  • a chloride-free solution containing at least nickel sulfate, cobalt sulfate, boric acid and sulfuric acid and this in combination with a cathode current density of at least 30 A/dm2. Comparitive tests showed that due to this combination it is possible to realize after tempering high quality metallic deposits, by which are meant here a.o. uniform deposits having a fine grain structure.
