Claims (7)

  1. Drehkolbenmaschine mit Rollkolben, mit einem Gehäuse (9), einer im Inneren des Gehäuses (9) gebildeten zylindrischen Kammer (40), einer zu dieser Kammer (40) koaxialen und mit einem Exzenter (33) versehenen Antriebswelle (31), einem Rollkolben (7), der bei Drehung der Welle (31) auf der Innenwand der zylindrischen Kammer (40) abrollt, einem bezüglich des Gehäuses (9) der Maschine gleitbeweglich montierten Schierber (1), der den Freiraum um den Kolben (7) in einen Niederdruckbereich (39), in den eine Ansaugöffnung (36) für ein Fluid mündet, und einen Hochdruckbereich (38), in den eine Fluid-Ausstoßöffnung (37) mündet, unterteilt, mindestens einer zwischen dem Gehäuse (9, 4) und dem Schieber (1) angeordneten Feder (2, 3), zum Andrücken des Schiebers gegen die Außenfläche des Rollkolbens (7) während des Normalbetriebs, und einer Vorrichtung (10) zur Steuerung der Stellung des Schiebers, mit einem unter der Einwirkung selektiver Steuerungsmittel (21; 18, 19) verschiebbaren Steuerstab (14), der zwischen einer ersten Stellung, in der der Schieber (1) in Kontakt mit der Außenfläche des Rollkolbens (7) gehalten wird und die Bewegungen des Schiebers (1) nicht durch die Steuerstange (14) eingeschränkt sind, und einer zweiten Stellung, in der der Schieber (1) durch den Steuerstab (14) in einer ausgerückten Stellung ohne dauerhaften Kontakt mit der Außenfläche des Rollkolbens (7) gehalten wird, so daß die Drehkolbenmaschine nicht mehr mit voller Leistung arbeiten kann, beweglich ist,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Steuerstab (14) in der Ebene des Schiebers (1) angeordnet ist und ein im unteren Bereich des Steuerstabs (14) gebildeten Rückhalteanschlag (12) umfaßt, der in eine Aussparung (11) im Schieber (1) eingreift, wobei der Schieber eine obere Wand (25) aufweist, durch die der Steuerstab (14) hindurch verläuft und die mit dem Anschlag (12) zusammenwirkt und eine Höhe aufweist, die wenigstens dem maximalen Abstand zwischen der Außenfläche des Kolbens (7) und dem Gehäuse (9) der Drehkolbenmaschine entspricht, so daß der Schieber (1) frei gegen den Anschlag (12) beweglich ist, wenn letzterer in abgesenkter Stellung ist.
  2. Drehkolbenmaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Hub des Steuerstabs (14) ausreichend groß ist, um den Schieber (1) im Bedarfsfall vollständig einzuziehen, wenn der Anschlag (12) in angehobener Arbeitsstellung ist.
  3. Drehkolbenmaschine nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die selektiven Steuermittel des Steuerstabs (14) einen mit dem Steuerstab (14) verbundenen Kolben (15) umfassen, der durch eine hydraulische oder pneumatische Steuerung betätigt wird.
  4. Drehkolbenmaschine nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die selektiven Steuermittel der Steuerstabs (14) einen mit dem Steuerstab (14) verbundenen Kern (20) aufweisen, der in eine elektromagnetische Spule (21) eintaucht, an die elektrische Steuersignale angelegt werden.
  5. Drehkolbenmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie eine Rückholfeder (16) aufweist, die den Steuerstab (14) und den Anschlag (12) in Abwesenheit einer äußeren Steuerung in ihre Ruhestellung bringt.
  6. Drehkolbenmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Steuerstab (14) in einer Mittelebene des Schiebers (1) angeordnet ist und daß Federn (2, 3) zwischen dem Gehäuse (4) und dem Schieber (1) beiderseits der Aussparung (11) gebildeten Nuten (5, 6) angeordnet sind, um der Schieber (1) gegen die Außenfläche des Rollkolbens (7) angedrückt zu halten, wenn der Anschlag (12) in Ruhestellung ist.
  7. Drehkolbenmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die selektiven Steuermittel (21; 18, 19) des Steuerstabs (14) zu festgelegten Zeitpunkten bezogen auf die Drehung des Rollkolbens (7) betätigt werden.
