Abstract
Description
Die Konstruktion wird gemäss den Forderungen der Raummasse in einer Werkstatt erstellt und für die Montierung vorbereitet.a) it is a stage which can be installed in any larger or smaller room if so desired or necessary. The dimensions (length / width height) depend on the requirements of a new or existing space. The construction is created according to the requirements of the room mass in a workshop and prepared for mounting.
Die Bühne wird praktisch "unsichtbar".b) the essence of the stage is its use in any position. A location for depositing is not necessary, as it is hidden in the bench on which you can sit when not in use. If the bench is not desired, niches can be created as a depot, which must be constructed accordingly. This does not detract from the principle of the invention. Instead of a protruding bench, the niches serve to hide. The stage becomes practically "invisible".
- Fig.1 illustrates the dismantled stage, hidden in the molded bench.
- Fig.2 illustrates the assembled stage and ready for use.
- Fig. 3 illustrates the semi-assembled stage, left for use, the bench remains on the right.
- Fig. 4 illustrates the semi-assembled stage, right for use, the bench remains on the left.
- Fig. 5 illustrates the "invisible" hidden stage in the mixes, the fronts remain visible, which are clad flush with the walls and of your choice.
- Fig. 6 schematically illustrates the assembly of the stage in chronological movements for opening the front doors as follows:
a = raise the seat cover (hidden metal crossbars and boards)
b / b = opening the doors (seat fronts)
1. = b / 2. = b'and open front doors with the screws provided, ready to lay the metal crossbars. - Fig. 7 illustrates the removal of the metal crossbars from the intended concealment and corresponding distribution of the same, ready for laying the boards.
- FIG. 8 illustrates the removal of the boards from the concealment intended for this purpose and the corresponding distribution thereof. (Boards are grooved)
- Fig. 9 illustrates the stage provided with the seat covers closed.
- The stage is made up of supporting metal frames that can be opened like doors. They are hinged and attached so that they can be opened in the right direction.
A metal substructure is placed on the floor, fixed to the walls behind it, in such a way that the doors can be attached (as mentioned above).
The opening direction of the doors is essential to enable the formation of the supports of the relative stage floor. When the doors are closed, the fronts of the seat are visible (Fig. 1 or Fig. 5), the stage is deposited.
If the stage is used half (left / right) or completely, the fronts (Fig. 2/3/4) always remain visible, be it on the stage or on the bench. Below the doors, on the opposite side of the hinges, there are metal wheels (clad in PVC material), which reduce the weight of the doors when opening. As soon as the doors have been brought into position, they are combined with appropriate hooks. As a result, the hand-held screws (mounted next to the wheels) must be tightened, approximately 1mm from the floor, in order to avoid loading the platform onto the wheels. - The metal substructure, on which the doors are attached, not only serves to fasten them, but is dimensioned to the metal cross members, respectively. To hide boards in it. These metal crossbars are used and placed on one side on the metal substructure, on the other side on the open central doors, in preparation for the subsequent laying of the boards for the stage floor. The metal crossbars are provided with bolts on both sides (left and right), which have to be placed on the metal substructure and doors to prevent them from slipping.
The crossbeams are hidden in the metal substructure in depth, along the stage. There is space in the side parts to hide the boards.
The hinged wooden lids of the metal substructure are fixed with hinges, so there is the possibility to sit on them when the stage (bench) is not in use.
When using the stage, these seat covers are flush with the floor. - Wooden boards were selected for cladding the door fronts and the stage floor (prototype); paneling on the doors, brown boards for the stage floor, type formwork boards, with tongue and groove and on the front with glued-on decorative cover strips.
The above, everything according to individual selection, various other suitable materials according to your liking are possible. - The entire metal construction is prepared in the workshop, is galvanized (like prototype), ready for delivery and final assembly. Another option: for painting, color of your choice.
- Before ordering and delivering a stage, the following details must be clarified and checked:
- . installations are planned or already exist at the destination.
- . is the static resistance to assemble a stage. (at destination)
- . statutory regulations, a building permit may be necessary or other safety precautions.
Note: in order to put the stage into operation, no specially trained people are required - one individual is sufficient.
Prototype: a stage is already in use in Ticino (CH), the relative plans are available.
