Claims (27)
- Vollsichtschutzmaske (1) für Intervenienzarbeiten in verschmutzten Umgebungen des Typs umfassend:
eine ringförmige Dichtlippe (2), die so angeordnet ist, daß sie eine undurchlässige Abdichtung um das Gesicht eines Benutzers (3) herum bringt,
eine Verbindungsbuchse (5), die eine Atmungsöffnung (5b), die dazu ausgelegt ist, eine Luftzufuhr in Verbindung mit der Innenseite der Maske (1) zu bringen, und eine Ausatemöffnung (5a) aufweist,
eine transparente Scheibe (4), die mit der ringförmigen Lippe (2) durch ihren Außenumfang dichtend verbunden ist, damit eine im wesentlichen toroidalen Form verwirklicht ist, die durch einen Bogen eines Kreises festgelegt ist, der sich über einen Winkel vorbestimmter Amplitude um eine im wesentlichen vertikale Drehachse (10) dreht, wobei die Scheibe (4) sich mit ihrer Oberkante (4a) bis zu der Oberseite der Stirn des Benutzers erstreckt, während ihre Unterkante (4b) sich bis unter das Kinn des Benutzers erstreckt,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Abstand der Oberkante (4a) von der Drehachse (10) größer ist als deren Abstand von der Unterkante (4b), der Neigungswinkel (α) der Drehachse (10) zwischen 5° Drehung im Gegenuhrzeigersinn und 25° Drehung im Uhrzeigersinn relativ zu einer vertikalen Richtung (V) beträgt, die Drehrichtung sich auf eine linksseitige Ansicht eines Benutzers bezieht, der die Maske (1) trägt, und die Drehachse (10) sich in einer rückwärtigen Position relativ zu den Augen des Benutzers mit einem Abstand vorgesehen ist, der zwischen 20 und 40 mm beträgt, wobei die Scheibe (4) einen Mittenabschnitt (4c) aufweist, der dazu ausgelegt ist, mit der Verbindungsbuchse (5) in Dichteingriff zu gelangen, und der in Ausrichtung mit dem Mund des Benutzers angeordnet ist. - Maske nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Mittenabschnitt (4c) der Verbindungsbuchse auswärts vorsteht.
- Maske nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß dann, wenn die Maske (1) durch den Benutzer (3) getragen wird, die Drehachse (10) der transparenten Scheibe (4) toroidaler Form im wesentlichen aufrecht verläuft.
- Maske nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die toroidale transparente Scheibe (4) durch einen Bogen eines Kreises erzeugt ist, dessen Biegeradius (R) im Bereich zwischen 100 und 200 mm liegt.
- Maske nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Zentrum (C) des Bogens eines Kreises mit einem Abstand (h) unter den Augen des Benutzers angeordnet ist, der zwischen 0 und 50 mm beträgt.
- Maske nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die transparente Scheibe (4) toroidaler Form durch die Drehung des Bogens eines Kreises um die Drehachse (10) über einen Drehwinkel (β) erzeugt ist, der zwischen 160 und 200° beträgt.
- Maske nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der maximale Biegeradius (r) der toroidalen transparenten Scheibe (4), der in einer Ebene senkrecht zur Drehachse (10) festgelegt ist, zwischen 75 und 108 mm beträgt.
- Maske nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Verhältnis zwischen dem Biegeradius (r) des Bogens eines Kreises und dem maximalen Biegeradius (r), der in der Ebene senkrecht zur Drehachse (10) festgelegt ist, größer als 1 und kleiner als 2,5 ist.
- Maske nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Oberkante (4a) der toroidalen transparenten Scheibe (4) in einer Ebene senkrecht zur Drehachse (10) einen Biegeradius (a) aufweist, der größer als 60 mm und kleiner als 120 mm ist.
- Maske nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Unterkante (4b) der toroidalen transparenten Scheibe (4) in einer Ebene senkrecht zur Drehachse (10) einen Biegeradius (b) aufweist, der größer oder gleich 0 und kleiner als 30 mm ist.
- Maske nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Abstand (c), der zwischen der Oberkante (4a) der transparenten Scheibe (4) und deren Abschnitt mit maximalem Biegeradius (r) vorhanden ist, zwischen 0 und 80 mm beträgt.
- Maske nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Abstand (d), der zwischen den oberen (4a) und unteren (4b) Kanten der toroidalen transparenten Scheibe (4) liegt, zwischen 130 und 220 mm beträgt.
- Maske nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Dicke der transparenten Scheibe (4) in der Mitte der toroidalen Fläche am größten (s') ist und zu deren Seitenabschnitten (s'') hin allmählich abnimmt.
