Description
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren nach dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1 und eine Rührwerksmühle zur Durchführung des Verfahrens.The invention relates to a method according to the preamble of claim 1 and an agitator mill for performing the method.
Dispergierverfahren und Rührwerksmühlen sind bekannt und beispielsweise in der E-PS O 214 145 aufgezeigt.Dispersion processes and agitator mills are known and are shown, for example, in E-PS O 214 145.
Bei der aufgezeigten Rührwerksmühle mit radialem Produkteinlaß treten jedoch im Bereich des Produkteinlasses deutliche Verschleißspuren an dem Innenmantel des Mahlbehälters der Rührwerksmühle auf. Die Ursache hierfür könnte darin liegen, daß die Mahlkörper durch den radialen Produktstrom von dem Innenmantel abgelenkt werden um danach wieder anzuprallen, was zu starken Erosionsproblemen führt.In the agitator mill shown with a radial product inlet, however, there are clear signs of wear in the area of the product inlet on the inner jacket of the grinding container of the agitator mill. Es wurden Versuche mit 50 µm bis 2,5 mm kleinen Glasmahlkörpern in einer Rührwerksmühle durchgeführt, wobei die Mahlbehälterabmessungen folgende Maße aufwiesen: Durchmesser 240 mm, Länge 300 mm. Bei Umfangsgeschwindigkeiten von ca. 24 m/s wurde mit einer Füllmenge von 12,2 kg (ca. 90 % des Volumens außerhalb des Rotorinnendurchmessers) eine Leistung von 12,5 kW in das Mahlgut eingetragen. Bei 200 - 300 µm kleinen Mahlkörpern sind Durchsätze bis 3000 kg/h möglich. Die Zurückhaltung der Mahlkörper erfolgte einerseits mit einem mitrotierenden Spaltrohrsieb, Produktaustrag über eine Hohlwelle, und andererseits mit einem an einer Bodenplatte feststehenden Sieb. Beim zweiten Fall gilt, der Produktaustrag erfolgt über den Deckel. Die Versuche wurden mit einer hochviskosen (Bingham-artigen) Suspension - Durchsätze ca. 350 kg/h -durchgeführt.Experiments were carried out with glass grinding bodies measuring 50 μm to 2.5 mm in an agitator mill, the grinding container dimensions having the following dimensions: diameter 240 mm, length 300 mm.
