Abstract
Description
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Erkennen von Kopien, die mittels eines Farbkopierers von Dokumenten hergestellt werden.The invention relates to a method for recognizing copies which are produced by means of a color copier of documents.
Um Kopien erkennen zu können, die mittels eines Kopierers hergestellt wurden, ist es bekannt, das Dokument mit zwei Rastern zu bedrucken, die gleichen Rastertonwertumfang, jedoch zueinander unterschiedliche Linienzahl aufweisen. In das feinere Grundraster wird hierbei ein Warnhinweis des groberen Rasters eingefügt. Bei dem Dokument sind die beiden Raster mit dem Auge nicht voneinander unterscheidbar. Wird ein solches Dokument kopiert, dann verschwindet auf der Kopie das Grundraster, dagegen erscheint in Rasterpunkten wiedergegeben der Warnhinweis, beispielsweise das Wort "Raubkopie".In order to be able to recognize copies which have been produced by means of a copier, it is known to print the document with two screens, which have the same screen tone range, but have a different number of lines from one another. Die Überprüfung erfolgt dahingehend, ob fluoreszierende Markierungen vorhanden sind oder nicht. Außerhalb der menschlichen Sichtbarkeitsgrenze weist jedoch die eine Farbe einen steilen Reflexionsgradanstieg auf. Wird ein solches Dokument reproduziert, dann kommt es bei der Kopie zu einer Farbverschiebung der einen Farbe. Dies ist jedoch nur möglich, wenn nach dem Subtraktionsfarbmischprozeß gearbeitet wird und die Reproduktionsfarben die zugehörigen Wellenbereiche nicht gleichmäßig decken.DE-B 29 08 742 is concerned with the protection against forgery of documents which are copied by means of light-sensitive emulsions. Hierbei absorbiert der Film einen Teil des Lichts der Lichtquelle des Kopierers bis zu einer bestimmten Wellenlänge. Das Licht oberhalb dieser Wellenlänge durchdringt die Schicht und wird vom Bild absorbiert und vom Hintergrund reflektiert.
