Claims (1)

  1. Procédé de fabrication d'un alliage de carbonitrure fritté à base de titane, pour usinage fin, comportant 3 à 25 % en poids d'une phase liante, par broyage, compression et frittage d'un mélange de poudres, selon une technique connue de la métallurgie des poudres, procédé dans lequel la partie principale dudit mélange de poudres est une poudre de carbonitrure cubique complexe constituée de métaux des groupes IV et V du système périodique, et de carbone et d'azote, plus de 95 % de la quantité desdits métaux dans l'alliage fini provenant dudit carbonitrure complexe, et ledit carbonitrure complexe ayant la composition 0,86 ≤ X IV ≤ 0,97

    dans laquelle XIV est le rapport molaire des éléments du groupe IV et XC est le rapport molaire du carbone, le carbonitrure complexe comprenant essentiellement des grains équiaxes avec une étroite distribution granulométrique et une granulométrie moyenne de 0,8 à 3 µm, ledit carbonitrure complexe étant produit directement par carbonitruration des oxydes des métaux ou des métaux eux-mêmes.
