Die Erfindung betrifft eine Demontagevorrichtung gemäß der Gattung des Hauptanspruches.The invention relates to a dismantling device according to the preamble of the main claim.
Die Demontage von in Bohrlöcher eines Mauerwerks eingesetzten Hinterschnittankern ist bisher nicht zufriedenstellend gelöst. Derartige Hinterschnittanker besitzen einen am Bohrlochgrund aufsitzenden Spreizkörper, auf den eine Spreizhülse aufgetrieben ist, so daß die Spreizhülse in eine am Bohrlochgrund ausgebildete Hinterschneidung des Bohrloches formschlüssig eingreift. Die Demontage eines derart verankerten Hinterschnittankers ist problematisch, da die Spreizhülse im Bereich der Hinterschneidung mit der Bohrlochwandung verspannt ist.The dismantling of undercut anchors used in boreholes of masonry has not yet been satisfactorily solved. Die Lösung dieser Aufgabe wird durch die im Hauptanspruch angegebenen Merkmale erhalten. Die Demontagevorrichtung besitzt eine Klaue, die an der Hülse des Hinterschnittankers seitlich formschlüssig angreift. Hierfür kann an dem aus dem Bohrloch ragenden Hülsenende des Hinterschnittankers eine Ringnut vorgesehen sein, die die Klaue mit parallel verlaufenden Backen angreift. Eine Gewindestange, die durch ein Innengewindeteil eingeschraubt ist, kann nun bei der Demontage gegen den Gewindebolzen des Hinterschnittankers gedrückt werden, wobei die Gewindestange mittels eines Schraubers oder auch von Hand gedreht wird. Durch diese Drehung schraubt sich die Gewindestange durch das Innengewindeteil, so daß einerseits der Gewindebolzen in das Bohrloch hineingedrückt wird, während gleichzeitig die Klaue an der Hülse des Hinterschnittankers zieht. Versuche haben gezeigt, daß durch die Anwendung einer Druckkraft auf den Gewindebolzen bei gleichzeitiger Anwendung einer Zugkraft an der Hülse derartige Hinterschnittanker problemlos demontiert werden können.This object is achieved by the features specified in the main claim. Die Gewindestange 3 greift mit ihrem Gewinde in ein Innengewinde 4 des Gewindeteils 1 ein und liegt mit ihrem unteren Ende 5 an einem Gewindebolzen 6 eines Hinterschnittankers 7 an. Der Gewindebolzen 6 besitzt in an sich bekannter Weise am unteren Ende einen Spreizkonus 8, auf den Spreizsegmente 9 einer Spreizhülse 10 aufgetrieben sind. Die Spreizsegmente 9 greifen formschlüssig in eine Hinterschneidung 19 des Bohrloches 11 ein. Der Spreizkonus 8 liegt am Bohrlochgrund an. Das obere Ende der Spreizhülse 10 ragt aus dem Bohrloch heraus und besitzt eine Ringnut 12, in die gegenüberliegende Backen 13 der Klaue 2 eingreifen.The threaded
Am oberen freien Ende der Gewindestange 3 besitzt diese eine Profilierung 14, an der ein Bohrschrauber oder ein geeignetes Werkzeug ansetzbar ist. Wird die Gewindestange 3 gedreht, so erfährt die Gewindestange 3 dadurch eine axiale Relativbewegung bezüglich der Klaue 2. Dies bedeutet, daß durch Drehung der Gewindestange 3 diese dadurch gegen den Gewindebolzen 6 gedrückt werden kann, wodurch die Klaue 2 mit einer entsprechenden Zugkraft am oberen Ende 15 der Hülse 10 angreift. Ist die Druckkraft und die Zugkraft ausreichend groß, so bewirkt dies, daß der Konus 8 geringfügig am Bohrlochgrund in das Mauerwerk eingedrückt wird, während gleichzeitig die Hülse 10 und die mit ihr verbundenen Spreizlamellen 9 nach oben gezogen werden. Durch weiteres Eindrehen der Gewindestange 3 kann die Hülse 10 soweit aus dem Bohrloch herausgezogen werden, daß die Spreizlamellen 9 sich nicht mehr im Bereich der Hinterschneidung 19 befinden.At the upper free end of the threaded
