Claims (13)
- Verfahren zum Ummanteln von Rollen für die Unterstützung und den Transport von fortlaufenden Materialbahnen geringer Stärke und großer Breite, welche einen Grundkörper (10) aus einem zusammengesetzten Material umfassen, das aus einem Harz- und Fasergemisch gebildet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es die folgenden Schritte umfaßt:i) separates Herstellen der zu ummantelnden Rolle (10) aus dem zusammengesetzten Material in Form eines rohrförmigen Körpers und eines äußeren Mantelstückes (12) aus Metall mit Abmessungen und Toleranzen jeweils, die deren Verbindung erlauben,ii) Zusammenfügen der zu ummantelnden Rolle (10) und des Mantelstückes (12) in ihrer jeweiligen Verwendungsposition und Einführen eines Ziehdorns (20) in die zu ummantelnde Rolle (10) und anschließendiii) Kaltziehen des Mantelstücks (12) auf der zu ummantelnden Rolle (10) in einem reduzierenden Ziehring (30).
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es den voraufgehenden Schritt der Befestigung einer Scheibe (14) am vorderen Ende des Mantelstückes (12) umfaßt, die als Stempel für den Ziehdorn (20) dient.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es nach dem Ziehvorgang einen Schritt umfaßt, der darin besteht, einen internen Kanal (22) des Ziehdornes (20) mit einem Fluidkreislauf unter Druck in Verbindung zu bringen, um die ummantelte Rolle vom Ziehdorn zu lösen.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß weiterhin der Grundkörper (10) und/oder das Mantelstück (12) vor dem Schritt ii) des Zusammenfügens mit Leim bestrichen werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Leimung örtlich vorgesehen wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Leimung in Rillen (16) vorgesehen wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Dichtungsring zwischen dem Grundkörper (10) und dem Mantelstück (12) am vorderen Ende desselben vorgesehen wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Mantelstück (12, 16) aus einem der folgenden Materialien gebildet wird: rostfreier Stahl, Kohlenstoffstahl, Kupfer, Aluminium.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Mantelstück (12) durch Rollen, Schweißen und Ziehen gebildet wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Mantelstück (12) vor dem Schritt ii) des Zusammenfügens gezogen wird und daß der Schritt iii) ein Nachziehschritt ist.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es einen weiteren Schritt umfaßt, der darin besteht, daß längsverlaufende Rillen in der Außenfläche des Mantelstücks (12) ausgebildet werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die längsverlaufenden Rillen mittels eines erneuten Kaltzieharbeitsvorganges ausgebildet werden.
- Rolle zur Unterstützung und zum Transport von fortlaufenden Materialbahnen geringer Stärke und großer Breite, die nach dem Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12 erhalten wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie- einen rohrförmigen Grundkörper (10) aus einem zusammengesetzten Material, der aus einem Harz- und Fasergemisch gebildet ist, und- ein äußeres Mantelstück (12) aus Metall umfaßt, das auf den rohrförmigen Grundkörper (10) kaltgezogen ist.
