Definitions
- the invention relates to a storage of the type specified in the preamble of claim 1.
- Trays of this first type consist of a two-part storage element with telescopically interlocking, circular sector-shaped sections, each having a mounting surface intended for mounting on the wall. With such shelves, only angular ranges can be realized which correspond to the overlap area of the two sections defined by the telescopic connection. In addition, the shelves change their shape and / or size depending on the corner angle.
- the shelf elements such as toothbrush glasses, soap dishes or the like. Consist of rotating bodies or at least have geometric shapes that always remain the same regardless of the respective corner angle.
- Such storage elements are usually formed in one piece or at least as a one-piece element in use and mounted using brackets which have a receiving opening intended for inserting the storage element and completely surrounding it (DE-GM 85 23 275) or special U-shaped wall brackets which enclose the storage element over the largest part of its circumference (DE-OS'en 30 01 282, 31 05 185) and thereby secure against lateral pulling out or unintentional falling out.
- brackets which have a receiving opening intended for inserting the storage element and completely surrounding it
- special U-shaped wall brackets which enclose the storage element over the largest part of its circumference
- the invention is therefore based on the object of further developing trays of the first type such that they can be provided with tray elements, the shape of which is independent of the corner angle, as in the trays of the second type.
- the invention has the advantage that for mounting the storage element in corners with different angles, only the relative position of the brackets needs to be changed by one bracket being moved accordingly.
- the shape of the shelf element remains unchanged regardless of the angle of the corner in individual cases.
- many different angular ranges can be selected, in particular also those that extend, for example, from 45 ° to 180 ° .
- the shelf contains e.g. Shaped as a soap dish, preferably one-piece storage element 1, which has a non-visible support surface and a peripheral portion 1a.
- the tray also contains two brackets 2 and 3, the backs of which are designed as preferably flat mounting surfaces 4 and 5.
- the brackets 2 and 3 On a side remote from the mounting surfaces 4 and 5, the brackets 2 and 3 have a section 2a and 3a associated with the circumferential section 1a and opposite it.
- At least one holder 2, 3 is detachably connected to the storage element 1, so that its section 2a or 3a can be displaced along the peripheral section 1a, in order to thereby produce different angles between the mounting surfaces 4 and 5.
- Supporting surfaces (not shown) formed on the brackets 2, 3 can serve to support the storage element 1 held between the sections 2a and 3a in the assembled state.
- the shelf element 1 preferably consists of a rotating body and the peripheral sections 1a and the sections 2a, 3a run along an imaginary rotation surface with an axis running through the center of the shelf element 1.
- storage elements 1 with polygonal cross sections or the like would also be possible, in which case the sections 2a, 3a could consist of flat or correspondingly angled surfaces.
- the angles that can be produced between the mounting surfaces 4, 5 are limited in such an embodiment.
- the brackets 2 and 3 are otherwise preferably corresponding, but mirror-symmetrical and both slidable along the peripheral portion 1 a, which extends over the entire circumference of the storage element 1 in the embodiment.
- this peripheral section 1 a can be provided in an upper region (hanging arrangement), in a lower region (standing arrangement) or else in an intermediate region of the storage element 1.
- the tray is shown in the assembled state in a corner formed from two wall parts 6 and 7 or the like.
- corner angles ⁇ of approximately 180 ° , 135 ° , 90 ° , 80 ° and 45 ° , respectively the corner angle of 180 o corresponds to a flat wall.
- One bracket 2 is attached to one wall part 6 and the other bracket 3 to the other wall part 7.
- the different corner angles are possible because the brackets 2 and 3 with their sections 2a and 3a can be moved along the peripheral section 1a of the storage element 1 until their mounting surfaces 4 and 5 form an angle corresponding to the respective corner angle ⁇ .
- lateral end faces or stops 8.9 of the brackets 2, 3 at the corner angle ⁇ of 180 ° have their smallest distance
- other lateral end faces or stops 10, 11 have their smallest distance at the corner angle ß of 45 o
- These stops 8 to 11 or the lengths of the brackets 2 and 3 measured in the circumferential direction define the angular range within which different angles between the mounting surfaces 4 and 5 to one another are possible in the assembled state, since the brackets 2 and 3 only so much can be moved until their stops 8.9 and 10.11 touch.
- angles greater than 180 o and angles smaller than 45 o can also be realized.
- sections 1a, 2a and 3a lie on imaginary surfaces of revolution and the brackets are mirror-symmetrical, then at each corner angle the plane that bisects the corner angle ß forms a plane of mirror symmetry, which leads to a shapely, symmetrical overall arrangement at every corner angle.
