Claims (8)

  1. Vorrichtung zum Einfügen von Schriftstücken in Umschläge
    - mit einem ersten Satz von Rollen (3) und einem zugeordneten ersten Satz von Gegenrollen (4), die einen Umschlag in eine bestimmte Position gegenüber einem Schriftstücktransportweg (2) bringen,
    - mit Vorschubrollen (8, 9) für Schriftstücke auf dem Weg (2) für Schriftstücke, um ein Schriftstück zum Umschlag zu bringen, der sich in der Ladeposition befindet,
    - mit Mitteln (14, 20), um den ersten Satz von Gegenrollen (4) aus einer Andruckposition in eine zurückgezogene Position zu bringen, wenn der Umschlag sich in der Ladeposition befindet,
    - und mit Mitteln (13) zum Öffnen des Körpers des Umschlags, die von einer zurückgezogene Position in eine Öffnungsposition gesteuert werden, wenn der Umschlag sich in der Ladeposition befindet, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der erste Satz von Gegenrollen (4) über einen Freilaufmechanismus (26) an die Mittel (8, 9) zum Vorschub der Schriftstücke zum gemeinsamen Antrieb gekoppelt ist, wobei die Vorschubrollen (8, 9) ihrerseits in einem Abstand von den ersten Gegenrollensätzen (4) montiert sind, der geringer als die Länge der in die Umschläge zu steckenden Schriftstücke ist, wobei die Vorschubstrecke für Schriftstücke im wesentlichen horizontal verläuft, und daß die Vorrichtung außerdem erste Mittel (17, 35-36) aufweist, um zu erfassen, ob das Schriftstück in den entsprechenden Umschlag teilweise hineingesteckt wurde, wenn das Schriftstück von den Vorschubrollen (8, 9) freikommt, wobei diese ersten Mittel mit den Betätigungsmitteln (14, 20) des ersten Gegenrollensatzes (4) gekoppelt sind und letztere in die Andruckposition steuern, um das Schriftstück ganz in den Umschlag hineinzuschieben.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie weiter zweite Mittel (35, 36) aufweist, um zu erfassen, wann das Schriftstück in den Umschlag ganz hineingesteckt wurde, wobei diese zweiten Mittel an die Vorschubrollen (8, 9) gekoppelt sind, um deren Drehung zu beenden und auch die Drehung des ersten Satzes von Gegenrollen (4) zu beenden.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vorschubrollen ein Paar von zweiten Sätzen von Andruckrollen (8, 9) besitzen, das am Ausgang des Wegs für die Schriftstücke montiert ist, wobei zumindest eine Rolle an einen Motor (12) zum Antrieb der Schriftstücke gekoppelt ist, und daß die Vorrichtung weiter eine feste Führungsplatte (10) für die Schriftstücke zwischen dem ersten Satz von Rollen und Gegenrollen (3, 4) und dem zweiten Rollensatz (8, 9) enthält.
  4. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Betätigungsmittel für den ersten Satz von Gegenrollen (4) ein Paar von Armen (20) enthält, die den Satz von Gegenrollen tragen und schwenkbar auf der Achse (20A) eines der zweiten Rollensätze (8) montiert sind.
  5. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Betätigungsmittel für den ersten Satz von Gegenrollen (4) außerdem einen Nocken (14) aufweisen, dessen Umfang zwei erste, im wesentlichen einander gegenüberliegende Profile (14A, 14C) zur Steuerung des ersten Satzes von Gegenrollen in die Andruckposition besitzen, zwischen denen sich zwei zweite Profile (14B, 14D) zur Steuerung des ersten Satzes von Gegenrollen in die zurückgezogene Position befinden, wobei eines der erste Profile (14C) dem Halten der Andruckposition des ersten Satzes von Gegenrollen von dem partiellen Einstecken des Schriftstücks in den Umschlag bis mindestens zum vollständigen Hineinstecken zugewiesen ist.
  6. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die ersten und zweiten Mittel, mit denen das partielle und vollständige Einstecken des Schriftstücks in den Umschlag erfaßt wird, einen Erfassungshebel (35) aufweisen, der ein vom Schriftstück entfernbares Hindernis (35B) während dessen Einfügung über die Führungsplatte (10) und vor dem ersten Satz von Rollen und Gegenrollen (3, 4) bildet, und daß weiter eine zugeordneter optischer Detektor (36) mit einem Steuerkreis (17) für den Nocken (14) und über eine Verzögerung mit dem Motor (12) für die Schriftstücke gekoppelt ist, um den ersten Satz von Gegenrollen in die Andruckposition zu bringen, sobald das Schriftstück partiell in den Umschlag gesteckt ist, und um dem Motor für Schriftstücke anzuhalten, sobald das Schriftstück ganz im Umschlag steckt.
  7. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 5 und 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Paar von Armen (20) eine Steuerachse (30) trägt, die als Zwischenachse ausgebildet ist und durch den Arm hindurch verläuft und deren Enden je eine Andruckrolle (21) auf dem Nocken (14) bilden.
  8. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Steuerachse (30) elastisch gegen den Nocken (14) mithilfe einer Nadelfeder (33) gedrückt wird, die auf den Armen (20) sitzt und sich mit einem Ende auf der Steuerachse (30) abstützt.
