Abstract
Im neuen digitalen Kommunikationssystem ISDN erfolgt die Übertragung zwischen dem Netzabschluß (2) und den Endgeräten (3) über die sogenannte S₀ - Schnittstelle durch Schnittstellen-Übertrager (6, 11). Da die Stromversorgung der Endgeräte zum Teil ebenfalls über diese Übertrager erfolgt, hat eine Stromunsymmetrie in den Leitungen (7, 8) bzw. (9, 10) eine Vormagnetisierung der Übertrager zur Folge. Die ISDN-Anforderungen an die Übertrager müssen somit auch bei einer Gleichstromvormagnetisierung erfüllt werden. Kompakte Übertrager mit einfachem Wicklungsaufbau, welche die ISDN- Anforderungen erfüllen, weisen als Magnetkernmaterial erfindungsgemäß eine feinkristalline Eisenbasislegierung mit einem Eisenanteil von mehr als 60 Atom-% auf, deren Gefüge zu mehr als 50 % aus feinkristallinen Körnern mit einer Korn größe von weniger als 100 nm besteht und die ein Remanenz verhältnis von weniger als 0,2 sowie eine Permeabilität im Bereich von 20 000 bis 50 000 aufweist. In the new digital communication system ISDN, the transmission between the network termination ( 2 ) and the terminals ( 3 ) takes place via the so-called S₀ interface through interface transmitters (6, 11). Since some of the terminals are also supplied with power by these transformers, a current asymmetry in lines (7, 8) or (9, 10) results in the transformers being premagnetized. The ISDN requirements for the transmitters must therefore also be met with DC bias. According to the invention, compact transformers with a simple winding structure that meet the ISDN requirements have a fine-crystalline iron-based alloy with an iron content of more than 60 atom%, the structure of which consists of more than 50% of fine-crystalline grains with a grain size of less than 100 nm exists and which has a remanence ratio of less than 0.2 and a permeability in the range from 20,000 to 50,000.
