Description

Die Erfindung betrifft einenteilbaren zweiteiligen Kunststoff-Flaschenkasten.The invention relates to a divisible two-part plastic bottle crate.

Bottle crates which can be divided in the horizontal direction are described, for example, by EP-A-0 048 006 and DE-A-3 533 114.

Bottle crates, which can be divided into two sections and then reassembled from the sections, in particular for the preparation of beer, mineral water, juices and soft drinks, make it easier for the consumer to handle such boxes which are cumbersome as a whole. They are then increasingly used. A prerequisite for the use of such divisible bottle crates is that the crate formed from the sections is not only sufficiently stable, but also is secured against unwanted disassembly. Various solutions are available for combining the sections into a box. This invention makes use of a divisible bottle crate in which the parts are coupled according to the tongue and groove principle. Insofar as this solution has already been mentioned in the documents relating to DE utility model 79 23 328, realistic securing of the box sections assembled into the box is not disclosed there. The unsecured connection of the box sections can undesirably lead to an unwanted separation of the sections combined into the box, with consequences for the operating procedure, both at the bottler and at the dealer. Such an unsecured box has not found its way into practice.

Starting from the previously outlined state of the art, the invention has for its object to design the generic, divisible, for the coupling of the box sections on the tongue and groove principle of the bottle crate so that an unwanted disassembly of the box composed of the box sections can not occur.

The object is achieved in the generic, divisible bottle crate outlined at the outset by an embodiment of this crate in accordance with the features of claim 1.

Embodiments of the invention result from the subclaims.

In this way, using the comparatively simple coupling system based on the tongue-and-groove principle, the combination of the box sections into a complete box is ensured in a way that prevents an unwanted disassembly of the box into its sections with certainty. The divisible bottle crate which uses the tongue and groove principle as a coupling is thus desirably usable for use in practice.

The box consists of the identical sections 11 and 11 'with the outer walls 111, 112, 113, the floor 114 and the auxiliary wall 116. The wall and usually then the floor elements 111 to 116 are in a known manner with recesses or breakthroughs. In addition, the box sections 11, 11 'are divided in a manner known per se into a plurality of compartments each receiving a bottle.

Each box section 11, 11 'is provided at the transition of the auxiliary wall 116 in the outer wall 111 with a extending over the height of the box, continuous, undercut groove 117 and at the transition of the auxiliary wall 116 in the outer wall 111 opposite the outer wall 113 with one over the Auxiliary wall 116 protruding, designed on the cross section of the groove 117, extending over the height of the box spring 118. From the box sections 11 u. 11 'in the grooves 117 inserting springs 118 results in a positive, a separation of the box sections in the sense of the double arrows D and E in Fig. 1 preventing connection of the box sections. At first, however, the separation of the box sections 11 u. 11 'by a movement of the box sections against each other in the sense of the double arrow F in Fig. 1st

Another part of the box sections 11, 11 'are support bracket 119 which are hinged to the wall elements 111 and 113 of the box sections (121) from the position shown in Fig. 1 in the sense of arrows G in Fig. 1 in the carrying position. The box sections are formed in the area of their upper edge in such a way that the brackets 119 do not project over the outer walls 111 to 113 in the state pivoted back against the box sections (arrows G 'in FIG. 1).

To prevent unwanted separation of the sections 11 u. 11 'of the assembled box by shifting the sections against each other in the sense of the double arrow F in Fig. 1, is on the outer wall 113 of the box sections 11, 11' articulated leg 1191 'of the bracket 119 with a pivoted back against the box part bracket on the auxiliary wall 116 projecting, tapering towards its free end 1193 approach 1192 and the outer wall 111 opposite the outer wall 111 of the box sections 11, 11 'in the alignment of the seamless bracket leg 1191' of the attached box section 11 or 11 'with an outgoing from the joint, a recess 1111 forming a receptacle into which the projection 1192 pivots. The receptacle 1111 has an upper boundary 1112, against which the offset area 1194 of the shoulder 1192 pivoted into the receptacle 1111 runs (in particular FIG. 2), its depth T increases from the impact area the pivoting into the receptacle 1111 bracket leg approach 1192 on the impact of the attached box section 11 or 11 'according to the course of the end face of the approach 1192 during further pivoting steadily with the proviso that when it approaches the approach 1192 against the upper limit 1112 of the receptacle 1111 to a press fit between the neck 1192 and the box section 11 or 11 ', in the receptacle 1111 the neck 1192 swings into it, especially the bottom (1113) of the receptacle 1111. This then also prevents an unwanted separation of the assembled box sections 11 and 11 'by moving the box sections in the sense of the double arrow F in Fig. 1.

This divisible bottle crate is handled in such a way that the initially separated box sections 11 and 11 'in the carrying position pivoted in the carrying position 119, that is, in the sense of arrows G in Fig. 1 pivoted handle, offset vertically by the height of the box in the Assigned in such a way that the coupling areas, that is to say the areas having the grooves 117 and the areas having the springs 118, are aligned with one another. Then the raised box section 11 or 11 'is lowered (arrow F' in Fig. 4), the tongue 118 of the raised box section 11 into the groove 117 of the box section 11 'underneath and the spring 118 of the box section below it 11 'in the groove 117 of the raised box section 11. After completely lowering the initially raised box section 11, the support bracket 119 are pivoted back against the box sections (arrow G' in Fig. 1), the provided on one of the bracket legs approaches 1192 in the corresponding Swing recess 1111 in the other box section to create an additional positive and non-positive connection. In this way, the complete box can then be handled without restrictions like a one-piece box. To divide the box into its sections 11 and 11 ', the support bracket 119 are transferred back to their carrying position (arrow G in Fig. 1) and one of the box sections relative to the other box section in the direction of arrow F˝ in Fig. 4 lifted until the Tongue-and-groove connection 117/118 between the box sections is canceled.

    - the leg (1191') on the tongue side of the carrying bracket (119), mounted externally on the crate part (11, 12), has a projection (1192, 1193) projecting, in the pivoted condition of the bracket (119) against the crate part (11, 11'), over the auxiliary wall (116), and tapering towards the frontal end, said projection (1192, 1193), upon pivoting of the bracket (119) towards the crate part (11, 11'), pivoting into an aperture (1111) in the abutting external wall (111) of the other crate part (11, 11'), until it runs against an upper limit (1112) of this aperture.
  2. Plastics bottle crate according to claim 1, characterised in that the aperture (1111) for receiving the projection (1192) terminates at a spacing from the upper edge of the crate, and the projection (1192) to be inserted into the aperture (1111) has a correspondingly offset edge (1194).
  3. Plastics bottle crate according to claims 1 and 2, characterised by a press seating between the rear wall of the receiving portion (1111) and the projection (1192), when the projection (1192) projects out over the auxiliary wall (116) due to the carrying bracket (119) being fully pivoted towards the crate part.
