Description

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zum Abschneiden einzelner Karten von Endloskartenmaterial mit einem feststehenden Untermesser und einem relativ hierzu längsbeweglich geführten Obermesser, das von einem Motor über einen Exzenter angetrieben ist, wobei das Obermesser beidseitig zur Schneidkante mit über diese hervorragenden Führungszungen ausgebildet ist, die auch in der hinteren Endstellung des Obermessers auf dem Untermesser aufliegen.The invention relates to a device for cutting individual cards from continuous card material with a fixed lower knife and a longitudinally movable upper knife relative to it, which is driven by a motor via an eccentric, the upper knife being formed on both sides of the cutting edge with excellent guide tongues, which also in the rear end position of the upper knife rest on the lower knife.

Außerdem ergibt sich eine besonders raumsparende Ausbildung, die einen Einsatz der erfindungsgemäßen Vorrichtung auch unter beengten Raumverhältnissen ermöglicht. Das abgewandte, mit einer Schneide 13 versehene Ende des Obermessers 6 wird durch zwei weitere auf seiner Oberseite angreifende Lagerrollen 12 derart geführt, daß es zuverlässig mit dem feststehenden Untermesser 5 zusammenwirkt. Um auch in der hinteren, in Fig. 1 dargestellten Stellung des Obermessers 6 dessen zuverlässige Auflage auf dem Untermesser 5 zu gewährleisten, ist das Obermesser 6 beidseitig zur Schneide 13 mit über diese hervorstehenden Führungszungen 14 ausgebildet, die am besten in Fig. 2 zu erkennen sind.For guidance and storage, the upper knife 6 is provided with longitudinal grooves 11 which are parallel to the direction of movement and which can either be formed as depressions in the top and bottom of the upper knife 6 or as continuous slots. Claims (4)

  1.
