Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf einen Verbindungsbeschlag zum gegenseitigen Verspannen und Verleimen insbesondere plattenförmiger Holzteile an ihren Stoßflächen, wie z.B. Durch die parallele Lage dieser Spannschraube zum Steg des Metallbügels ist es unumgänglich, daß von der Außenseite des einen Holzteiles her eine Schraubendreheröffnung zu seiner Topfbohrung führt, um die Spannschraube betätigen zu können. Nachteilig im Gebrauch solscher Verbindungsbeschlage ist jedoch deren unzureichende Spannkraft, die sich wegen der erheblichen Umfangsreibung der Spannkörper nur in beschränktem Maße mit diesen aufbringen laßt. Zur Lösung der gestellten Aufgabe wird von der Erfindung hauptsächlich vorgeschlagen, daß die Stellschraube unter Bildung eines spitzen Winkels mit dem Steg des Metallbügels in dessen Abkantung eingeführt ist. Durch diese einfache Maßnahme wird es im Gegensatz zu den älteren bereits mit Spannschrauben ausgestatteten Verbindungsbeschlägen möglich, auf jegliche Öffnungen in den Sichtflächen der Holzteile zu verzichten, da sich die Stellschraube des neuartigen Beschlagteiles wirkungsvoll von der Rückseite der Holzteile aus betätigen läßt.To achieve the object, the invention mainly proposes that the set screw be inserted into the fold of the metal bracket to form an acute angle with the web. Die in den Fig. 1 und 2 abgebildeten Holzteile 1 und 2 einer Türbekleidung sind an ihren auf Gehrung zugeschnittenen Enden mit rückseitigen Topfbohrungen 3 versehen. Diese Topfbohrungen 3 dienen zur Aufnahme des im wesentlichen aus einem Metallbügel 4 bestehenden, nach der Erfindung gestalteten Verbindungsbeschlages.The
Der außerdem auch der perspektivischen Darstellung der Fig. 3 zu entnehmende Metallbügel 4 weist einenends einen Gegenzugwinkel 5 auf, der mit dem Steg 6 des Metallbügels 4 einen spitzen Winkel bildet. Anderenends besitzt er eine stumpfwinklig vom Steg 6 ausgehende Abkantung 7, in die eine vornehmlich als Feingewindeschraube ausgebildete Stellschraube 8 eingedreht ist. Letztere richtet sich gegen ein Spannglied 9, das lose gleitend und pendelartig am Metallbügel 4 angelenkt ist, indem es sich entsprechend Fig. 4 mit einem schwalbenschwanzförmigen Ansatz 10 in einen sich zur Außenfläche des Metallbügels 4 hin erweiternden Längsschlitz 11 erstreckt.The
Ist der Verbindungsbeschlag gemäß den Fig. 1 und 2 in die Topfbohrungen 3 der Holzteile 1 und 2 eingesetzt, kann durch Drehen der von der Abkantung 7 des Metallbügels 4 her unter Bildung eines spitzen Winkels mit dem Steg 6 gegen den freien Abschnitt des Spanngliedes 9 drückenden Stellschraube 8 das Spannglied 9 in Richtung auf den Gegenzugwinkel 5 bewegt und dadurch das Holzteil 2 gegen das Holzteil 1 verspannt werden. Hierbei wird die nachhaltige Spannkraft der Stellschraube 8 infolge des im Bodenbereich der Topfbohrungen 3 angreifenden Gegenzugwinkels 5 und Spanngliedes 9 vor allem in Nähe der Vorderseite der Holzteile 1/2 wirksam, was stets zum einwandfreien Schließen der Gehrungsfuge 12 führt, nachdem gegebenenfalls überschüssiger Leim daraus entwichen ist. Claims (6)
- Connection fitting for the mutual clamping and glueing of especially board-like wooden parts at their abutting surfaces, such as, for example, of door panellings in the mitre corners, consisting of a metal clip (4) engaging at one end by means of a clamping device (8/9) and at the other end by means of a counter-pull angle (5) into primarily rear clearances, for example bowl bores (3), of the wooden parts (1/2) to be connected to one another, the clamping device (8/9) having a clamping member (9), articulated in a pendulum-like manner on the metal clip (4), and an adjusting screw (8) which presses the free portion of this clamping member (9) in the direction of the counter-pull angle (5) from a bent portion (7) of the metal clip (4) and which is intended for pressing the wooden parts (1/2) against one another at their abutting surfaces, characterized in that the adjusting screw (8) is introduced into the bent portion (7) of the metal clip (4) so as to form an acute angle with the web (6) of the latter.

- Connection fitting according to Claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the adjusting screw (8) is a finepitch thread screw.
- Connection fitting according to one of Claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the clamping member (9) is guided loosely slidably in a longitudinal slot (11) arranged in the web (6) of the metal clip (4), so as to compensate dimensional differences in the spacing of the clearances (3) of the wooden parts (1/2).
- Connection fitting according to Claim 4, characterized in that the clamping member (9) extends with a dovetailed heel (10) into the longitudinal slot (11) which widens towards the outer surface of the metal clip (4).
- Connection fitting according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the counter-pull angle (5) forms an acute angle with the web (6) of the metal clip (4).