- peripheral section 1a does not have to extend along the entire circumference of the storage element 1, but only needs to be long enough that it can cooperate with the sections 2a and 3a at all corner angles of the preselected angular range.
- the mounting options and formal advantages described above can also be realized if only one of the two brackets 2, 3 is designed in the manner described above.
- the storage element 1 and one of the brackets 2, 3 could be provided with additional interlocking locking elements in the assembled state, or be firmly connected or connectable to one another. This could easily ensure a high stability of the storage element 1 and e.g. be avoided that this is tilted under one-sided loading and during assembly according to FIG. 1 about an axis parallel to the wall parts 6, 7 and extending through the center of the storage element 1 or falls out of the holders 2, 3 by itself.
- brackets 2 and 3 are each composed of a lower part and a cover cap.
- the left-hand holder 2 in FIGS. 1 to 5 contains a substantially cuboid, solid lower part 14 with a rear wall designed as a flat mounting surface 15, a front wall 16, a top side 17, a bottom side 18 and two side walls 19 and 20.
- the top 17 and the bottom 18 are arranged substantially flat and parallel to each other and perpendicular to the mounting surface 15.
- the side wall 19 is essentially convex.
- the front wall 16 extends from the side wall 19 parallel to the mounting surface 15, but is much narrower than this.
- the side wall 20 is arranged at the other side end of the mounting surface 15 and perpendicular to it, but is substantially shorter than the side wall 19.
- the free ends of the front wall 16 and the side wall 20 and the adjoining front ends of the top side 17 and the bottom side 18 are by a substantially arcuate front wall section 21 connected.
- the lower part 14 is provided with two through bores 22, 23 extending perpendicular to the mounting surface 15 for receiving fastening screws 24 (FIG. 11) which are used to fasten it to the wall section 6.
- the bores 22, 23 are widened toward the front wall 16 or towards the front wall section 21 in order to arrange the heads of the fastening screws 24 sunk and then to be able to close their front ends with plugs 25, 26 (FIG. 11), which are smooth and easy on all sides enable cleaning surface.
- the lower part 14 also has a central cavity 27 which adjoins the mounting surface 15 (FIGS. 7, 11) and into which a bore 28, starting from the underside 18 and extending perpendicularly to the latter, opens (FIG. 12), the wall of which has a circumferential one Has shoulder 29.
- a connecting element 30 is used in the form of a round button, which has an undercut 29 reaching behind the shoulder 29 in a projection 31 projecting into the cavity 27 and is biased outwards by a spring 32 supported on the lower part 14, so that it normally protrudes slightly beyond the underside 18, but can be sunk into the lower part 14 against the pressure of the spring 32.
- the lower part 14 has a recess 33 which extends as far as the mounting surface 15 and into which a bore extends through the side wall 20 and into which a spring element is inserted, which e.g. consists of a bolt 34 and a spring 35 arranged in the recess 33 and supported on the lower part 14, which holds the bolt in the position shown in FIG. 11.
- the bolt 34 lies with its rear end, which is provided with an undercut, against a wall section which delimits the cutout 33 and projects with its front end outward beyond the side wall 20.
- the bolt 34 can be largely pressed into the lower part 14.
- a connecting element in the form of a protruding projection 36 is formed, behind which the side wall 19 extends vertically to the mounting surface.
- the side wall 19 forms an acute angle with the mounting surface 15 such that the width of the lower part 14 gradually decreases from the rear to the front.
- the right-hand holder in FIG. 1 has a corresponding, but mirror-symmetrically formed lower part 38 (FIG. 14) with a corresponding, resilient bolt 39, a shoulder 40 and a mounting surface 41.
- the holder 2 also contains a cover 42 that can be pushed onto the lower part 14 and covers it completely in the assembled state.
- the cover cap 42 consists of a hollow body, the inner walls of which preferably have a contour that essentially corresponds to the outer contour of the lower part 14 corresponds so that they enclose it tightly and can be carried wobble-free.
- the cover cap 42 has on its underside a bore 43 into which the connecting element 30 engages (FIG. 21) after it has been pushed onto the lower part 14 from the front. To pull off the cover cap 42 from the lower part 14, the connecting element 30 must be pressed in against the force of the spring 32.
- the cap 42 also includes an upper wall 44, a lower wall 45 with the bore 43, two side walls 46 and 47 and a front wall 48 and is open to the rear.
- a connecting element associated with the extension 36 (FIG. 6) is formed in the form of a recess 49 (FIG. 15).
