Abstract

Zum Überwachen der Preßkräfte der paarweise wirksamen Ober- und Unterstempel einer Tablettenpresse, mit der ein aus aufeinanderfolgenden Meßergebnissen gebildeter Mittelwert mit zwei einstellbaren Toleranzgrenzen (G) verglichen wird, sind bei bekannten Verfahren dem Mittelwert (A) zwei einstellbare Einzelwertgrenzen (B, C) zugeordnet, mit denen die Maxima der Einzelwerte der Preßkräfte verglichen werden. Mit einer derartigen Einrichtung und diesem Verfahren lassen sich jedoch nicht einwandfrei rechtzeitig gewisse Ursachen von Betriebsstörungen erkennen, da beispielsweise eine leichte Beschädigung eines einzelnen Stempels den Mittelwert nicht wesentlich ändert. Hinzu kommt, daß der Toleranzbereich verhältnismäßig weit gewählt werden muß, um ein häufiges Stillsetzen der Tablettenpresse zu verhindern, ohne daß besondere Betriebsstörungen vorliegen. Um dem abzuhelfen ist nach der Erfindung vorgesehen, den einzelnen Stempelpaaren (1, 2) sogenannte Stempelpaarmittelwertgrenzen (Su, So) zuzuordnen, mit denen der jeweilige Stempelpaarmittelwert (S) verglichen wird und zwar vorzugsweise über einen angeschlossenen Rechner. In order to remedy this, the invention provides for the individual stamp pairs (1, 2) to be assigned so-called stamp pair mean limits (S u , S o ) with which the respective stamp pair mean (S) is compared, preferably via a connected computer.
