The invention relates to a mounting rail with a V-shaped cross-sectional profile for lights or lighting systems in a modular design, in which an upper and a lower rail part are connected to each other by a transverse wall, which the rail interior into a large, one-sided open and a small receiving chamber for subdivides the housing of electrical components and / or lines and in which the upper rail part in the region of the large receiving chamber has an outwardly open anchor groove which serves for the engagement of brackets.
In addition to the use of conventional linear luminaires with fluorescent lamps, high demands on economical lighting using optimal lighting technology also require the use of spotlights with halogen lamps and compact fluorescent lamps with a freely selectable arrangement within a light band system. Luminaire systems with a modular design are suitable for this purpose, in which the support frame for a linear luminaire or for a continuous row arrangement makes use of a rail track body in the form of two support rails arranged in parallel and in mirror image with a suitable cross-sectional profile.
Lighting systems of this type have already been proposed in the older European patent application 90114986.4 (EP-A1-0 469 179). When designing the profile of such a mounting rail, apart from aesthetic aspects of the contour, it is important, among other things, that on the one hand the receiving chambers created by the transverse wall are optimally designed for the accommodation of the electrical components and lines and on the other hand necessary assembly work, in particular the immediate one Joining mounting rail sections can be carried out easily and quickly.
The invention is based on the object, for a mounting rail with a V-shaped cross-sectional profile for lights or lighting systems in a modular design of the type described in the introduction to provide another solution that optimizes and profiling lights or lighting systems in a modular design with regard to high technical variance at the same time allows quick and easy installation when assembling and assembling such lights or lighting systems.
This object is achieved according to the invention by the features specified in claim 1.
Advantageous embodiments of the subject matter of claim 1 are specified in the
