Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf einen Türsicherheitsschalter für einen mit Mikrowellenenergie betreibbaren Herd, mit einem durch einen mit der Tür verbundenen Schaltstößel betätigbaren elektrischen Schaltelement.The invention relates to a door safety switch for a stove which can be operated with microwave energy, with an electrical switching element which can be actuated by a switching plunger connected to the door.

Bei Mikrowellenherden, insbesondere bei solchen mit zusätzlichen Widerstands-Heizelementen, sind Türsicherheitsschalter vorgesehen, die beim Schließen der Ofentür durch einen Schaltstößel über eine schwenkbar gelagerte Schaltwippe betätigbar sind und die bei geöffneter Tür den Arbeitsstromkreis für den Mikrowellengenerator unterbrechen. Hierbei ist das Schaltelement, z.B. ein Mikroschalter, sowie die Schaltwippe an einer Seitenwand der Ofenmuffel separat montiert. Aufgrund von Fertigungstoleranzen bedarf es hierbei bezüglich der geometrischen Anordnung von Schaltstößel, Schaltwippe und Schaltelement einer exakten Anpassung bzw. Justierung derselben am fertigen Gerät. Wird die Tür geschlossen, so wird über den an der Tür befestigten Betätiger 7 die Spindel 4 mit dem daran befestigten Stößel 2 entsprechend des zuvor justierten Hubes verschoben. Dabei gleitet der Betätiger 7 durch die Öffnung der Schiebeführung 8 zur Spindel 4. Die erfindungsgemäße Lösung bietet weiterhin den Vorteil, daß an der Spindel 4 mit Hilfe des Justierelementes 5 der Hub des Stößels 2 exakt justiert werden kann, ohne daß die Verschraubung der kompletten Schaltereinheit gelöst werden muß. Das Justiertelement 5 erlaubt eine exakte Justierung des Stößels 2 durch einen Schraubenschlitz. Die Spindel 4 und der aus Kunststoff bestehende Stößel 2 sind formschlüssig verbunden. Der Formschluß wird durch ein in den Kunststoff eingeprägtes Aufnahmegewinde, das die Spindel 4 in den Stößel 2 schneidet, gebildet.
