Abstract

Pour réaliser la sélection électromagnétique à commande numérique des aiguilles à trois positions, c'est-à-dire de point "flotté", de point "retenue" et de point "déchargé", dans chacun des sens de rotation du cylindre des aiguilles d'une machine à tricoter circulaire avec mouvement alternatif pour la production de chaussettes avec dessin de "marquetterie", on utilise:
- un cylindre 1 avec aiguilles 2 et clavettes 4 et avec des jacks pousseurs 6 pourvus d'un talon 7,8 aux deux extrémités et asservis à un ressort postérieur 10 à action centrifuge;
- deux sélecteurs oscillants 11,12 superposés verticalement et symétriquement disposés par rapport à la ligne horizontale de séparation, chacun avec une convexité vers le jack pousseur 6 correspondant et avec trois talons orientés vers l'extérieur, deux de ceux-ci 15,17 qui sont en correspondance des extrémités, se trouvent juxtaposés respectivement à une came de pression 25,26 et à un anneau d'écartement 18 et le troisième, qui est intermédiaire, constitue l'ancrage par attraction magnétique; et pour chaque alimentation;
- deux électroaimants 21,22 disposés verticalement superposés pour la sélection desdits sélecteurs oscillants 11,12, dont la désactivation simultanée détermine la position inférieure de l'aiguille pour le point flotté;
- un anneau 18 d'écartement des sélecteurs oscillants 11,12 par rapport auxdits électroaimants 21,22 en position d'attraction, et tournant en concordance avec le cylindre des aiguilles;
