Abstract
Der Lamellenblock, bestehend aus Lamellen (1) und Registerrohren (2), ist mit Kollektoren verbunden, die aus Kunststoffmodulen (3) aufgebaut sind. Auf die Enden der Registerrohre (2) sind Kunststoffbüchsen (7) dicht aufgesetzt, die mit der einen Wandung des Kollektormo duls (3) verschweisst sind. Es entsteht damit eine dichte, korrosionsbeständige Verbindung zwischen Regi sterrohren (2) und Kollektoren. Die Herstellung des Wärme tauschers ist besonders wirtschaftlich, weil die Ver bindung der Registerrohre (2) mit den Kollektoren durch Verschweissung von Kunststoffteilen erfolgen kann, was nicht nur eine schnelle, dichte Verbindung, sondern auch einen gewissen Toleranzausgleich erlaubt. Der Aufbau der Kollektoren aus einzelnen, vorfabrizierten Modulen (3) erlaubt eine schnelle, rationelle Herstellung beliebig dimensionierter Wärmetauscher.
