Claims (15)

  1. Récipient (1) formé d'une matière plastique élastique, comprenant une partie corps ayant une ouverture de bouche à peu près circulaire, et un couvercle (2) à peu près circulaire qui s'ajuste à la façon d'un bouchon dans ladite ouverture de bouche, le couvercle (2) ayant une gouttière annulaire (3) à peu près en U, en saillie vers le bas et s'ouvrant vers le haut, autour de son périmètre, et la paroi (11) de ladite gouttière (3) qui est dirigée vers l'extérieur étant munie d'un évidement annulaire (10) agencé pour recevoir des moyens de fixation conjugués (12), formés en saillie vers l'intérieur dans la bouche du récipient, caractérisé en ce que la paroi de fond de ladite gouttière possède une épaisseur comprise dans l'intervalle de 0,6 à 0,8 mm.
  2. Récipient selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'évidement (10) ménagé dans la paroi de la gouttière (3) en U qui est dirigée vers l'extérieur est situé vers le sommet du U.
  3. Récipient selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que lesdits moyens de fixation sont un bourrelet de fixation annulaire (12) qui s'étend vers l'intérieur sur le tour de la bouche du récipient pour établir une prise continue avec l'évidement prévu dans la paroi (11) de la gouttière en U (3) qui est dirigée vers l'extérieur.
  4. Récipient selon la revendication 3, dans lequel le bourrelet (12) de fixation annulaire est relié à la paroi (7) du récipient au moyen (12) d'une structure de support annulaire (13), ladite structure de support (13) étant fixée au bord de la bouche du récipient ou venue d'une seule pièce avec ce bord de manière à s'étendre vers l'intérieur en formant un angle de 90° ou moins avec la paroi intérieure (7) du récipient (1).
  5. Récipient selon la revendication 4, dans lequel la structure de support annulaire (13) possède au moins un collet annulaire (14), ledit collet (14) s'étendant à partir du bord de la bouche du récipient, parallèlement à la paroi intérieure (7) du récipient (1) et en contact avec cette paroi.
  6. Récipient selon la revendication 5, dans lequel la structure de support élastique annulaire (13) possède deux collets annulaires (14) concentriques.
  7. Récipient selon la revendication 6, dans lequel il est prévu une pluralité de nervures de renforcement (15) qui s'étendent entre les deux collets annulaires concentriques.
  8. Récipient selon une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel la paroi de fond de la gouttière en U (3) a une épaisseur de 0,75 mm.
  9. Récipient selon une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel le couvercle (2) du récipient (1) est muni d'au moins une fente (4) dans son périmètre, pour permettre d'insérer un outil entre le couvercle (2) et le récipient (1), afin de retirer le couvercle (2) du récipient (1).
  10. Récipient selon la revendication 9, dans lequel des nervures de renforcement (5) sont prévues dans la gouttière (3) en U, dans la région adjacente à ladite fente (4) ou à chacune desdites fentes, pour faciliter l'enlèvement du couvercle (2) par un outil inséré dans la fente (4).
  11. Récipient selon la revendication 9 ou 10, dans lequel la ou chaque fente (4) est couverte par une membrane que l'on peut briser par insertion d'un outil pour indiquer une manipulation frauduleuse de celui-ci.
  12. Récipient selon une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel une pluralité de nervures de renforcement sont prévues dans la gouttière en U.
  13. Couvercle (2) à peu près circulaire formé en une matière plastique élastique, destiné à être utilisé avec un récipient (1) ayant une ouverture de bouche à peu près circulaire, le couvercle (2) présentant une gouttière annulaire (3) à peu près en U, en saillie vers le bas et s'ouvrant vers le haut, autour de son périmètre, et la paroi (11) de ladite gouttière (3) qui est dirigée vers l'extérieur étant munie d'un évidement annulaire (10) pour recevoir des moyens de fixation conjugués (12), formés en saillie vers l'intérieur dans la bouche du récipient, caractérisé en ce que la paroi de fond de ladite gouttière possède une épaisseur comprise dans l'intervalle de 0,6 à 0,8 mm.
  14. Couvercle selon la revendication 13, dans lequel l'épaisseur de paroi du fond de la gouttière annulaire en U (3) est de 0,75 mm.
  15. Couvercle selon la revendication 13 ou 14, dans lequel l'évidement (10) ménagé dans la paroi de la goutttière en U (3) qui est dirigée vers l'extérieur est située vers le sommet du U.
