Claims (6)
- An Maschinen anpaßbare Vorrichtung zur Bildung von Aushüben, umfassend ein auf einer herkömmlichen Zugmaschine montierbares Gestell (1), von dessen Enden Arme (2) abstehen, die die Form von teleskopartigen Schiebern haben, wobei diese Arme (2) auf stabile Weise verschiedene, mehr oder weniger weit abstehende Positionen einnehmen können und an ihren freien Enden Kopplungsmittel (3) zur Aufnahme der entsprechenden Arbeitswerkzeuge (4) aufweisen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß:- die Betätigung der Werkzeuge (4) mit Hilfe von Betätigungselementen (5) erfolgt, welche auf einer Seite mit den Kopplungsmitteln (3) und auf der anderen Seite mit dem Gestell (1) verbunden sind,- die Arme (2) und das Gestell (1) Gruppen von korrespondierenden Öffnungen (6) aufweisen, die zum Fixieren der Positionen der Arme (2) mit Hilfe von Bolzen (7) auf eine Weise dienen, daß diese Arme (2) ihre Teleskopbewegung gegenüber dem Gestell (1) entweder manuell oder automatisch ausführen können,- das Gestell (1) symmetrisch in bezug auf seine Mittelebene ausgebildet ist, und- die zur Montage der Arbeitswerkzeuge (4) dienenden Kopplungsmittel eine Aufnahme (8) von einer zu jener eines Kopfes (9) der Werkzeuge (4) komplementären Gestalt aufweisen, wobei das Ankoppeln durch einfaches Einsetzen des Kopfes (9) in die Aufnahme (8) bewerkstelligt wird und danach eine starre Verbindung mittels Schrauben, Bolzen oder analogen Klassischen Elementen hergestellt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Betätigungselemente (5) der Arbeitswerkzeuge (4) durch Schwenken um eine Langsachse diese Werkzeuge (4) beiderseits der Vertikalen betätigen können.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet daß die Kopplungsmittel (3) einen Riegel (23) aufweisen, durch dessen Eindringen in eine Rille (24) des Kopfes (9) des Arbeitswerkzeugs (4) letzteres in seiner Montage fixiert wird, wobei der Riegel (23) durch elastische Mittel (22 oder 25) mit regulierbarer Wirkung in seiner Arbeitsstellung gehalten ist, um der Kopplung einen Zustand der Sicherheit zu verleihen.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Zusammenbau zwischen dem Gestell (1) und der Maschine mit Hilfe von Klassischen Befestigungselementen, wie Schrauben, Bolzen oder analogen abnehmbaren Elementen, erfolgt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Zusammenbau zwischen dem Gestell (1) und der Maschine auf stabile Weise durch Anschweißen des Gestells (1) am Rahmen (13) des Untergrundlockerers der Maschine erfolgt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gestell (1) durch einen Teil der Maschine, wie den Rahmen (13) eines Untergrundlockerers, gebildet ist, und daß die Kopplungsmittel (3) Ansatzstücke (15) unterschiedlicher Längen aufweisen, um in jedem Fall die gewünschte Länge zwischen den Arbeitswerkzeugen (4) zu halten.
