Spring 56 as shown presses downwardly as well as forwardly, while spring 103 as show tends to lift the pusher upwardly.

Claims (10)

  1. Verstellbares Schauregal für mehrere Packungen mit Abgabevorrichtung, das eine aufrechtstehende vordere Wand (24; 105) und ein Schubmittel (44; 102) aufweist, das so konstruiert und angeordnet ist, daß es einen Stapel von Packungen nach vorn zu der aufrechtstehenden Wand (24; 105) schiebt, wenn die vorderste Packung entfernt wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die aufrechtstehende vordere Wand (24; 105) mit einer Steige oder Regalplatte (22; 100) versehen ist, die einen Bodenabschnitt hat, der waagerecht nach hinten führt, und das Schubmittel (44; 102) von der Steige oder Regalplatte (22; 100) abnehmbar ist und in einer seitlich versetzten Position, die aus einer Vielzahl von festgelegten Positionen ausgewählt werden kann, die auf der Steige oder Regalplatte (22; 100) gebildet werden, ausgewechselt werden kann, worin entweder
    (I) das Schubmittel (44) so angeordnet ist, daß es sich längs einer herausnehmbaren und austauschbaren Gleitvorrichtung (38) in der Richtung von einem hinteren Ende zu einem vorderen Ende der Gleitvorrichtung (38) bewegen kann, wobei das vordere Ende wenigstens ein Mittel hat, das sperrend mit einem ausgewählten einer Vielzahl von positiv einrückbaren Elementen (26) auf der aufrechtstehenden vorderen Wand (24) in Eingriff kommt, um die seitliche Bewegung der Gleitvorrichtung (38) quer zu der Steige oder Regalplatte (22) zu verhindern, oder
    (II) das Schubmittel (102) so angeordnet ist, daß es sich längs eines ausgewählten einer Vielzahl von Schlitzen (101) im Bodenabschnitt der Steige oder Regalplatte (100) bewegen kann, wobei jeder Schlitz (101) senkrecht zu der aufrechtstehenden vorderen Wand (105) verläuft und einen aufgeweiteten Abschnitt (163) fern von der aufrechtstehenden vorderen Wand (105) hat, wobei das Schubmittel (102) einen Abstreicher (106) mit einer Bodenplatte (107) hat, der durch den aufgeweiteten Abschnitt (163) des Schlitzes (101) herausgenommen und eingeführt werden kann und größere Abmessungen als der Rest des Schlitzes (101) hat, wodurch der Abstreicher (106) und das Schubmittel (102) niedergehalten werden, wenn das Schubmittel längs des Schlitzes hin zu der aufrechtstehenden vorderen Wand (105) bewegt wird.
  2. Schauregal mit Abgabevorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, das eine Vielzahl der Gleitvorrichtungen (38) hat, die selektiv in mit Abstand zueinander angeordreten Intervallen längs der aufrechtstehenden vorderen Wand (24) positioniert sind, indem sie mit ausgewählten der Elemente (26) in Eingriff gebracht werden, um die Gleitvorrichtungen (38) selektiv über der Länge der aufrechtstehenden vorderer Wand (24) zu positionieren.
  3. Schauregal mit Abgabevorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, bei dem die Gleitvorrichtung ein langgestrecktes Element (38) umfaßt, das senkrecht zu der aufrechtstehenden vorderen Wand (24) positioniert ist, und das Schubmittel einen Vorschubschieber (44), der zur Bewegung längs des langgestreckten Elementes (38) angebracht ist, und eine Vorrichtung (56) im Kontakt mit dem Vorschubschieber (44) und der Gleitvorrichtung umfaßt und so konstruiert und angeordnet ist, daß es den Vorschubschieber (44) längs des langgestreckten Elementes (38) hin zu der aufrechtstehenden vorderer Wand (24) bewegt.
  4. Schauregal mit Abgabevorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, das eine Trennwand (32) einschließt, um positiv mit einem ausgewählten der einrückbaren Elemente (26) in Eingriff zu kommen, um die Trennwand (32) parallel zu der Gleitvorrichtung (38) zu halten, um die Packungen in dem Stapel, der durch das Schubmittel (44) geschoben wird, zu führen.