- Maske nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die transparente Scheibe (4) die Form eines gleichschenkligen Dreiecks hat, bei welchem die Basisseite, welche die Oberkante (4a) der Scheibe (4) festlegt, eine im wesentlichen geradlinige Konfiguration hat, während die schrägen Seiten einen krummlinigen Verlauf haben, wobei die drei Seiten miteinander durch verrundete Abschnitte mit großem Radius verbunden sind.
- Maske nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die transparente Scheibe (4) ein Loch (9c) hat, das im Bereich eines oberen Abschnitts des vorspringenden Mittenbereichs (4c) gebildet und dazu ausgelegt ist, einen Sender (9) dichtend aufzunehmen.
- Maske nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der vorspringende Mittenabschnitt (4c) ein zweites Loch (4d) hat, das dazu ausgelegt ist, mit der Einatemöffnung (5b) durch eine Befestigungseinrichtung (11) verbunden zu werden, welche den lösbaren Eingriff der Verbindungsbuchse (5) durchführt, und ein drittes Loch (4e), das dazu ausgelegt ist, mit der Ausatemöffnung (5a) der Buchse verbunden zu werden.
- Maske nach Anspruch 15 und 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Achsen der ersten, zweiten und dritten Löcher (9c, 4d und 4e) in der Symmetrieebene der transparenten Scheibe (4) liegen.
- Maske nach Anspruch 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Befestigungseinrichtung (11) im wesentlichen aus einer Bajonettkupplung besteht.
- Maske nach Anspruch 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bajonettkupplung eine Ringmutter (12) umfaßt, die durch die Verbindungsbuchse (5) koaxial zur Einatemöffnung (5b) getragen und mit wenigstens einer radial verlaufenden Eingriffnase (12a) versehen ist, die eine Unterschneidung festlegt, wobei die Nase (12a) dazu ausgelegt ist, durch axiales Einsetzen in ein entsprechendes Zugangsgehäuse (12b) einzugreifen, das auf der Umfangskante des zweiten Lochs (4d) gebildet ist und gegen die Umfangskante verriegelt zu werden folgend auf eine winkelmäßige Drehung der Verbindungsbuchse (5) um die Achse der Einatemöffnung (5b).
- Maske nach Anspruch 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ringmutter (12) vier radial sich erstreckende Eingriffnasen (12a) aufweist, die auf ihr über den Umfang unter Winkeln von 90° verteilt sind.
- Maske nach Anspruch 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich im betriebsmäßigen Eingriff in der Einatemöffnung (5a) ein einfach wirkendes Ventil (8) befindet, das vorausgehend in das dritte Loch (4e) der transparenten Scheibe von deren Innenseite aus eingesetzt ist.
- Maske nach Anspruch 21, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das einfach wirkende Ventil (8) sich betriebsmäßig im Eingriff in der Ausatemöffnung (5e) durch eine Schraubkupplung befindet.
- Maske nach Anspruch 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Dichtringe aus elastomerem Material (5c, 5d) zwischen der Einatemöffnung (5b) und dem entsprechenden zweiten Loch (4d) und der Ausatemöffnung (5a) und dem entsprechenden dritten Loch (4e) angeordnet sind.
- Maske nach Anspruch 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Filterelement (13) an der Einatemöffnung (5b) abnehmbar angebracht ist, welches Filterelement es der Luft ermöglicht, von der umgebenden Atmosphäre zur Innenseite der Maske (1) als Ergebnis des Unterdrucks zu gelangen, der in der Maske erzeugt wird, wobei ein einfach wirkendes Ventil (8) der Ausatemöffnung zugeordnet ist, damit die Luft, die durch den Benutzer (3) ausgeatmet wird, aus der Maskeninnenseite ausgetragen wird.
- Maske nach Anspruch 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Luftkanal zum Fördern von unter Druck stehender Luft zur Maskeninnenseite an der Einatemöffnung (5b) angebracht ist, wobei ein einfach wirkendes Ventil der Ausatemöffnung (5a) zugeordnet und derart eingestellt ist, daß das Austragen von Luft aus der Maske (1) stattfinden kann, wenn der Druck in der Maske einen vorbestimmten Wert übersteigt.
- Maske nach Anspruch 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Verbindungskanal mit einem Atmungsapparat mit geschlossenem Sauerstoffkreislauf der Einatemöffnung (5b) zugeordnet ist, wobei die Ausatemöffnung (5a) hermetisch von der umgebenden Atmosphäre isoliert ist und sich in Fluidverbindung mit der Einatemöffnung (5b) verbindet.
- Maske nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Verhältnis zwischen der Gesamtfläche der transparenten Scheibe (4) und der durch den vorspringenden Mittenabschnitt (4c) eingenommenen Fläche zwischen 4 und 8 beträgt.
