Lichtempfindliches, farbfotografisches Silberhalogenid­ material mit wenigstens einer lichtempfindlichen Silber­ halogenidschicht, der ein üblicher diffusionsfester Farbkuppler zugeordnet ist, und gegebenenfalls weiteren lichtempfindlichen und nicht-lichtempfindlichen Schich­ ten, bei dem die wenigstens eine lichtempfindliche Sil­ berhalogenidschicht in einer Konzentration von 10⁻³ bis 10 mMol/Mol Silberhalogenid eine am Silberhalogenidkorn haftende, mit dem Entwickleroxidationsprodukt (EOP) mit einer effektiven Reaktionsgeschwindigkeitskonstanten keff ≧10³ reagierenden Verbindung der Formel

am Silberhalogenidkorn adsorbiert enthält,
wobei
A eine kornaktive Haftgruppe
Z ein zweiwertiges Zwischenglied und
K eine mit dem Entwickleroxidationsprodukt zu einem farbigen oder farblosen Produkt reagie­ rende Gruppe
