Abstract

A packaging bag with a suspension hook consists of a preferably re-closable bag made of plastic, which has at its upper end an extension (14) preferably constructed as a handle, and a hook (16) with a hook part (15), and a base part (1) which is constructed as a tube and has on its underside a slot with which it can be fitted onto a bead provided on the extension (14). In order that the base part of the hook constructed as a tube can easily be fitted onto the bead of the extension of the bag, and in order that the base part cannot slip in the fitted-on position, at least one lug, which engages in a cutout (3, 4) in the bag or in its extension (14), is provided on the base part (1). <IMAGE>

Um die hohen Lohnkosten herabzusetzen und aus Gründen des Umweltschutzes ist es demnach wünschenswert, den Haken, bestehend aus Hakenteil und Basisteil (Stabilisierungsrohr), aus einem Stück und aus einem leicht wiederverwertbaren (recycelbaren) Kunststoff zu fertigen. Ein derartiger Haken ist aus der DE-C-21 42 623 bereits bekannt, und zwar aus der oben erwähnten Abbildung C dieser Vorveröffentlichung. Er wurde auch getestet, hat sich in der Praxis allerdings aus folgenden Gründen nicht bewährt: Einerseits sollte das Basisteil des Hakens leicht und zügig auf die Wulst an der Verlängerung des Beutels aufgeschoben werden können. Zu diesem Zweck mußte der Schlitz an der Unterseite des Basisteils verhältnismäßig groß gemacht werden. Dann rutschte der Beutel allerdings auf der Wulst der Verlängerung hin und her. Wenn andererseits der Schlitz enger gemacht wurde, um ein Verrutschen des Beutels zu verhindern, war die Verlängerung des Beutels nur sehr schwer aufschiebbar, die Montage also mit zu großen Schwierigkeiten verbunden.In order to reduce the high labor costs and for reasons of environmental protection, it is therefore desirable to manufacture the hook, consisting of the hook part and base part (stabilizing tube), from one piece and from an easily recyclable (recyclable) plastic. Die Montage ist dann allerdings sehr schwierig und zeitaufwendig und damit teuer. Es wurde auch der Versuch unternommen, den aufgeschobenen Haken mit einer Zange und einer Miete zu befestigen, was allerdings ebenfalls umständlich und teuer ist. Weiterhin könnte der aufgeschobene Haken mittels einer Schweißzange punktförmig unterhalb der Wulst an der Verlängerung oder am Steg des Gleitverschlußbandes befestigt werden. Auch diese Maßnahme scheitert am zu hohen Arbeitsaufwand und damit an den zu hohen Lohnkosten.Various measures have been attempted to prevent the hook from sliding back and forth on the bead of the extension of the bag. Gemäß der Erfindung wird diese Aufgabe nach dem Kennzeichnungsteil des Anspruchs 1 dadurch gelöst, daß an dem Basisteil mindestens ein Nocken vorgesehen ist, der in eine Ausnehmung in dem Beutel eingreift. Der mindestens eine Nocken ist vorzugsweise an der Unterseite des Basisteils vorgesehen. Der Nocken kann an dem Basisteil angespritzt sein, also mit dem Basisteil einstückig verbunden sein. Bei der neuerungsgemäßen Lösung ist es möglich, den Schlitz in dem Basisteil verhältnismäßig groß auszubilden, so daß das Basisteil leicht aufgeschoben werden kann. Bei auf verschiedenen Seiten liegenden Ausnehmungen ergibt sich der Nachteil, daß die Montage des Hakens dadurch erschwert wird, daß die Verlängerung während der Montage abwechslungsweise nach der einen und nach der anderen Seite weggedrückt werden muß. Dasselbe gilt für die Demontage des Hakens. Dieser geringfügige Nachteil kann allerdings für die verbesserte Funktionssicherheit in Kauf genommen werden.Basically, a cam and thus a recess is sufficient. Er weist an seinem oberen Ende eine Verlängerung 14 auf, die auch als Steg bezeichnet werden kann. Die Verlängerung 14 kann mit einem der Bänder des Gleitverschlusses 17 einstückig verbunden sein. Die vierkantigen Ausnehmungen 3, 4 sind an der Verlängerung 2 unterhalb der Wulst 9 vorgesehen. Dadurch ist eine noch sicherere Befestigung des Hakens 16 auf der Verlängerung 14 gewährleistet. Allerdings hat diese Art der Befestigung den Nachteil, daß die Montage des Schiebehakens 16 dadurch erschwert wird, daß die Verlängerung 14 abwechselungsweise nach der einen und nach der anderen Seite weggedrückt werden muß.
