Claims (24)

  1. Procédé de fabrication d'emballages en tandem (100) comprenant deux sections d'emballage (110, 210) refermables à dispositif de garantie, chaque section d'emballage contenant un produit situé entre des première et seconde feuilles (116, 114) en matériau d'emballage, le procédé comprenant les étapes de :

       agencement d'une seconde feuille de film (114) présentant une largeur au moins égale à celle de la première feuille de film (116) et fixation de la seconde feuille de film par adhérence de toute la surface d'étanchéité à rebord (137, 237) sur la seconde feuille de film;
       mise en contact des première et seconde feuilles de film (116, 114) entre elles, sur une zone d'étanchéité (122, 222) hermétique adjacente à chacun des deux produits (112, 212) et située autour de leurs périphéries afin de former un joint d'étanchéité (144, 244) hermétique à chacune des deux sections d'emballage, les joints d'étanchéité respectifs enfermant complètement les deux produits (112, 212) entre les première et seconde feuilles de film (116, 114), dans lequel chaque joint d'étanchéité hermétique comprend au moins une zone de liaison (146, 246) pelable, adjacente au du joint d'étanchéité (126, 226) refermable de chaque section d'emballage, et située à l'intérieur, et
       formation de deux lignes d'affaiblissement (170, 270) entre les joints d'étanchéité (126, 226) refermables, chacune des lignes d'affaiblissement définissant une bande de déchirement associée à une section respective des deux sections d'emballage (110, 210), les deux lignes d'affaiblissement traversant la première bande centrale de feuille de film et les première et seconde bandes unitaires à éléments de fixation (150, 152), vers l'extérieur des joints d'étanchéité refermables (126, 226);

  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, dans lequel les première et seconde surfaces d'étanchéité à rebord (136, 236, 137, 237) de bande unitaires d'emballage sont mises en adhérence sur les première et seconde feuilles de film (116, 114) par un moyen adhésif.

