We already know many achievements of such an agenda. In this diary, the fascicles of chronological plans, that is to say plans of days, weeks, months, quarters or years, allow the recording of information. These agendas also contain various information or databases concerning public holidays in the world, useful telephones, etc. Some relatively complicated agendas also include functional files for managing a project, holding a accounting of expense cards, etc ... as well as directories.

In general, in known agendas, information is recorded on a single medium, the chronological plan which indiscriminately receives information of very different natures such as meetings, work or activities in carry out work or activities on specific dates without specific dates. It is therefore necessary to carry forward certain information multiple times, all the more so since the agenda often includes several chronological plans: a weekly plan, a monthly plan, a quarterly plan or an annual plan. However, the necessary repetition of information from one plan or booklet to another is a tedious, restrictive operation and necessarily results in errors.

The present invention aims to remedy the drawbacks of known agendas and proposes to create a simple agenda avoiding repetitive recording of information and allowing to have, in a clear and particularly useful way, an independent overview of the directories or booklets relating to activities or works on fixed dates and activities and works on dates not specified.

To this end, the invention relates to an agenda of the above type, characterized in that the fascicles of chronological plans and activity sheets are two physically distinct sets placed in the same binding, aligned one above the other and can be leafed independently but simultaneously.

The agenda according to the invention makes it possible to consult separately, that is to say independently, the booklet of the chronological plans and the booklet of the non-chronological activity sheets; each booklet can be opened on any map or page. This allows you to consult the booklet of chronological plans for a given date while consulting in parallel, that is to say independently but simultaneously, the booklet of non-chronological activity sheets, to adapt one to the other according to a given instant. This allows for example to identify blank areas on the fascicle of chronological plans to perform the most favorable or feasible non-chronological activity at this time.

As the booklet of non-chronological activity sheets is in no way linked to the booklet of chronological plans, non-chronological activities remain recorded as long as they are not carried out; no postponement is to be made since the activities always appear on the booklet of activity sheets, regardless of the page or sheet of the chronological plan used at that time.

As the non-chronological activities are executed, the user bars or erases the activity carried out so that only the activities remaining to be performed appear.

According to an interesting characteristic, the fascicle of chronological plans is a set of daily or weekly sheets.

According to another interesting characteristic, the booklet of activity sheets is a set of sheets carrying grids delimiting boxes intended for recording the activities to be carried out.

This booklet of activity sheets, made up of sheets with grids, allows you to enter in each box of the grid an activity to perform. These grids can also be perforated so that the user can remove the page when it is fully used. This is possible when the card only bears the inscriptions on one side. In the case of an activity sheet having a grid on both sides, the page, which corresponds to an activity on the back and an activity on the front, can only be removed when both sides have been used.

This allows in all cases to lighten considerably the consultation of the fascicule of activities and this always independently of the consultation which one makes of the fascicule of the chronological plans.

In a particularly interesting way, the fascicle of the chronological plans is placed above the fascicule of the activity sheets without chronological order.

It is however possible, in the same vein, to place the fascicle of non-chronological activities above the fascicle of chronological plans.

According to an interesting feature, the booklet is a set of activity sheets in the form of a notebook with detachable sheets.

According to a particularly practical embodiment, the agenda includes a binding receiving the fascicle of the chronological plans, the fascicle of the activity sheets and various commercial and technical information sheets.

This binding can be equipped with pockets to receive business cards, a calculator, reserve cards and in particular a pencil with incorporated eraser, and a graduated ruler, in general, of the supplies necessary for an administrative type activity.

According to another characteristic of the invention, the booklet of chronological sheets is subdivided into a booklet of meeting plans and a booklet of chronological activity plans.

Advantageously, the booklet of appointment plans is a booklet with front / back printing allowing a vision of six days a week with open book.

According to FIGS. 1 and 2, the agenda of the invention consists of a binding 1 provided with closure means 2, 3 such as tabs provided with adhesive surfaces or with quick coupling, as well as binder rings 4 and 5. The agenda includes, according to FIG. 1, a booklet E1 of chronological plans and a booklet E2 of activity sheets to be carried out without chronology. The non-chronological activity booklet E2 is fixed to the rings 5 while the chronological activity booklet E1 is fixed to the rings 4. These two booklets are aligned one above the other. In this example, the E1 booklet is located above the E2 booklet. These two papers have no common part. They are physically distinct while being placed in the same binder 1 and they can be laminated independently of one another. This means that the E1 booklet can be opened on any page or can be flipped while the E2 booklet is open on a particular page.