- the side wall 47 has a depression 50 (FIG. 15) which is assigned to the bolt 34 (FIG. 6) and is arranged on its inside.
- the distance between the inner surfaces of the side walls 46, 47 is greater by approximately the length of the extension 36 (FIG. 6) than the greatest distance between the side walls 19 and 20 behind it (FIG. 21).
- the inner surface of the side wall 46 preferably runs continuously perpendicular to a rear, circumferential, flat edge surface 51 (FIGS. 15, 16, 18) which, in the assembled state, lies in the same plane as the mounting surface 15.
- the front wall 48 extends from the side wall 46 only over part of the width of the cap 42, while the side wall 47 extends from the edge surface 51 over only part of the length of the side wall 46.
- the area lying between the free ends of the front wall 48 and the side wall 47 is bridged by a wall section 52, the upper side of which forms a support surface 53 which runs along an imaginary rotation surface and is essentially concavely curved.
- the radius of this support surface 53 results from FIG. 15, while its curvature is transverse 15 to 18 and 20 is for example parabolic to circular arc-shaped.
- a recess for example in the form of a slot or a groove 54, is also worked into the wall section 52 from the support surface 53 and, like the support surface 53, runs parallel to the walls 44 and 45, extends essentially over the entire length of the support surface 53 and is delimited at both ends by parts of the wall section 52.
- FIG. 21 shows the cover cap 42 after it has been pushed onto the lower part 14 and that the inner and outer contours thereof largely correspond.
- the outer contour of the wall section 21 of the lower part 14 and the inner contour of the wall section 52 of the cover cap 42 are preferably also matched to one another such that they come to lie on one another.
- a cover cap 57 of the holder 3 is shown in FIG. 22. It is mirror-symmetrical to the cover cap 42 and, accordingly, is provided with a support surface 58 running along the same rotational surface, a recess 59 and a recess 60. This cover cap 57 is pushed onto the lower part 38 according to FIG. 14.
- a storage element 61 in the form of a soap dish the lower peripheral surface of which is designed as a support surface 62, which runs along the same imaginary rotation surface as the support surfaces 53 and 58. Therefore, if the brackets 2 and 3, as shown in a view from the front in FIG. 26, are mounted so that their support surfaces 53 and 58 each lie in a partial section of these rotating surfaces, then the storage element 61 with parts of its support surface 62 can be place on the support surfaces 53 and 58 detachably. Since the support surface 62 extends in the exemplary embodiment along the entire circumference of the storage element 61, this is possible in any possible relative angular position of the mounting surfaces 15 or 41 of the lower parts 14 (FIG. 6) or 38 (FIG. 14). In this case, the axis of the imaginary rotation surface runs through the center of the storage element 61.
- two radially projecting projections or ribs 63 are formed on its support surface, which come to lie in the grooves 54 of the cover caps 42 and 57, respectively.
- the grooves 54 and ribs 63 delimit those circumferential sections along which the brackets 2 and 3 can be displaced on the circumference of the storage element 61.
- the ribs 63 as shown in FIG. 23, are not arranged at diametrically opposite, but rather, for example , spaced apart by 120 ° and optionally combined with the groove of one or the other cover cap.
- the grooves 54 and ribs 63- finally represent a means that prevents the storage element 61 from being pulled out of the brackets 2, 3, for example during assembly in accordance with FIG. 1, perpendicularly to the wall parts 6 and 7 and / or with one-sided loading of can fall out itself.
- FIG. 27 shows a storage element 64 in the form of a support ring, which has a corresponding circumferential support surface 65 which is adapted to the shape of the support surfaces 53, 58 and which can also be placed on the holders 2 and 3.
- the storage element 64 preferably has on its outside projections or ribs 66 corresponding to the ribs 63 and on its inside at least two grooves 67, between which there are smooth wall sections 68.
- the inserts are fastened in that they are arranged with their webs 72 in the region of the wall sections 68 and then rotated in order to insert the webs 72 into the grooves 67 in the manner of a bayonet lock.
- the inserts 69 to 71 can be provided with solid, but also with sieve, lattice or perforated walls.
- FIGS. 33 to 37 The assembly and disassembly of the various parts and the largely theft-proof attachment of the described shelf are shown schematically in FIGS. 33 to 37.
- Fig. 33 shows the holder 2 in the assembled state.
- the lower part 14 is arranged with its mounting surface 15 on the wall part 6 and fastened to it with the fastening screws 24.
- the cover cap 42 is pushed onto the lower part 14, the connecting element 30 is engaged in the bore 43 (FIG. 15) and the edge surface 51 lies against the wall section 6, so that the lower part 14 is completely covered and no fastening screw 24 is accessible.
