Eine Scharnieranordnung dieser Art ist beispielsweise durch die EP-A-0 274 549 bekannt geworden.

In der Figur 1 ist ein Abschnitt eines vertikalen Gerüstelementes 1 gezeigt, an dem eine Scharnieranordnung 2 für ein gleichfalls abgebrochen und verkürzt gezeigtes Türblatt 3 angebracht ist. Ein weiteres vertikales Gerüstelement 4 begrenzt zusammen mit einem nicht gezeigten oberen Querholm und einem entsprechenden unteren Querholm eine Türöffnung 5. Das Türblatt 3 ist an seinem Umfang in Richtung auf die Gerüstelemente abgekantet. Während die dem Gerüstelement 4 zugeordnete Ankantung 6 einfach rechtwinklig ausgeführt ist, befindet sich am gegenüberliegenden, scharnierseitigen Rand des Türblattes 3 ein gleichfalls rechtwinklig zur Frontfläche 7 des Gerüstelementes 1 stehenden Schenkel 10, der durch einen Knick 11 gegenüber der Außenkante 12 des Türblattes 3 nach innen versetzt ist. Die Scharnieranordnung 2 umfaßt einen feststehenden Scharnierteil 13 sowie einen bewegbaren Scharnierteil 14. Beide Scharnierteile werden im folgenden näher erläutert. Es ist nicht erforderlich, daß die Endkanten 17 eine messerartige Schärfe aufweisen. Erwünscht ist jedoch eine so geringe Materialdicke, daß sich ein Streifen eines Dichtungsmaterials auf der Frontfläche 7 derart verlegen läßt, daß am Übergang zwischen der Frontfläche 7 und dem Fußteil 16 kein nennenswerter Zwischenraum entsteht. Ein Dichtungsrahmen 18 ist in der Figur 2 angedeutet. Der Scharnierarm 15 zweigt seitlich von dem Fußteil 16 ab, so daß die Gesamtfläche des Fußteiles 16 zur Anbringung von Dichtungsmaterial zur Verfügung steht. Der bewegbare Scharnierteil 14 besitzt eine dem Scharnierarm 15 angepaßte Ausnehmung 20. Die Randstege 22 bilden somit nicht nur einen Anschlag beim Einführen des Scharnierteiles 14 in die Durchbrechung 21, sondern verbessern auch die Dichtigkeit gegen Staub und Wasser. In der Figur 3 sind ferner zwei Madenschrauben 23 zur Befestigung des Scharnierteiles 14 an dem Türblatt 3 gezeigt. Durch die Zapfen 30 wird eine genaue Lagesicherung und eine Kraftübertragung zwischen dem Scharnierteil 13 und dem Gerüstelement 1 erzielt. Diese Gestaltung erlaubt es, den Scharnierbolzen 46 nach dem Einführungen in die Öffnungen 51 und 53 durch eine Drehung zu verriegeln.   1. Hinge arrangement (2) for a switchgear cabinet having the following features:
    a door plate (3, 40) serving to close a door opening (5) and provided on the edge with at least one edge-folded limb (10, 41);
    a vertical structure element (1) having a front face (7);
    a stationary hinge part (13) to be fastened on the front face (7) by means of a base part (16);
    a mobile hinge part (14, 35, 43) to be fastened to the door plate (3, 40) near the edge-folded limb (10, 41) and
    a substantially cylindrical hinge bolt (26 46) for the insertion into aligned openings (25, 51) of limbs (24) of the mobile hinge part (14, 35, 43) and for the incorporation in a hinge arm (15) of the stationary hinge part (13), characterized by the following further features:
    - the base part (16) of the stationary hinge part (13) is flatly arched and in the longitudinal direction of the front face (7) of the vertical structure element (1) at both ends is limited by a knife-shaped end edge (17) in each case, in such a way that a sealing element (18 48) located between the edge-folded limb (10, 41) and the front face (7) extends at the transitions from the front face (7) to the base part (16) and closely abuts the base part (16), and