       agencement d'une longueur continue d'un ensemble de fixation (127) double, l'ensemble de fixation double présentant une première bande de fixation (130) double comportant deux éléments de fixation (132, 232) en prise entre eux, disposés le long des faces opposées d'une première bande unitaire (150) qui les relie, l'ensemble de fixation double présentant en outre une seconde bande de fixation (131) double comportant deux éléments de fixation (134, 234) en prise entre eux, disposés le long des faces opposées d'une seconde bande unitaire (152) qui les relie, les première et seconde bandes à éléments en prise entre eux étant reliées entre elles, chacun des premiers et seconds éléments de fixation présentant une surface d'étanchéité à rebord (136, 236, 137, 237) disposée sur une face tournée vers celle des éléments de fixation (132, 232, 134, 234) en prise avec eux respectifs, en vue de former deux joints d'étanchéité (126, 226) refermables dans la première bande centrale de panneau d'emballage;
       mise en adhérence de la longueur continue de l'ensemble de fixation double sur le premier panneau d'emballage (116) continu, sur toute la largeur de la première surface d'étanchéité à rebord (136, 236) d'élément de fixation;
       agencement d'une longueur continue d'un second panneau d'emballage (114), le second panneau d'emballage présentant une largeur à peu près égale à la largeur du premier panneau d'emballage;
       mise en adhérence de la longueur continue de second panneau d'emballage sur la longueur continue de premier panneau d'emballage, de manière à munir chacune des deux parties d'emballage complémentaires d'un joint d'étanchéité hermétique (122, 222) permanent autour d'une partie de son périmètre et d'un joint d'étanchéité hermétique (146, 246) pelable autour du restant de son périmètre et mise en adhérence de la longueur continue de second panneau d'emballage sur la surface d'étanchéité à rebord (137, 237) d'élément de fixation;
       application de deux lignes d'affaiblissement (170, 270) sur l'ensemble de fixation double, chacune des deux lignes d'affaiblissement étant disposée globalement parallèlement aux deux joints d'étanchéité refermables (126, 226) et entre eux, et
       séparation des longueurs continues des premier et second panneaux d'emballage à des intervalles présélectionnés, afin de définir des emballages refermables en tandem, individuels;
       dans lequel les première et seconde bandes unitaires (150, 152) sont mises en adhérence entre les lignes d'affaiblissement (170, 270), au moins de chaque côté d'un axe longitudinal (103) central de l'emballage placé entre les deux lignes d'affaiblissement.
  10. Procédé selon la revendication 9, comprenant en outre l'étape de séparation des emballages en tandem (100) en deux emballages refermables séparés, en séparant les deux parties d'emballage complémentaires le long de l'axe longitudinal (103) central.
  11. Procédé selon la revendication 9 ou 10, comprenant l'étape d'application d'une partie (190) visuellement distincte sur l'une ou les première et seconde bandes unitaires de fixation (150, 152) doubles, la partie visuellement distincte s'étendant globalement le long de l'axe longitudinal (103) central de l'ensemble de fixation double et à proximité des deux lignes d'affaiblissement (170, 270).
  12. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 9 à 11, comprenant les étapes d'addition d'un produit (112, 212) sur chaque partie de produit complémentaire de l'emballage en tandem (100) et d'emballage sous vide entre les premier et second panneaux d'emballage (114, 116).
  13. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 9 à 11, comprenant l'étape de remplissage de gaz de chaque partie de produit complémentaire (110, 210) de l'emballage en tandem (100).
  14. Emballage en tandem (100) comprenant deux sections d'emballage de produit (110, 210) refermables, chaque section d'emballage présentant une bande de déchirement formant dispositif de garantie lui étant associée, l'emballage en tandem comprenant :
       une feuille de film de base (116) présentant une largeur suffisante pour former deux sections d'emballage (110, 210) refermables;
       un ensemble de fixation double (127) allongé, s'étendant sur la longueur de la feuille de film de base, à peu près au centre de la feuille de film de base, l'ensemble de fixation double comprenant une première bande à éléments de fixation (130) inférieure présentant un couple de premiers éléments de fixation (132, 232) interengagés allongés, disposés sur ses faces opposées, le couple de premiers éléments de fixation interengagés étant relié par une première bande unitaire (150) et une seconde bande à éléments de fixation supérieure présentant un couple de seconds éléments de fixation (134, 234) en prise avec des éléments correspondants parmi le couple de premiers éléments de fixation (132, 232);
       une feuille de film de recouvrement (114) mise en adhérence sur les seconds éléments de fixation, de manière à former deux joints d'étanchéité refermables (126, 226) associés à des sections respectives parmi les sections d'emballage refermables (110, 210), la feuille de film de recouvrement (114) étant en outre mise en adhérence sur la feuille de film de base (116), autour de la périphérie de chacune des deux sections d'emballage refermables (110, 210), de manière à former un joint d'étanchéité (144, 244) hermétique qui enferme complètement chacune des sections d'emballage (110, 210);
       l'emballage en tandem comprenant deux lignes d'affaiblissement (170, 270) allongées, disposées globalement entre les deux joints d'étanchéité refermables (126, 226) de section d'emballage et parallèlement à eux, les deux lignes allongées d'affaiblissement définissant deux bandes de déchirement de section d'emballage et
       l'emballage refermable en tandem étant adapté pour être séparé longitudinalement le long d'un axe longitudinal (103) central, situé entre les joints d'étanchéité refermables (126, 226) et espacé d'eux;
       caractérisé en ce que :
       les seconds éléments de fixation (134, 234) sont interconnectés par une seconde bande unitaire (152), les seconds éléments de fixation étant disposés le long des côtés opposés de cette dernière, de manière à former une seconde bande à éléments de fixation (131) supérieure;
       les première et seconde bandes à éléments de fixation (130, 131) présentent des première et seconde surfaces d'étanchéité à rebord (136, 236, 137, 237) respectives, disposées sur les faces extérieures de leurs bandes unitaires (150, 152) respectives;
       le joint d'étanchéité hermétique comprend au moins une zone de liaison pelable (146, 246), située à l'intérieur de chacun des deux joints d'étanchéité refermables de section d'emballage et adjacente à eux;
       les première et seconde bandes unitaires (150, 152) sont mises en adhérence entre les lignes d'affaiblissement (170, 270) et au moins de chaque côté de l'axe longitudinal (103) central et
       les lignes d'affaiblissement (170, 270) traversent la bande centrale de la première feuille de film (105) et les première et seconde bandes unitaires à éléments de fixation (150, 152).
  15. Emballage selon la revendication 14, dans lequel l'ensemble de fixation double (127) comprend une partie visuellement distinctive (190).
  16. Emballage selon la revendication 14 ou 15, dans lequel les feuilles de film de base et de recouvrement (116, 114) sont réalisées en un matériau imperméable à l'oxygène.
  17. Emballage selon la revendication 14, 15 ou 16, dans lequel la zone de liaison pelable (146, 246) du joint d'étanchéité (144, 244) hermétique est formée par un moyen adhésif.
  18. Emballage selon la revendication 14, 15 ou 16, dans lequel la zone de liaison pelable (146, 246) du joint d'étanchéité (144, 244) hermétique est formée par un moyen de thermoscellage.
  19. Emballage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 14 à 18, dans lequel les premiers et seconds éléments de fixation interengagés comprennent des éléments à nervures et à rainures (132, 134, 232, 234) interengagés.
  20. Emballage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 14 à 19, dans lequel les bandes unitaires (150, 152) de l'ensemble de fixation double (127) sont liées aux feuilles de film de base et de recouvrement (116, 114) par un moyen adhésif.
  21. Emballage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 14 à 19, dans lequel les bandes unitaires (150, 152) de l'ensemble de fixation double (127) sont liées aux feuilles de film de base et de recouvrement (116, 114) par un moyen de thermoscellage.
  22. Emballage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 14 à 21, destiné à contenir des produits alimentaires (112, 212) périssables.
  23. Emballage selon la revendication 22, dans lequel une viande comestible (112, 212) est emballée sous vide dans chaque section d'emballage (110, 210), entre les première et seconde feuilles de film (116, 114).
  24. Emballage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 15 à 23, dans lequel la partie visuellement distinctive est disposée entre les deux lignes d'affaiblissement (170, 270).
