Claims (7)

  1. Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Werkstücks durch Warmfließformen aus einem bei Umgebungstemperatur nicht warmverformbarem Material, wobei der Rohling eines Werkstücks auf einen beheizbaren Dorn (24) plaziert wird, dann dieser Rohling warmfließverformt wird indem der Dorn auf eine Temperatur erwärmt wird, bei der das Material warmverformbar wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß diese Temperatur durch sich zusammen mit dem Dorn drehende Regelmittel (66) reguliert wird und im wesentlichen gleich der Differenz ist zwischen einer Temperatur, die das Verformen dieses Materials erlaubt und einer Temperatur, um die sich das Material unter dem Einfluß des warmfließverformens erwärmt.
  2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es angewandt wird zur Herstellung eines Werkstücks aus Titanlegierung und daß man den Dorn (24) auf eine Temperatur zwischen ca. 400° C und ca. 500° C erwärmt.
  3. Werkzeug zur Herstellung eines Werkstücks durch Warmfließformen aus einem bei Umgebungstemperatur nicht warmverformbaren Material, mit einem Dorn (24), der in seinem Inneren Heizmittel (46) besitzt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß dieses Werkzeug Mittel (66) zur Regulierung der Temperatur der Heizmittel (46) besitzt, die in einem Gehäuse (30) angeordnet sind, das an einem Ende des Dorns (24) befestigt ist, sowie ein thermisch isolierendes Element (38) zwischen dem Dorn (24) und dem Gehäuse (30).
  4. Werkzeug nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Dorn (24) aus einem Rohr (44) besteht, dessen Innenfläche auf seiner ganzen Nutzlänge in Kontakt steht mit einem Wärmeverteiler (48), wobei die Heizmittel (46) im Inneren des Verteilers angebracht sind.
  5. Werkzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 3 und 4, dadurch ge kennzeichnet, daß die Heizmittel mindestens einen elektrischen Widerstand (46) enthalten, der elektrisch mit den Temperaturregelmitteln (66) verbunden ist, wobei letztere von einer externen Stromquelle (70) über einen vom Gehäuse (30) getragenen Kollektur und feste Kohlebürsten (72) versorgt werden.
  6. Werkzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 5, dadurch ge kennzeichnet, daß der Dorn (24) mit demontierbaren Befestigungsmitteln (42) austauschbar am Gehäuse (30) befestigt ist.
  7. Werkzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Kühlmittel (82) im Gehäuse (30) in der Nähe der Temperaturregelmittel (66) angebracht sind und daß außerdem im Gehäuse gegenüber diesen Temperaturregelmitteln Kühllöcher (86) vorhanden sind.