More precisely, the fascicle of chronological plans E1 is a set of daily sheets each carrying two days on the same page, for example the start of the week, Monday N, Tuesday N + 1, numbered for example by the day and / or weekly. Under the indication 7 of the day, there is a location 8, for example pre-printed with lines, in which the user enters the chronological activities to be carried out on day 7. The same is true for the following day: located at location 7 ′ and whose registration location bears the reference 8 ′.

To facilitate the opening of the booklet on the current date, the bottom corner 13 is detachable along a dotted line.

The booklet of E2 activity sheets, in no chronological order, is subdivided on each page into boxes 9 in which the activities to be carried out without chronological order are entered. These boxes are printed on both sides as shown in part E′₂ of the booklet to the left of the rings 5; the corresponding sheet shows boxes 9 ′.

In general, the pages are advantageously delimited by perforations 10 making the pages detachable when the activities written on the front and possibly on the back are carried out. This makes it possible to lighten the booklet and to remove the activities carried out from the view.

According to Figure 2, the agenda of the invention also includes technical and commercial information sheets. These sheets 11 are shown in FIG. 2. These sheets are themselves grouped possibly in a booklet with intermediate elements 12 facilitating their search and consultation.

This information can be information pre-printed or written by the user concerning such or such activity, information relating to countries, cities (socio-economic information, addresses and telephone numbers useful in a country, etc ... )

According to the invention, the fascicles of chronological planes E1 and of non-chronological planes E2 can be constituted by detached sheets or even sheets actually joined in a booklet and detachable, if necessary.

As the fascicles E1, E2 are carried by binding means such as different rings 4, 5, it may be advantageous to separate the opening mechanism from the rings 4 and the rings 5 to allow their independent opening and closing.

In other words, according to a variant of the invention, it is possible to open the rings 4 by leaving the rings 5 closed so as to remove the oldest files from the booklet E1, insert new sheets without touching the booklet E2.

It may be advantageous to increase the holding or fixing of the fascicles E1, E2 relative to each other using a holding means which completes the holding provided by the rings.

This holding means can be one or two relatively rigid plates provided with pockets or hooking surfaces or adhesive surfaces in or on which the front and / or rear cover of the two fascicles is detachably attached. This keeps them in place to prevent the leaves of the two fascicles from overlapping.

In the example shown, the holding means is constituted by a relatively rigid sheet 20 of cardboard or plastic material provided with holes 21 for its attachment to the rings of the binding and of pockets 22, 23 in which the rear covers 24 slide, 25 of the booklets E1, E2.

This sheet 20 could also include slots forming passers-by in which the rear cover of the fascicles E1, E2 slides. The same result is obtained by detachable bonding.

According to a variant, the sheet 20 does not have a perforation but simply connects the covers of the fascicles E1, E2.

This holding means simply ensures the relative positioning of the fascicles E1, E2 without interfering with their independence: the fascicles E1, E2 can be challenged independently of one another; it is also possible to replace one of the completed fascicles by another without having to change the other fascicule if this one is not finished.

In general, the agenda according to the invention is very simple to use; it avoids reporting errors since the activities without chronology entered in the boxes of the booklet E2 remain registered until their execution. On the other hand, the activities in chronological order registered in the booklet E1 will not be transcribed on another date which if they have not been executed on the planned date.

This eliminates any problem of postponement, which is both tiresome and a source of errors.

Finally, the agenda makes it possible to organize the work well since, having the E2 booklet open, it is possible to consult the E1 booklet to find, for example, a moment during which one or other activity can be carried out in non-chronological order listed in the E2 booklet.

In summary, the agenda according to the invention allows permanent viewing of the actions to be carried out.

The additional documents or information found in the agenda also complete the possibilities.

This information can be specific to this type of activity or such type of country, pre-printed or partially printed and supplemented by the user according to his particular needs.
