Abstract

Es folgt ein Reinigungsspülvorgang mit Stickstoff, das Einbringen der Füllsubstanzen (20) sowie ein erneutes Aufheizen des Quetschungsbe reichs bei gleichzeitiger Stickstoffspülung und Kühlung der Kuppe (9) des Rohlings mit flüssigem Stickstoff. Nach dem folgenden Verschließen des Lampengefäßes (10) durch eine Quetschung (21) wird das überstehende Quarzrohrstück abgetrennt.
