Abstract

To be able to disassemble again an undercut anchor which is anchored in a borehole with undercut, a disassembling device is proposed which engages on the sleeve of the undercut anchor with a claw. A threaded rod is screwed against the projecting threaded bolt of the undercut anchor, so that axial pressure is exerted on the threaded bolt, while at the same time a tensile force acts on the sleeve of the undercut anchor. <IMAGE>

Derartige Hinterschnittanker besitzen einen am Bohrlochgrund aufsitzenden Spreizkörper, auf den eine Spreizhülse aufgetrieben ist, so daß die Spreizhülse in eine am Bohrlochgrund ausgebildete Hinterschneidung des Bohrloches formschlüssig eingreift. Eine Gewindestange, die durch ein Innengewindeteil eingeschraubt ist, kann nun bei der Demontage gegen den Gewindebolzen des Hinterschnittankers gedrückt werden, wobei die Gewindestange mittels eines Schraubers oder auch von Hand gedreht wird. Durch diese Drehung schraubt sich die Gewindestange durch das Innengewindeteil, so daß einerseits der Gewindebolzen in das Bohrloch hineingedrückt wird, während gleichzeitig die Klaue an der Hülse des Hinterschnittankers zieht. Versuche haben gezeigt, daß durch die Anwendung einer Druckkraft auf den Gewindebolzen bei gleichzeitiger Anwendung einer Zugkraft an der Hülse derartige Hinterschnittanker problemlos demontiert werden können.This object is achieved by the features specified in the main claim. Ist die Druckkraft und die Zugkraft ausreichend groß, so bewirkt dies, daß der Konus 8 geringfügig am Bohrlochgrund in das Mauerwerk eingedrückt wird, während gleichzeitig die Hülse 10 und die mit ihr verbundenen Spreizlamellen 9 nach oben gezogen werden. Durch weiteres Eindrehen der Gewindestange 3 kann die Hülse 10 soweit aus dem Bohrloch herausgezogen werden, daß die Spreizlamellen 9 sich nicht mehr im Bereich der Hinterschneidung 19 befinden.At the upper free end of the threaded rod 3, this has a profile 14, on which a drill or a suitable tool can be attached.