- the cover cap 42 cannot be removed by unauthorized persons, since on the one hand the spring bolt 34 is locked in the recess 50 and on the other hand the extension 36 is held in the recess 49 by the force of the spring 35. Simply pushing the connecting element 30 in cannot lead to the cap 42 being released.
- the cover cap 42 For authorized persons, it is possible to disassemble the cover cap 42 from the lower part 14 by first displacing it parallel to the wall part 6 in accordance with FIG. 34, thereby pushing the bolt 34 from the wall part 47 deeper into the lower part 14 and, on the other hand, the recess 49 on the opposite side is deducted from approach 36. Such a displacement is only possible if, at the same time, the connecting element 30 is sunk deeper into the lower part with a finger and is thereby pressed out of the bore 43 in the cover cap 42. The cover cap 42 is then tilted according to FIG. 35 around the part of the edge surface 51 assigned to the side wall 47 in order first to arrange its recess 49 and finally its entire side wall 46 perpendicular to the wall part 6 in front of the shoulder 36.
- the side wall 46 can now be placed according to FIG. 36 by moving the cover cap 42 parallel to the wall part 6 against the obliquely arranged side wall 19 of the lower part 14, the slope and the distance from the opposite side wall 20 above the extension 36 are selected so that the Bolt 34 when the side wall 46 abuts the side wall 19 completely from the Indentation 50 has emerged and the cover cap 42 can then be completely removed from the lower part 14 in the last step (FIG. 37).
- the movements to be carried out in detail are indicated by arrows in FIGS. 33 to 37.
- the other cap 57 can be assembled or disassembled in the same way.
- the respective storage element can be inserted from above after mounting the cover cap 42, 57 or removed upwards before it is disassembled. This is not possible when using storage elements with ribs 63 or 66. Therefore, in this case, the lugs 36 and recesses 49 are each arranged on the radially outer sides of the brackets 2 and 3 with respect to the storage elements and the dimensions of the lugs 36, recesses 49, grooves 54 and ribs 63, 66 are chosen such that after the Moving the cover cap 42 against the pressure of the spring 35 (FIG.
- the connecting element 30 is preferably additionally designed in accordance with an older proposal by the same applicant (German patent application P 37 36 737). Thereafter, the extension 31 (FIG. 7) of the connecting element 30 has a recess 75 and the wall of the lower part 14 delimiting the cavity 27 has a projection 76. Both are designed so that the connecting element 30 can only be fully pressed into the lower part 14 if it assumes a predetermined rotational position.
- the connecting element 30 is preferably mounted so stiffly that it can only be used by means of a special tool, e.g. a small square or hexagon can be rotated, which is to be inserted into a corresponding receiving opening. It is therefore practically impossible for unauthorized persons to disassemble the brackets 2, 3 after the connecting element 30 has been rotated into its locking position after it has been assembled.
- a template 81 is shown, which considerably facilitates the marking of the wall bores for the fastening screws 24 of the lower part 14.
- the template 81 contains two elements 82 and 83 which are pivotally connected to one another at one end about an axis 84. At an edge distant from the axis 84, both elements 82, 83 have mounting surfaces 85 and 86 which are flat and run parallel to the axis 84 and whose vertical distances from the axis 84 correspond exactly to the distances that the mounting surfaces 15 and 41 of the lower parts 14 and 38 have in the assembled state of the axes of the imaginary rotation surfaces, along which the support or support surfaces 53, 58 and 62, 65 of the storage elements 61 and 64 run.
- the elements 82, 83 consist of flat metal or plastic disks with vertically bent-over wall sections 87 and 88, on whose rear sides facing away from the pivot axis 84, the mounting surfaces 85, 86 are formed. Holes 89 are also formed in the wall sections 87, 88. These have the same distances from a plane lying perpendicular to the mounting surfaces 85, 86 and containing the pivot axis 84 as the bores 22, 23 of the lower parts 14 and 38 from the corresponding planes, but containing the axes of the imaginary rotational surface. To mark the wall bore for the fastening screws 24, it is therefore only necessary to place the mounting surfaces 85, 86 of the template 81 on the wall parts 6 and 7, respectively.
- the invention is not limited to the exemplary embodiments described, which can be modified in many ways. This applies in particular to the shape and construction of the brackets 2, 3 and the storage elements 61, 64.
