Abstract

The invention relates to a special thermosiphon and a special one Heat pipe, which for the introduction into liquid or pasty media are provided. Such use cases exist e.g. when extracting geothermal energy or waste heat from sewers or sewage treatment plants. Become normal thermosyphones or heat pipes immersed in water or mud, so do that of them displaced mass more than its own weight, and they swim on. In such a case, installation is either not possible, or the surface in a horizontal installation position thermosiphon or heat pipe is not complete wetted. As a result, the heat input is greatly reduced. With The invention is a special thermosiphon and a special Heat pipe (1) provided, in which due to integrated ballast (3) this problem is eliminated.