  5. Schauregal mit Abgabevorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, das eine Vielzahl von Trennwänden (32) hat, die eine Vielzahl von Fächern bilden, und eine Vielzahl von Gleitvorrichtungen (38) in den Fächern, die durch ausgewählte einrückbare Elemente (26) und durch die aufrechtstehende vordere Wand (24) gehalten werden, um die Gleitvorrichtungen (38) selektiv in den Fächern zu sichern.
  6. Schauregal mit Abgabevorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, das eine aufrechtstehende hintere Wand (28), die einen Abstand gegenüber der vorderen Wand (24) hat, einschließt, wobei sich die Trennwände (32) zwischen den Wänden (24, 28) in einem Abstandsverhältnis zueinander erstrecken, wobei die Enden wenigstens einer der Trennwände (32) selektiv längs der aufrechtstehenden hinteren Wand (28) und durch ein ausgewähltes der einrückbaren Elemente (26) getragen werden, um ein Fach zu bilden, und die Gleitvorrichtung (38) selektiv in dem Fach zwischen benachbarten Trennwänden (32) positioniert ist, wobei die Breite des Fachs durch das Bewegen der Enden von wenigstens einer der Trennwände zu der benachbarten Trennwand hin oder von dieser weg selektiv variiert werden kann.
  7. Schauregal mit Abgabevorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, bei dem die Gleitvorrichtung (38) wenigstens ein Paar Schienen (40, 42) einschließt, die auf der Gleitvorrichtung in einer parallelen Abstandsbeziehung zueinander getragen werden, wobei die Enden der Schienen (40, 42) mit ausgewählten der einrückbaren Elemente (26) in Eingriff kommen können und die Schienen (40, 42) Mittel zum Tragen einer Packung, die durch das Schubmittel (44) bewegt wird, aufweisen.
  8. Schauregal mit Abgabevorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, das ein Vorbelastungsmittel (56) einschließt, um das Schubmittel (44) hin zu der aufrechtstehenden vorderen Wand (24) zu drücken.
  9. Schauregal mit Abgabevorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, bei dem die Gleitvorrichtung (38) folgende Elemente aufweist:
       eine Abstandsplatte;
       Schienen (40, 42), die auf der Abstandsplatte montiert sind;
       wobei die Schienen einen Abschnitt haben, der mit der Vielzahl der Elemente (26) zum Eingriff gebracht werden kann;
       wobei die Abstandsplatte einen Schlitz (64) hat, der über eine beachtliche Entfernung parallel zu den Schienen (40, 42) verläuft;
       parallele Spuren (70) zwischen den Schienen (40, 42), die auf der Abstandsplatte montiert sind;
       einen Vorschubschieber (44), der so angebracht ist, daß er auf den Spuren (70) gleitet;
       einen Abstreicher (65) an dem Vorschubschieber (44), der mit dem Schlitz (64) im Eingriff ist, um den Vorschubschieber (44) auf den Spuren (70) niederzuhalten, und
       eine Spiralfeder (56), die zwischen dem Vorschubschieber (44) und der Abstandsplatte befestigt und so konstruiert und angeordnet ist, daß sie den Vorschubschieber (44) längs der Abstandsplatte und des Schlitzes (64) bewegt, um auf den Schienen (40, 42) Packungen hin zu der aufrechtstehenden vorderen Wand (24) zu bewegen.
  10. Schauregal mit Abgabevorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, bei dem die Gleitvorrichtung (38) folgende Elemente einschließt;
       eine Abstandsplatte, parallel mit der Trennwand (32);
       Spuren (70), die auf der Abstandsplatte montiert sind;
       wobei Eingriff zu ausgewählten der einrückbaren Elemente (26) hergestellt ist, um die Abstandsplatte parallel mit der Trennwand (32) zu positionieren;
       einen Schlitz (64) in der Abstandsplatte, der parallel zu dieser verläuft;
       einen Abstreicher (65) auf dem Vorschubmittel (44), der in den Schlitz (64) eingreift, um das Vorschubmittel beim Gleiten auf den Spuren (70) niederzuhalten, und
       ein Vorbelastungsmittel (56), das so konstruiert und angeordnet ist, daß es das Vorschubmittel (44) längs der Spuren (70) hin zu der aufrechtstehen den vorderen Wand (24) bewegt.
