Abstract
Description
- Die Erfindung betrifft einen Hydrozyklon entsprechend dem Oberbegriff des Patentanspruchs 1, so wie sie vielfach im Stand der Technik bekannt sind.
- Die Aufgabe der Erfindung ist, die Wirkung hinsichtlich Abscheideeffekt eines solchen Zyklons weiter zu verbessern.
- Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß durch die Merkmale des kennzeichnenden Teils des Patentanspruchs 1 gelöst. Es wurde herausgefunden, daß bei einer Ausbildung des Zyklonteils mit dem zum Austrittsende für die Schwerstoffe allmählich abnehmenden Durchmesser ein guter Abscheideeffekt erreicht wird, wenn man die Außenwand dieses Teils nach der genannten Formel ausbildet.
- Nachfolgend wird die Erfindung anhand der in den Zeichnungen beschriebenen Ausführungsbeispiele erläutert. Dabei stellt
- Fig. 1 prinzipmäßig einen Querschnitt durch den Zyklon,
- Fig. 2 einen vergrößerten Ausschnitt des Austrittsendes und
- Fig. 3 eine andere Ausführungsform des Eintrittsbereichs des Zyklons dar.
- Der Zyklon nach Fig. 1 hat die Teile A, B und C. Es ist der Eintrittsbereich B mit einem tangentialen Zulauf 7 und einem zentralen Abzugsrohr für Leichtstoffe 5 versehen. Dazwischen befindet sich ein zylindrischer Teil C mit dem Durchmesser Ra. Mit dem gleichen Durchmesser beginnt auch der Teil A mit dem allmählich abnehmenden Durchmesser, wobei hier der Beginn der x-Achse gelegt ist, die sich entlang der zentralen Längsachse des Zyklons erstreckt. Für den Durchmesser R dieses Teilstücks gilt dann die Formel R=Ra . √
1-x/l . Der Trennteil A endet im Düsenkörper 4 mittels Düse 3, die als Austritt für eine Schwerfraktion dient. Die Düse 3 entsteht durch Abschneiden der theoretischen Gesamtlänge 1 des Zyklons auf eine Länge lk. Den benötigten Düsendurchmesser erhält man also durch verschiedene, an den Körper des Hydrozyklons ansetzbare Düsenstücke 4. - Vorzugsweise oberhalb des Düsenstucks 4, also l < 0,95 x lk ist eine Annäherung der Kontur des Zyklons an die angegebene Formel durch konische Stücke K₁, K₂ möglich, wobei die Abweichung nach oben und unten den Grenzwert von 5 bis 10 % - je näher die Düse 3, desto geringer die zulässige Abweichung - nicht überschreiten sollte. Die Länge lz des zylindrischen Zwischenstücks C sollte höchstens das 0,3fache der Gesamtlänge lk des Zyklons betragen. Für den Innendurchmesser des Abzugsrohrs für Leichtstoffe 5 sollte gelten Ri = (0,3 bis 0,4).Ra. Diese Bedingung gilt insbesondere für den Anfangsbereich oder das Eintrittsende des Abzugsrohrs 5. Das zylindrische Zwischenstück C könnte etwa einen 10 % größeren (C′) oder kleineren (C˝) Radius haben als der Anfangsradius Ra des unteren Teils A beträgt.
- Es kann entsprechend Fig. 3 leicht konisch ausgebildet sein mit einem Konuswinkel, bezogen auf eine Seite, zwischen 2 und 6°. Der Radius des Einlaßteils B′ nach Fig. 3 ist um 20 bis 30 % größer als der Anfangsradius Ra des unteren Teils A beträgt.
- Den etwa gleichen Durchmesser hat der Abscheideraum 8 für die Leichtstoffe, der mit einer oberen Prallplatte 9 versehen ist, die gegenüber der Austrittsöffnung des konischen Abscheiderohrs 5′ für die Leichtstoffe angeordnet ist.
- In Fig. 2 ist noch dargestellt, daß man durch "Abschneiden" der Gesamtlänge des Zyklons am Düsenkörper 4 den Austrittsdurchmesser des Düsenkörpers D₁, D₂, D₃ mit allmählich abnehmendem Wert bei den Gesamtlängen des Zyklonteils lk1, lk2 und lk3 erhält.
- Es versteht sich natürlich, daß das Austrittsende des Hydrozyklons für die Schwerfraktion in einen Raum mündet, der von Luft abgeschlossen ist. Man kann dazu einen Sammelbehälter vorsehen und durch das erwähnte "Abschneiden" der Gesamtlänge des Zyklons den Düsendurchmesser an die verlangte Abzugsmenge anpassen.
- Andererseits kann man das Abzugsende für die Schwerfraktion in eine Kammer münden lassen, in welcher eine Abzugsleitung angeschlossen ist. In dieser Abzugsleitung kann man ein Drosselventil vorsehen, um durch Veränderung des Drucks die Abzugsmenge zu steuern.

wobei Ra der Anfangsdurchmesser anschließend an den zylindrischen Teil und x die Koordinate beginnend von diesem Anfangsdurchmesser entlang der zentralen Längsachse des Hydrozyklons ist, wobei eine abschnittsweise in Richtung der x-Achse allmählich zu- oder abnehmende Abweichung von höchstens 10 % nach oben bzw. unten von diesem Radius möglich ist, z.B. durch eine abschnittsweise konische Ausbildung der Wandung, wobei l theoretische Gesamtlänge der sich aus der Formel ergebenden Parabel bis zum Schnittpunkt mit der x-Achse ist, ferner die Bedingung l = (10 bis 24)Ra gilt und der Zyklon an seinem Austrittsende für die schwerere Fraktion bei einer Länge lk mit einem Radius Rd zwecks Bildung einer Austrittsöffnung (3) abgeschnitten ist.
