Abstract
Un procédé pour enrober de béton des canalisations consiste à acheminer une série de tronçons de canalisation jusqu'à un poste d'enrobage de béton, à faire tourner un tronçon de canalisation autour de son axe longitudinal au niveau du poste et à appliquer du béton sur l'extérieur de la canalisation (1) lors de sa rotation, tout en amenant en continu à la canalisation en rotation un câble de nylon (3) afin de former un enroulement de câble autour de l'extrémité avant de la canalisation, à amener ensuite à la canalisation en rotation un fil métallique conjointement avec le câble en vue de former un enroulement de fil métallique recouvert de câble autour de la canalisation pendant l'application du béton, et à couper le fil métallique à un moment prédéterminé avant l'achèvement de l'enrobage de béton tandis que la canalisation est toujours en rotation, le fil étant ainsi enroulé à l'intérieur de l'enrobage de béton, et à continuer à amener à ladite canalisation en rotation le câble-guide après la coupe du fil, afin d'enrouler le câble autour de l'extrémité arrière de la canalisation. L'appareil comporte une pluralité de cylindres (6, 7, 9, 10, 11, 12), avec des éléments de coupe (8) sur certains cylindres (7), ainsi que des moyens d'entraînement pour amener le fil métallique et une autre série de cylindres (4) pour amener le câble de manière régulée.A method of coating concrete with pipes consists in conveying a series of sections of pipe to a concrete coating station, in rotating a section of pipe around its longitudinal axis at the station and in applying concrete to the outside of the pipe (1) during its rotation, while continuously feeding the rotating pipe a nylon cable (3) in order to form a cable winding around the front end of the pipe, to be brought then to the rotating pipe a metal wire together with the cable in order to form a winding of wire covered with cable around the pipe during the application of the concrete, and to cut the metal wire at a predetermined time before completion of the concrete cover while the pipe is still rotating, the wire being thus wound inside the concrete cover, and to continue to bring the guide cable to said pipe in rotation a near the wire cut, to wind the cable around the rear end of the pipe. The apparatus comprises a plurality of cylinders (6, 7, 9, 10, 11, 12), with cutting elements (8) on certain cylinders (7), as well as drive means for feeding the metal wire and another series of cylinders (4) for bringing the cable in a regulated manner.
