Abstract

Der Tintenausstoßkanäle (3) aufweisende Kopfteil (1) des Tintenschreibkopfes ist mit einer kautschukelastischen Vergußmasse (7) in eine äußere Halterung (6) eingegossen. Auf der Seite der Austrittsöffnungen (4) der Tintenausstoßkanäle (3) befindet sich eine Silanisierungsschicht (5), deren hydro­ phobierende Wirkung durch vor dem Vergießen der Vergußmasse (7) zugesetztes Silikonöl verstärkt wird, da das später aus der Vergußmasse (7) langsam ausdiffundierende Silikonöl sich durch Kriechen ausbreitet und auf der Silanisierungsschicht (5) eine Silikonölschicht bildet. Die Silikonölschicht (8), die ständig aus dem Innern der Vergußmasse (7) ergänzt wird, schützt auch gleichzeitig die Silanisierungsschicht (5) vor Hydrolyse. Die vorgeschlagenen Maßnahmen sind für sämtliche Tintenschreibköpfe die mit wäßriger Tinte arbeiten geeignet.
