Abstract
Description
L'invention concerne des enveloppes à "fenêtre continues" destinées à des usages commerciaux. The invention relates to "continuous window" envelopes for commercial use.
De telles enveloppes sont connues par les documents suivants: EP-A-0 256 731, US-A-1 387 784 et US-A-3 593 912.Such envelopes are known from the following documents: EP-A-0 256 731, US-A-1 387 784 and US-A-3 593 912.
This device allows the envelope according to the invention avoids the difficulties associated with the precise placement of the address.
The envelope according to the invention is particularly intended for documents written in word processing or by continuous computer processes. (mailing)
Its simplicity of production eliminates the paper losses linked to cutting.
It makes it possible to modify the formats of the envelopes without any rectification of the production chain.
The envelope consists of a base sheet (1) and a sheet (4) of transparent material, assembled together, the base sheet (1) comprising two transverse folds (3) forming two lateral wings. (2) intended to be folded down and glued against the transparent sheet (4) so as to delimit a window (5) which crosses the entire length of the envelope, the sheet (4) of transparent material extending at its two ends to form, on the one hand, a first fold edge (6) glued to the back of the base sheet (1) and, on the other hand, a second fold edge (7) provided with an adhesive strip, intended to be glued to the back of the envelope and to form the closure thereof.
- Complicated and expensive manufacturing.
- Loss of paper related to cutting operations.
- Manufacturing method difficult to modify the envelope formats.
The envelope as described by document EP-A-0 256 731 has a window practically equal to the face of the envelope.
The techniques used include traditional folding (see: document US-A-1,387,784), the four fold edges are part of the backsheet.
The invention presented relates to a continuous window envelope which is based on an innovative technique, two sheets are folded and glued together. To make a product acceptable by postal services in different countries, the windows are placed to the left or right of the envelope.
- comportant une fenêtre transversale sur toute la longueur de l'enveloppe.having a transverse window over the entire length of the envelope.
- l'enveloppe permet d'éviter les difficultés liées au placement de l'adresse dans la fenêtre notamment pour les document rédigés en traitement de texte ou pour des procédés informatique en continue (mailing)the envelope avoids the difficulties linked to the placement of the address in the window, especially for documents written in word processing or for continuous IT processes (mailing)
- elle permet également d'insérer un texte d'information ou publicité à gauche de la fenêtre, en particulier d'insérer l'adresse et le logo de l'expéditeur, ce qui permet d'éviter une impression de l'enveloppe.it also allows you to insert information or advertising text to the left of the window, in particular to insert the address and logo of the sender, which avoids printing the envelope.
It eliminates all losses of raw materials linked to cutting operations.
It requires fewer cutting, folding and gluing operations, and therefore increased productivity.
It allows you to change the formats of the envelopes as well as the Widths without any modification of the production line.
