Abstract
Description
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Herstellen von Querzugriegeln gemäß Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1.The invention relates to a method for producing crossbars according to the preamble of claim 1.
Derartige Reißverschlüsse sind bekannt (DE-A-21 49 320, DE-C-22 62 836). Bisher mußte der Querzugriegel als Einzelteil in einem aufwendigen Verfahren an die Enddichtung eingebaut werden.Such zippers are known (DE-A-21 49 320, DE-C-22 62 836). Durch das erfindungsgemäße Verfahren gemäß Kennzeichen des Anspruchs 1 wird das Herstellen derartiger Reißverschlüsse wesentlich vereinfacht. Die besonderen Vorteile sind:
- 1) Der Fertigungsaufwand für die Herstellung des Querzugriegels ist wegen des geringeren Materialverbrauchs und Reduzierung der Anzahl von Einzelteilen wesentlich geringer gegenüber bekannten Ausführungen.
- 2) Durch die Herstellung aus einem Stück mit der Gewebeplatte wird eine geringere Bauhöhe und eine bessere Flexibilität im Querzugriegelbereich gegenüber bekannten Ausführungen erreicht.
- 3) Eine sichere Positionierung ist gewährleistet.

Nach Fig. 1 wird die einstückige Gewebeplatte (1), die auf beiden Seiten mit Gummi beschichtet ist, längs der Pfeilrichtung (2a, b) eingeschnitten, und zwar unter Bildung der beiden Plattenstreifen (3a, b) und der Schnittlinien (4a, b) bzw. (5a, b).
