Description
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zum Perforieren von auf einer Papierschlauchmaschine gebildeten Papierschläuchen, mit einem über eine verstellbare Kurbelschleife mit Abstand um eine Drehachse umlaufend angetriebenen Perforationsmesser, daß mit einer Gegenwalze zusammenwirkt.The invention relates to a device for perforating paper tubes formed on a paper tube machine, with a perforation knife driven in rotation around an axis of rotation via an adjustable crank which cooperates with a counter roller.
Vorrichtungen dieser Art (US-A-2778425) sind in Papiersackmaschinen vorgesehen. Sie erlauben durch eine Verstellung des Kurbelarms bei gleichgehaltener Antriebsdrehzahl der Antriebskurbel eine Veränderung der Geschwindigkeit des Perforationsmessers beim Perforieren, also beim Eintauchen in die Gegenwalze in Anpassung an unterschiedliche Perforationsabstände, welche den unterschiedlichen Sacklängen entsprechen. Der bekannte Kurbelschleifenmechanismus besitzt den Vorteil, daß eine Änderung der Perforationsabstände vergleichsweise einfach möglich ist. Nachteilig bei der bekannten Lösung ist jedoch die Tatsache, daß das Kurbelverhältnis nur innerhalb bestimmter Grenzen veränderbar ist. Dies hat zur Folge, daß bisher auf Papiersackmaschinen auf derartigen Perforationseinrichtungen nur innerhalb eines bestimmten Bereichs liegende Papiersacklängen hergestellt werden können. Des bedeutet, daß ein Hersteller von sehr unterschiedlichen Papiersacklängen zwei verschiedene Maschinen benötigt.Devices of this type (US-A-2778425) are provided in paper bag machines. Es ist auch bekannt, die Perforationslängen dadurch zu verändern, daß der Antrieb der Perforationsmesser für alle Formate die gleiche, gleichmäßige Antriebsgeschwindigkeit beibehält und daß der Abstand zwischen Drehachse des Perforationsmesserhaltersund der Schneide des Perforationsmessers durch unterschiedliche Distanzstücke verändert wird. Ein solches Verstellsystem, mit dem jede Formatänderung ausgeglichen bzw. eingestellt werden kann, ist sehr umständlich. In einer Papierschlauchmaschine muß eine entsprechende Durchmesserverstellung -abhängig von der Zahl der Papierlagen- unter Ümständen an mehreren Stellen vorgenommen werden. Eine Verstellung ausschließlich mit Hilfe von Distanzstücken ist in der Praxis viel zu aufwendig und ist heute nur noch bei vergleichsweise alten Maschinen üblich. Zwar erlaubt die Verstellung mit Hilfe von Beilagenstücken eine Abdeckung eines beliebigen Abstandsbereichs, wegen des damit verbundenen Aufwandes wird es bei modernen Maschinen jedoch vorgezogen, für unterschiedliche Formatbereiche unterschiedliche Maschinen anzuschaffen, trotz des damit verbundenen extrem hohen wirtschaftlichen Aufwandes.It is also known to change the perforation lengths in such a way that the drive of the perforation knives maintains the same, uniform drive speed for all formats and that the distance between the axis of rotation of the perforation knife holder and the cutting edge of the perforation knife is changed by different spacers. Die Erfindung vereinigt in bisher unbekannter Weise die Vorteile beider bekannter Verstellprinzipien ohne deren jeweilige Nachteile in Kauf nehmen zu müssen. Das Verstellen des Abstands zwischen Perforationsmesser und Drehachse bei gleichzeitiger Verstellung der Lagerung der Gegenwalze um den gleichen Betrag muß nur vergleichsweise selten erfolgen, nämlich nur dann, wenn die vom Kurbelschleifenmechanismus abzudeckenden Bereiche gewechselt werden müssen. Eine derartige Verstellung des Abstands zwischen Perforationsmesser und Drehachse des Messerträgers läßt sich selbst dann kurzfristig bewerkstelligen, wenn die Verstellung über Distanzstücke, also in einer Stufe erfolgt. Durch eine derart einfache Umstellmaßnahme wird es möglich, mit einer Papiersackmaschine zur Herstellung unterschiedlicher Formate auch dort auszukommen, wo bisher zwei unterschiedliche Maschinen erforderlich waren.The invention combines the advantages of both known adjustment principles in a previously unknown manner without having to accept their respective disadvantages.
