Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zum Biegen von stabförmigem Material zu Betonbewehrungselementen, mit einem Gestell zum Abstützen einer Materialvorschubeinrichtung und einem am Gestell um die Vorschubachse drehbar gelagerten, relativ zum Gestell einstellbaren Träger für Biegeorgane.The invention relates to a device for bending rod-shaped material into concrete reinforcement elements, having a frame for supporting a material feed device and a support for bending members which is rotatably mounted on the frame about the feed axis and is adjustable relative to the frame.
Bei einer aus der US-PS 4,782.684 bekannten Vorrichtung dieser Art weist der Träger für die Biegeorgane eine angetriebene Drehscheibe auf, die am Gestell um die Vorschubachse in beiden Richtungen drehbar gelagert und mit einer Durchtrittsöffnung für das stabförmige Material versehen ist. Von der Drehscheibe erstreckt sich ein Arm weg, der mit einer mit der Drehscheibenöffnung fluchtenden Geradführung versehen ist, die vom Material durchsetzt wird. Der Träger trägt an seinem freien Ende einen Biegekopf, der mit Biegedornen ausgestattet ist, die um eine zur Führung senkrechte Achse drehbar bzw. verschwenkbar sind. Die bekannte Ausführung hat vor allem den Nachteil, daß Bügel mit größeren Schenkellängen vom Trägerarm nicht wirksam abgestützt werden können und Gefahr laufen, sich unter dem Eigengewicht zu verformen. Anderseits ist mangels ausreichender Abstützung keine Möglichkeit gegeben, einer Auffederungstendenz des Materials beim Biegen entgegenzuwirken bzw. diese zu kompensieren. Bei der bekannten Konstruktion ist schließlich eine vom Biegekopf entfernt auf einem gesonderten Gestell angeordnete Abtrenneinrichtung für das gebogene Element vorgesehen, die konstruktiv kompliziert und störungsanfällig ist.In a device of this type known from US Pat. Die Aufgabe der Erfindung besteht darin, die geschilderten Nachteile zu vermeiden und eine Vorrichtung der einleitend angegebenen Art zu schaffen, die es ermöglicht, stabförmiges Material in verschiedenen Biegeebenen und mit beliebigen Schenkellängen einwandfrei zu biegen sowie die gebogenen Elemente auf einfache Weise abzutrennen. Die Erfindung soll zugleich das kontinuierliche Biegen von räumlichen Bewehrungen und sogenannten Bügelkörben ermöglichen. Die erfindungsgemäße Vorrichtung zeichnet sich dadurch aus, daß der Träger als in vorbestimmter Winkellage relativ zum Gestell einstellbarer Material-Auflagetisch ausgebildet ist, auf welchem eine den Biegeorganen in Materialvorschubrichtung vorgeschaltete Schneideinrichtung zum Abtrennen des stabförmigen Materials vom Materialstrang nach dem Biegevorgang vorgesehen ist.The object of the invention is to avoid the disadvantages described and to provide a device of the type mentioned in the introduction, which makes it possible to bend rod-shaped material properly in various bending planes and with any leg lengths and to separate the bent elements in a simple manner.