- the brackets could, for example, be provided with support surfaces which encompass a peripheral section of the storage elements from above and below, so that they cannot be removed without prior disassembly or displacement (FIG. 34) of at least one cover cap even if the grooves 54 and ribs 63 absence. Both support surfaces while extending along a peripheral portion of the storage element of more than 180 o, this means at the same time preventing tilting, from falling out or removal of the storage element perpendicular to the wall. It is also possible to provide storage elements of the type shown in FIGS.
- All storage elements can further deviate from the drawing any other, in particular polygonal or completely asymmetrical shapes, provided that they are only provided with a peripheral section, along which at least one of the brackets, which could also be formed in one piece, is displaceable such that both brackets in a plurality of different positions relative to each other can be used to assemble the shelf.
- the arrangement could deviate from the exemplary embodiment according to FIGS.
- the length of the support or support surface measured in the circumferential direction is largely freely selectable, in particular if the storage element is prevented from accidentally falling out of the holders by additional means (for example grooves 54, ribs 63).
- additional means for example grooves 54, ribs 63.
- the means used to protect against theft can largely be combined as desired. For household filing where anti-theft devices are usually not, unlike public buildings these means can also be omitted entirely.
- the parts 30, 34, 36, 39, 40, 43, 49, 50, 54, 63, 66 can optionally be provided on both brackets or only on one of the brackets.
- the parts 30, 43, 34, 36, 49, 50 and 39, 40, 59, 60 are preferably formed on both brackets at least when the ribs 63, 66 and grooves 54 are present, since it is different from the types of fastening shown in FIGS. 1 to 5 is sometimes only possible to push one of the two cover caps to the side according to FIG. 34.
- the brackets, the storage elements and their parts are, as far as possible, preferably made of injection molded plastic parts.
Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a storage of the type specified in the preamble of
Trays of this first type (DE-GM 84 27 327) consist of a two-part storage element with telescopically interlocking, circular sector-shaped sections, each having a mounting surface intended for mounting on the wall. With such shelves, only angular ranges can be realized which correspond to the overlap area of the two sections defined by the telescopic connection. In addition, the shelves change their shape and / or size depending on the corner angle.
In contrast, it is often desirable to provide shelves of a second type, the shelf elements, such as toothbrush glasses, soap dishes or the like. Consist of rotating bodies or at least have geometric shapes that always remain the same regardless of the respective corner angle. Such storage elements are usually formed in one piece or at least as a one-piece element in use and mounted using brackets which have a receiving opening intended for inserting the storage element and completely surrounding it (DE-GM 85 23 275) or special U-shaped wall brackets which enclose the storage element over the largest part of its circumference (DE-OS'en 30 01 282, 31 05 185) and thereby secure against lateral pulling out or unintentional falling out. Such Until now, shelves could only be installed on flat walls.
The invention is therefore based on the object of further developing trays of the first type such that they can be provided with tray elements, the shape of which is independent of the corner angle, as in the trays of the second type.
The invention has the advantage that for mounting the storage element in corners with different angles, only the relative position of the brackets needs to be changed by one bracket being moved accordingly. The shape of the shelf element remains unchanged regardless of the angle of the corner in individual cases. In addition, many different angular ranges can be selected, in particular also those that extend, for example, from 45 ° to 180 ° .
Further advantageous features of the invention emerge from the subclaims.

The desired function and the basic structure of the shelf according to the invention result from the schematic and greatly simplified representation according to FIGS. 1 to 5. Thereafter the shelf contains e.g. Shaped as a soap dish, preferably one-
In order to achieve a beautiful, uniform appearance of the shelf, the
The
As a comparison of FIGS. 1 to 5 further shows, lateral end faces or stops 8.9 of the
If
Finally, it follows from FIGS. 1 to 5 that the mounting options and formal advantages described above can also be realized if only one of the two
The storage is described below in a preferred embodiment in which the
According to FIGS. 6 to 13, the left-
The
The
At the rear end of the
At the rear end of the
The right-hand holder in FIG. 1 has a corresponding, but mirror-symmetrically formed lower part 38 (FIG. 14) with a corresponding,
The
The
In order to avoid that the
The
The assembly and disassembly of the various parts and the largely theft-proof attachment of the described shelf are shown schematically in FIGS. 33 to 37.
Fig. 33 zeigt die Halterung 2 im montierten Zustand. Fig. 33 shows the
For authorized persons, it is possible to disassemble the
To press the
The
When using storage elements without
So that the described sequence of steps cannot be found out by trial and error or accidentally, the connecting
Otherwise, its
The invention is not limited to the exemplary embodiments described, which can be modified in many ways. This applies in particular to the shape and construction of the
The brackets, the storage elements and their parts are, as far as possible, preferably made of injection molded plastic parts.
