Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren nach dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1 und eine Rührwerksmühle zur Durchführung des Verfahrens.The invention relates to a method according to the preamble of claim 1 and an agitator mill for performing the method.

Bei der aufgezeigten Rührwerksmühle mit radialem Produkteinlaß treten jedoch im Bereich des Produkteinlasses deutliche Verschleißspuren an dem Innenmantel des Mahlbehälters der Rührwerksmühle auf. Es wurden Versuche mit 50 µm bis 2,5 mm kleinen Glasmahlkörpern in einer Rührwerksmühle durchgeführt, wobei die Mahlbehälterabmessungen folgende Maße aufwiesen: Durchmesser 240 mm, Länge 300 mm. Bei Umfangsgeschwindigkeiten von ca. 24 m/s wurde mit einer Füllmenge von 12,2 kg (ca. 90 % des Volumens außerhalb des Rotorinnendurchmessers) eine Leistung von 12,5 kW in das Mahlgut eingetragen. Bei 200 - 300 µm kleinen Mahlkörpern sind Durchsätze bis 3000 kg/h möglich. Die Zurückhaltung der Mahlkörper erfolgte einerseits mit einem mitrotierenden Spaltrohrsieb, Produktaustrag über eine Hohlwelle, und andererseits mit einem an einer Bodenplatte feststehenden Sieb. Beim zweiten Fall gilt, der Produktaustrag erfolgt über den Deckel. Claims (3)
