Abstract

In the sole with an air cushion for a shoe and the corresponding type of shoe provided with such a sole, the sole (A) is designed with at least one recess (5) intended to form an air chamber and is characterized in that that the air chamber is formed by the sole (A) and by the counter sole (B), the latter comprising several perspiration holes (3). Several elastically flexible / compressible spacing projections (4) are also arranged in the air chamber (5), to allow the counter sole or part of the counter sole (B) subjected to compression to crush the air chamber. (5), which forces air to pass through the perspiration holes from the air chamber to the shoe and vice versa.

Description

Sole with air cushion for footwear and respective footwear with said sole
The present invention has for object a sole preferably in elastic plastic material and a respective footwear in which an air chamber is realized in the sole.
Footwears with air chamber in the respective sole are well known. Transpiring holes by walking in footwears are further well known. These solutions are however complex, or do not realize waterproof footwears. The scope of this invention is to avoid said drawbacks.
The invention as claimed, solves the problem by a sole with air cushion for footwear and respective footwear with said sole of the type in which the sole is realized with at least a recess, to constitute an air chamber, characterized in that said air chamber is realized by said sole and said countersole said countersole comprising a plurality of transpiring holes and a plurality of elastically flexible/compressible spacing protrusion means in said air chamber are further provided to allow said countersole or portion of countersole under compression to crush the air chamber obliging the air to flue by said transpiring holes from said air chamber into the footwear and vice-versa.
These and others advantages will appear from the following itemized description of preferred solutions with the enclosed drawings which particulars are not to be intended as limitative but only by example.
Figure 1 represents a plant view of of the sole with countersole forming the ventilating chamber in accordance with the invention in which the ventilating air chamber is realized only in one part of the foot plant. Figures 2 and 3 represent a sectional side view of the respective countersole and sole according to Figure 1. Figures 1A and 2A show a solution in which the ventilating air chamber is extended for all the foot plant.
Referring to the figures, the sole is indicated with (A) whereas the countersole is indicated with (B) . In Figures 1 , 2, the sole (A) presents a boundary raising ring (1) for joining to the upper (not shown), with a traditional hinder portion (2), and a chamber portion (5), said chamber being realized by a countersole (B). Said countersole (B) having a plurality of transpiration holes (3) and protrusion elastic tits (4) in order to allow the chamber (5) operating as a pump in walking obliging the air to pass form said air chamber (5) inside the footwear and vice- versa.
In order to allow tight in said air-chamber between the sole and countersole, undercut fitting (s) is provided in the sole-countersole.
Advantageously said elastic spacing means (4) in said chamber (5) have an upside- down conical shape.
In a further preferred solution said spacing means are differentiated in their section and/or density and position in order to allow differentiation in resistance compression.
In this way is possible to have a maximum comfort and maximum efficiency of the ventilation.

Claims

CLAIMS 1.
