dem Äußeren des Rohres (20) in Eingriff zu treten und die hintere Stangenanschlageinrichtung (13a) mit dem hinteren Ende der Stange (2a) in Eingriff getreten ist, wobei die Hülsenbegrenzungseinrichtung einen hinteren Hülsenanschlagring (15a) aufweist, der von der Stange (2a) hinter der Hülse (3a) und vor dem hinteren Ende (16a) der Stange (2a) vorsteht.
  18. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der hintere Hülsenanschlagring (15a) mittels eines Gewindes und einstellbar mit der Stange (2a) in Eingriff ist.
  19. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 14 bis 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die innere Abmessung des Hülsenrings (9a) größer ist als die innere Abmessung des Stangenrings (7a) und der elastomere Ring (11a) eine größere innere Abmessung als der Hülsen- und Stangenring (9a und 7a) hat.
  20. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 14 bis 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Hülsenring (9a) konvex gerundete innere vordere Ränder aufweist.
  21. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 14 bis 20, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schaftbewegungseinrichtung (8a, 8b) zwei doppelwirkende Hydraulikzylinder (8a, 8b) aufweist, von denen jeder mit einem Auslegearm (29) in Eingriff ist, der mittig zwischen dem hinteren Ende der Hülse (3a) und einem stationären Teil (12a, 12b) angeordnet ist, wobei die Zylinder (8a, 8b) in einer Richtung wirken, die parallel zur Achse liegt.
